• The hotel staff was very accommodating.
• It was fine.

“There were no issues with cleanliness or service here. For a one or two night stay this was a convenient location for our needs. We really enjoyed the 12PM check out! We will stay here again!”

• It was nice clean room and customer service was great.
• It was not easily visible from the main road.

“The hotel room was clean and comfortable and the hotel provided a nice family friendly atmosphere. The indoor pool and jacuzzi was just what the doctor ordered to get the kinks out after a long drive. They even had room service!”

• It is convenient to my son's home.
• It is getting old.

“We have stayed at the Holiday Inn in Beaver Falls many times. The staff is friendly, for the most part (night clerk, not so). The motel is getting old, but it is convenient for us. Unfortunately, they had severe problems with the pool. We could not use the pool for most of our stay. The manager said she would give us a couple of days comp for the inconvenience. I hope she does.”

• There was a friendly person at the desk at 2 AM when we checked in.
• NA.

“The place is clean but the first floor area on the way to the elevator smells musty. The complementary breakfast was superb. The area we stayed was quiet and we were able to sleep in to 9 AM without hearing any noise in the hallway and no one knocked on the door for maid service even though we forgot to put out the do not disturb sign at 2 AM when we check in.”

• Nothing.
• Requested a non smoking room, but I had a hard time breathing.

“When is a room no-smoking, when the hotel decides it is, our should there be standard that control it. Should a non smoking room be on the same floor as smoking rooms. Restaurant had a new cook and the food was cold.”

“Old, dirty, smelly (cigarette smoke) the bath was dirty. It's an old Holidome, and they think its a 5 Star Hotel (It's the only place in Beaver Falls, PA. with out a body chalk line on the floor. Stay in Monaca, PA. They have new places!”

• Staff was very helpful and friendly and room was very nice.
• Parking near the entrance closest to my room was sparse.

“Overall the hotel was great. Checking in and out was very quick and easy and the staff was very nice. I didn't do much more than sleep there, so I don't have much to say about the facilities, but the room was very clean and comfortable.”

• The pool and indoor play area was great the kids.
• The food service was terrible! 25 mins before they even got one man a drink!

“The bathroom was super small, the door almost hit the toilet when open, the bath wasn't to clean. The room had cobwebs. The room other than that was very nice, the pool was great and the look of the hotel also nice but the staff was horrible and the people who I meet there who unfortunately had to come there on a regular basic would tell you horror stories about how long it would take to get your food. Not sure that I would go here again next time.”

“Great getaway for children. My kids and I live a half hour away and just go for the night to swim, play games, and enjoy ourselves. It is not upscale, its just set up to really be able to relax and have some quality time. The pool is set up in the center of everything, which makes it really nice.”

• The hotel was difficult to find, but with one phone call I had precise directions from a friendly employee.
• The hot tub and pool were both closed for maintenance and we were disappointed to not have that amenity available.

“The hotel is well maintained with a friendly staff. We have stayed here before and each experience has been positive. The only concern on this trip was the pool and hot tub being closed, but that was a minor disappointment. It was just surprising on a weekend when college classes were beginning to find that feature unavailable.”

• Housekeeping staff was great!
• Ordered breakfast to be delivered at 8:30. Order was never placed.

“I put the card on my door by 11 pm for my breakfast order the never taken until 9 am the next morning. They called at 9:10 and asked if I still wanted my breakfast. It was delivered 20 minutes later 1 hour from when it should have been. I had to check out early due to weather. They did not have a clue at the desk. I had to check in at a Holiday Inn closer to the airport and the front desk said I could not transfer the reservation as each hotel is individually owned. I had to pay full price for 4 hours.”

• Nice playground for the kids.
• Room service staff couldn't get an order right, even if it was just water!

“Overall it was a nice hotel. The pool area was nice and the play yard for the kids was great. The food could use some improvement, as well as the room service staff. The room was alright, could have used a refrigerator. Would I stay here again? Most likely.”

• The staff were friendly and accommodating.
• The hotel is old, smells old but looked as though it had a 'face life' within the last 5-7 years.

“It's an old hotel. It is not really convenient to anything except the turnpike. There is an adult book store right next door. The area is run down and there are zero quality restaurants/shops within walking distance.”

• Staff was well-trained, pool/spa was nice.
• I did not have any dislikes at my stay there.

“I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. My room was not where I had hoped it would be but they had a full house with a scheduled wedding party and they couldn't move me to a different room. Not their fault and I accepted it.”

• Good overnight stay hotel for a traveling family.
• Having an indoor pool and being a older hotel made the rooms smell like a wet dog.

“Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were clean as was hotel area, but years of wet carpet to/from the indoor pool area which the rooms surrounded, left a bad/musty smell which was very noticeable.”

• The staff is very nice and considerate.
• The food at the restaurant could have been much better as well as the service.

“The hotel is very nice. It has a pool and exercise room which are fun. The restaurant isn't very good and sometimes seems unsanitary. The staff of the hotel over all seem very nice and accommodating. The hotel is clean and kept well but some fixtures in the bathrooms need fixing or updating.”

• Convenient location to Geneva College.
• Room service was very poor.

“It is the only name brand hotel in Beaver Falls. If there were other options, we would probably not stay there again. It would benefit greatly by doing some renovations - everything looks old and worn. Front desk help was very friendly but we never received maid service for our room.”

• I like the convenience of the location for a weekend get a way.
• The room was not very clean, and the noise from the pool till 11 was overwhelming.

“The hotel overall needs updated, the bed in our room was broken and there was no compensation for this inconvenience, my fiance and I had to sleep separate. It ranked well for my purpose to let my daughter have a winter get a way. ”

• Easy access to highway.
• Distance to my original place.

“Very satisfied with the hotel, but could have been closer to my original destination the chain needs to be more competitive around hot spots. There was another hotel just in the same chain 3 miles from my original destination but wouldn't accept my offer when I drove by the other one it wasn't very busy should have been no reason not to accept my offer due to available rooms.”

“The rooms are nice but the staff frequently leave plates from room service in the hallways for long periods of time. There is a ridiculous $50 nonrefundable pet fee per pet.The so - called 4 star restaurant has poorly prepared food and numerous dirty plates and utensils. I have to stay at this hotel because it is the only one in the area of my family that allows pets”
