“The stay was good except for the following: they told us they would pick us up in 20 minutes, but we waited about an hour. When we checked in, they gave us the key to a room that was already occupied and we walked in on a couple in bed. The clerk got our room number wrong. The beds were a little hard and springy.” Jan 11, 2007 by
Dan from Belding, MI

“The hotel would be a good hotel to stay one night but not longer than that.” Dec 6, 2006 by
Robin from Spokane, WA
“Airport pickup does not run after 11 p.m., no restaurant, outdoor pool, no Jacuzzi, ice not available on every floor, no vending machines but they do have a "store" at check in desk. Room was reasonably clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. However, I would not knowingly stay there again.” Oct 5, 2006 by
Merry from Nicoma Park, OK
“The suites were large and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Although it was isolated from everything, it was a nice stay with a pool, snack store and a free continental breakfast and shuttle to the airport.” Jul 25, 2006 by
Cindy from House Springs, MO
“Spring hills Suites is the ideal hotel when traveling. They are very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was much more than we could have anticipated including hot dishes as well as the typical continental fare.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Jul 10, 2006 by

“The hotel is beautiful and extremely clean. The reception desk the employees were polite and friendly. Their complimentary breakfast was delicious and the employees kept the serving area clean. The hotel has an excellent business district location. When you were ready to retire from the busy Miami, you had a quiet place to return to at the hotel. My daughter, granddaughter, and myself loved our stay. We look forward to making a reservation at this hotel when we return to Miami at such an affordable price to us.” Jun 21, 2006 by
Laura from Springfield, MO
“This hotel has easy access to a major interstate and to the airport. The staff were very knowledgeable about what restaurants were close by and were helpful with directions. The beds are so comfortable and the room size was perfect. We highly recommend this property.” Jun 14, 2006 by

“Everything was great.” Jun 5, 2006 by

“Excellent value for a 2 1/2 star hotel. Complementary breakfast was very good, hotel was clean and the rooms were much larger than a regular hotel room. Would highly recommend...” Jun 3, 2006 by

“No restaurant, room service, and pay-per view was 'down' the entire weekend. Understaffed. No one was able to bring up my bags or even just carry a small tube of toothpaste up to my for me. I would never stay here again.” May 20, 2006 by
John from Port Orchard, WA
“Quite far from the airport. Poor pick-up scheduling (I waited an hour outside the Alaska terminal before they picked me up even tough I had called 3 times to remind them where I was). My room stunk of heavy urine and they would not send anyone up to check it out and they would/could not change me because they claimed to be completely full. Return shuttle to airport only runs on the hour! I had to miss their breakfast as a result. What really ticks me off. When I couldn't make it for the night of the original booking (5/14/06), I called to change it to the next night, 5/15/06. I could not reach a "human being" to get reimbursed for the original night of the 14th! So much for your "insurance" policy! And, so much for your claims about making your customers happy! If you really have a customer relations department, how about some one calling me and making this right? I am traveling to Mazatlan on 5/22/06 for two weeks but I can be reached on my cell at 360-440-8212.” May 16, 2006 by
Russ from Treasure Island, FL
“Very nice business hotel.” May 12, 2006 by
Bill from San Rafael, CA
“This hotel is an excellent choice for an evening arrival at airport with a departure scheduled the next morning. If arriving before dinner, one must be willing to order delivery of food to room since there are no nearby restaurants.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Apr 19, 2006 by

“The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was located in a convenient location.” Mar 19, 2006 by
Kathleen from Milwaukee, WI
“This is an average hotel. There is no restaurant on the premises, although there is a breakfast buffet in the am. The vending machines could provide more with a little bit of effort. Each room has a microwave, so it would be nice if the hotel had a gift store in which you could purchase microwave dinners and snacks. There is no hot tub, but there is a pool and fitness center. The shuttle bus picks up hourly from the airport, and the driver will also provide rides to area restaurants when possible.” Feb 17, 2006 by
Ken from New Haven, CT
“Typical airport hotel, but very isolated.” Feb 13, 2006 by
Larry from Lewiston, ID
“The staff and shuttle drivers were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well kept. The breakfast bar was outstanding. I would recommend it to anyone.” Jan 5, 2006 by

“Lived up to the Marriott standard of excellence.” Hotel Representatives:
