• Only de room.
• The building outside and inside is ugly. The halls and elevators smell a cigarette.

• New years eve revelers made the hotel loud.

• It was available.
• Very few of the employees spoke any English; we tried for 3 days to get extra pillows.

“Over all it was clean the beds were extremely uncomfortable the air conditioner was very ineffective, freezing one minute warm the next. Found it impossible to speak to the staff. Had the cleaning staff walk in on 2 days to see if we were leaving when we were booked for 3 nights.”

• The room was clean and the food was excellent.
• The lobby, hallways, stairs, etc were a dump.

• Free airport shuttle every half hour.
• Loud.

• Large rooms, free computer, friendly staff.
• Unless one rents a car, the location is TERRIBLE!!

“The hotel itself was fine, but it is 15 blocks away from the closest ANYTHING (except a gas station). Cab fares are very high in Miami, and I spent $70 in one afternoon simply trying to get to and from someplace worth visiting (Coral Gables).”

• Free shuttle to airport/ had a pool.
• Computer connect down/ restaurants pricey.

“It was ok...shuttle drivers nice. Could have more food vending for people who did not have a car or did not want to eat in restaurant...no eateries near to walk. If there were, we were not told about them. They never offered info.”

“It was advertised as a newly renovated hotel and was not, it is old and rundown, smelled like smoke, and had a very old saggy bed. Also please we need a receipt from you, the hotel was unable to give us a receipt for our stay, thank you”
