• Proximity to beach was nice and workout room was a plus.
• I thought the prices for breakfast was a little high, we left and search for a cheaper alternative.

“Overall our stay here was wonderful. Upon check-in, the young lady was gracious enough to give us an upgrade to a higher floor with a better view. The room was clean with comfortable bedding! The workout room was more than adequate. We would definitely return again.”

• Bathroom was small with placement of toilet hard to move around.

• Nothing.
• No AC in room and no effort to find another room.

“No one on staff at this hotel cared that we had no working AC in the room. No effort made to help find us another hotel but we could check out if we wanted. No staff help, poor staff attitude. I asked if we could sleep in the lobby, as a joke, the desk matron said we could do so at our own risk. Same person who would not help us find another room. Keep in mind that we picked up our keys at 9:30 p.m. and went out to eat never going to the room. We returned at 11:00 p.m. to find no working AC in the room so options were very limited by that hour.”

• Nothing. The staff was rude. The night manager preferred for us to go through and have maintenance spend 30 + minutes in fixing our AC at 1 am.
• Everything.

“We arrived for a family reunion. We arrived back at 1 am and the air was broken down. We asked to be moved and the rude night manager told us we would have to deal with that room because we already dirty it. The repair man came in around 1:10. He told us they had other rooms available however the manager refused to transfer us. We were upset with a hot AC until 2:20 am. I have younger kids. He gave us a free breakfast and it took our waiter 45 minutes to bring a hot chocolate. It took him also over 30 minutes to show up with menus. We brought family to eat at the hotel and he double charged my sisters husband. We had to use other waiters to get service. It was ridiculous. As I left there was a man complaining to the hotel manager about their stay. I told him what had happened to us with the manager present. We will never go to this hotel again. I am sending an email to their offices in Boca Raton. Vacations are supposed to be enjoyable. The lack of customer service and common sense was beyond belief.”

• It was close to everything, good location.
• My room was very hot and the AC never cooled the room enough. The white sheets were stained.

“I would not recommend this room to anyone, we actually wanted to leave and go to another hotel. There were areas in the ceiling that were cut out and covered with a piece of dry wall. It looked terrible. Overall, I was just not happy!”

• Expensive and not within walking distance of any other amenities or attractions.

“It was good, but you can definitely find a cheaper hotel if you look for something else in Cocoa Beach. It's a very family friendly area and hotel and the services were good, but not worth the price.”

• Friendly service and convenience to the attractions.
• Room location was noisy and air conditioner was too noisy to leave on while trying to sleep.

“Friendly service and good food both for dinner for breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were silky soft for sleeping.”

• Waitress not very good.

“Hotel lobby, restaurant, deck area outside very nice. Rooms very clean and large. Couch looked out of place. Food over priced and waitress very forgetful. Over all experience would stay again.”

• The location on the beach was great.
• You had to pay for continental breakfast.

“The hotel was fine the location was great. Having to pay for the continental breakfast was just wrong and the selection was bad. When we rented beach equipment, they should have told us about the dangers and hazards for the red tide that they were being effected by. When asked about it they tried to downplay it.”

• Excellent staff, friendly, and willing to help.
• Poor management! Staff expressed dislike of management and our interaction with management was very negative.

“Pleasant surroundings, excellent staff. Management poor, not at all interested in customer satisfaction! Restaurant service and food extremely slow. Staff made much effort to create a pleasant environment, but "unable to meet requests", "can't do that". Amenities additional expense (music, internet, use of business computer and printer, etc.)”

• No hot tub. No 24-hour room service. Long distance charges are $.

• Beach front location and proximity to Space Center.
• No refrigerator in room.

“Overall, this hotel is a wonderful choice if you are visiting the national seashore or Kennedy Space Center. The location is excellent as its right on the beach and a short drive to area attractions. We had a great time at the beach and the pool bar was convenient and fun. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was excellent. My only complaint was the lack of refrigerator in the room but we knew that ahead of time and brought a big cooler. Looking forward to going back.”

• Management, take towels & do not return until later.

“The management is bad. Housekeeping cannot speak English. Cannot help with questions. The front desk gave another party my room with a key when they checked in. They walked right into our room. They take towels in the morning and do not return them until afternoon. My TV came on every morning at 3am. Not many restaurants in area.”

• We got a good price and it was a good location.
• The room was floor level and I could hear every person who walked down the hallway. The pool, outdoor lounge area was not very welcoming.

“We stayed at the crowned plaza at the beginning of the week and then moved to this hotel for the end of our vacation. I have stayed at Hilton hotels before and expected them to be as nice as our experience at the crowned plaza but it was not. None of the hotel staff went out of their way to serve us. No one offered me a drink while I was lying at the pool. Our room was dark and seemed like it used to be a conference room turned into a hotel room. There were no thoughtful extras in the room such as a small fridge. The staff who worked at the beach rental/pool towel stand did not know at all what was going on. It¿s just not what I would have expected from the Hilton and I wish we could have stayed at the crowned plaza.”

• Very nice accommodations.
• I felt totally ignored by the staff, due to the price I paid??

“The hotel was lovely but I received no offer of any type of assistance, from getting in the front door, throughout the entire stay till I carried my luggage out. I really felt like I was totally on my own, not deserving of anything special from them.”

• Hotel staff promptly switched us to an upgraded ocean view room due to screaming baby next door.
• When we checked in, it appeared we were given the worst room with a window view of a wall.

• Perfect location on the beach, fun outdoor bar with live music, cozy restaurant and bar or lounge inside. Recently renovated, very clean.
• Pool was small and rather crowded, but the ocean is steps away!

“My wife and I enjoyed a week vacation at this Cocoa Beach Hotel. We wanted to check out the surrounding area and be close to Orlando. It worked out perfect! On the beach, very helpful staff, fun atmosphere with a very nice menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We actually enjoyed the fitness center too.”

• Night on the beach.
• Very small pool, somewhat misleading description regarding pool being on the beach as beach could not be viewed from pool area.

“Very clean, still under remodeling. Not really set up for families except that located on beach. Dining very expensive at hotel, but less expensive dining nearby. Nicely appointed.”

• Totally renovated after hurricane last year, everything new.
• A few minor thing still to be done in lobby.

“Spick and span hotel after hurricane. Nice heated pool overlooking the ocean. Bathroom small but all redone in marble and granite. I was given a partial ocean view room with all new furniture, carpet, drapes and bedding with 4 pillows per bed. Hotel as nice as could be.”

• Beach sand was nice.
• The construction, the emergency speaker system in the room being used for general announcements, no lobby, no parking.

“Under repair, staff did not follow through on those things they said they would do. Woke us up at 8:00 using emergency fire system with garbled message that scared us at first, but turned out to be a request for all guest to move their cars so they can pave a section of the parking lot.”

• The lobby is under construction, no hot tub.

“The Hilton is right on the beach. The pool area and out side snack bar are nice. The rooms were clean and adequate. Ask for a room with a view of the ocean.”

“They were renovating the lobby during my stay, so the construction crew was there from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Looking past the construction. The beach was beautiful which was right at the backdoor. The room was clean and the view from the room was great, I only wish they had a balcony. This is the only place on Cocoa without balconies, go figure. The ride to Kennedy Space center was 30 minutes and Orlando was less than an hours drive.”

• The room design was superior to others, bathroom design unique, great view of ocean.
• Website did not make it clear construction was still ongoing.

“The Hilton Cocoa Beach is a great hotel to take family for a quick weekend getaway for the beach. The staff is courteous. They were quick to resolve a misunderstanding regarding continental breakfast (it is not included in all rooms). There were several weddings held on the beach, so it's romantic as well.”
