• Good location, excellent shuttle service.
• Friendliness of staff, no amenities like shower gel available.

“We stayed at this hotel for one night to attend a concert at nearby BankAtlantic Center. We arrived at 2:45 p.m. Although we were only 15 minutes early there was no room available, the staff was quite rude and unfriendly. So we went for shopping in nearby Sawgrass Mills Mall and returned later to get our room. Front desk staff once more unfriendly and not caring. We didn't bring some amenities like shower gel and though the hotel has a sign that these amenities are available but they're not. Positive is the very friendly shuttle driver that took us to BankAtlantic Center and back with no wait time at no extra charge. This service was excellent.”

• It was clean, centrally located and grounds well manicure and parking facilities were good.
• No natural orange juice at the restaurant.

“Pleasant staff, exquisite foyer, nice artwork and flooring, extremely modern rooms and bathroom, wonderful sheets and bed, some limited room service item. Safe in room, good, great Iron and carpet looked and smelled clean.”

• Unfortunately we got a smoking room.

• It was comfortable and attractive.
• The restaurant was not open enough, breakfast buffet was not supplied nor open late enough (9:00) and no food.

• Comfortable bed, clean room, very friendly staff, bathroom was very clean and luxurious.
• Pool is outside.

“This hotel is definitely a 4 star hotel. The accommodations were luxurious and clean. The beds are extremely comfortable, the rooms are well-appointed, and the bathroom was first class. I was extremely impressed with the friendliness of the staff, especially considering they were having a large wedding the same weekend my wife and I stayed there. The hotel is a little far from the Ft. Lauderdale beaches, but is within 15 minutes of the airport. The Sawgrass Mills mall is directly across the street and there is easy access to many restaurants. I would definitely stay there again if I am traveling through the Ft. Lauderdale area.”

• The bedding was very comfortable.
• The charge for in-room internet service was too expensive.

“This hotel had a convenient location near many restaurants, shopping. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room had all the amenities you would expect.”

• Spacious rooms, clean, good neighborhood.
• Walls thin, heard neighbors use bathroom.

“Hotel lobby, room, service was excellent. The walls were thin, which I think they knew because they give you earplugs. I heard the guest next door use the bathroom. I heard everyone above and on each side of me flush their toilet.”

• Had a great bed and good night sleep.
• Checked in given a room that was used and not cleaned had to get another room.

“This is a nice hotel , It was a great stay. Have been in better hotels this season though that were lower star with free continental breakfast. Checked into a dirty room and front desk says it has happened many times before when it was cleaned in the morning then someone else checks in and out in the same day. Had a good stay other than that.”

• It was more like the quality timeshare resorts that we've grown to love.
• Only that it wasn't closer to the ocean.

• The decor was modern and the rooms were spacious.
• The cleaning staff was very loud talking to each other from the opposite ends of the hall.

“The Front desk staff was very pleasant and expedited us to our room very quickly. The hotel appeared safe and parking was ample. With large update rooms this hotel was a bet!”

• Room was clean and comfortable, pool was nice also.
• Not especially friendly person at check in, not rude, just not friendly.

“Hotel was located across a mall which had some nice restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable. Not as good as other Crowne Plaza's I've stayed at, but still nice. When checking in, clerk wasn't very friendly. Not rude, but no smile or anything.”

• Great place to stay, lots of food, and shopping nearby.
• Nothing.

“This hotel was more then I had expected. The rooms were decorated in a tropical theme that was right for the area. It was extra clean. The beds were better then home, with the softest pillows, making sleeping easy. The only thing I would change is the curtains didn't block the morning sun but over all a great place to stay.”

• Complimentary items were already opened.

“This was a business trip but my partner came along. Very nice hotel, room was very roomy, partner did not like the bed but I was happy with it. Some of the complimentary items (coffee, ear plugs) were already opened, made us feel like housekeeping was not top notch. We were very pleased that the room had a refry, microwave and coffee maker. We saved a lot of money on meals at the grocery store.”

• Convenient to Saw grass mills and comfortable beds.
• Corners of room were very dirty and not vacuumed, hallways were not vacuumed.

“I expected a little more upscale hotel for the money. I didn't not expect their to be so many cleaning deficits. The room did have the fridge, micro, safe and other standard amenities which were nice. The pool area and gym were nice sized. The location was great for going to the Mall. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful.”
