• The reasonably priced restaurant was a great surprise.
• The business center was actually a computer in the hotel office.

“This was a great hotel with a very nice reasonably priced New Orleans style restaurant. I had a great meal for $8 + tip. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the staff was very helpful.”

• The beds were cushy!
• Air circulation system very loud throughout hotel.

“The rooms are lovely; pillow top beds, down comforters, tasteful furniture. Sliding closet doors squealed when opened, elevators were shamefully dirty and floor vibrates from air circulating system. Large blowers near elevators very loud.”

• Convenient from Airport.

“The room was very comfortable, the beds are excellent. The maids never cleaned the bathroom, counter-top in four days, the coffee and creamer was never refilled, I had to go downstairs and get it. The TV doesn't change from channel to channel, you have to go to menu and then to guide even to scroll local channels.”

• We like the individual coffee cup maker, complimentary water bottles, room decor, pool/hot tub, overall cleanliness.
• Would like pool/spa hours to be later than 10 PM, noisy plumbing, noise from adjacent rooms, sheet cleanliness, pillows too mushy.

“Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Melbourne Airport Hilton. The room was modern and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We usually didn't arrive back until late in the evening and the pool/spa were closed by 10 PM, which was frustrating. The plumbing is very loud, where we can hear water running through pipes from nearby rooms quite loudly. The pillows were not firm enough for our preference. The individual coffee cup makers are a nice feature. We had two cleanliness issues with the sheets: one set had a stain on them, and another had some hairs on them when they were fresh. We would gladly stay at this hotel in the future.”

• It was centrally located. The staff was very helpful and polite. They called me by my name during my stay.
• Allowing dogs in the hotel.

• The mattress was extremely comfortable.

“Excellent hotel. Easy access to shops and restaurants. We did have to travel across the bridge most days for a soccer tournament. that was the only negative. Room was clean and the bed was great. Highly recommend this hotel.”

“The hotel was fine the location was not. I was disappointed. The purpose of my trip was to be on the beach. I asked a beachfront property and put me at an airport property. Very disappointing!”

• The location and upscale rooms were nice surprise.
• Dining room hours for lunch are short.

“We really enjoyed ever aspect of this hotel. We enjoyed the hot tub/pool daily. We also played tennis on the hotel property. Within a half a mile was a public golf course that rents clubs. We will return again.”

• Not far from the beaches, about 15 min drive.
• Close to the airport, remote area, nothing to do there.

“The hotel is ok but it's located in the middle of nowhere. There is a small airport close to the hotel but it's not noisy at all. There only a few flights from Melbourne airport. Next time I'll probably stay in Cocoa Beach.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Melinda Thomas (Assistant Office Mgr.) who went out of her way to make our stay very enjoyable.
• The hotel was great, the pool location wasn't the greatest but we did understand how problems arise from planning parking, etc.

• Nice thick towels.
• Desk staff and security guards by front doors in the evening give you strange looks and are un-helpful.

“Room doors are too loud when they shut! It wakes you up at all hours of the night. Shower and Toilets leaking. Rooms are not cleaned well. Cleaners hairs left in shower. No new soap left.”

• The staff was amazing. They have an excellent service staff. They were friendly and approachable.
• The front desk staff could give better directions for those that prefer driving themselves around the city.

• I like the amenities and the location.
• I did not like how the front desk treated me and my boyfriend at check-in. No mini fridge either.

“Very easy check in however the front desk was not very friendly to us at check in. However when we checked out we needed extra time because of car problems and we were given an extra one and a half hours. The hotel rooms were nice and I really liked the full length windows. No mini fridge.”

• Not a 4 star hotel and not located on the beach as other 4 star hotels.

“Nice hotel if you are on business travel, but not family oriented for vacation. Does not have a refrigerator in room. Not located near the beaches. Down feather pillows and comforter nice, but terribly allergic to them and there were no alternative pillows/comforters in the room. Staff seemed attentive and nice. Housekeeping was not very timely and did not provide sufficient towels for 2 adults & 2 children staying in the room. Most Hampton Inns I've stayed are nicer than this "4 star" hotel.”

“Friendly, Clean, Great room and bed. Breakfast Buffet was OK. Potatoes were poor and greasy, French Toast was not French but toast from a toaster, and Pancakes were OK. Great Spinach and Feta omelets.”

“This hotel was bad. It did not, in our opinion, match the quality or star level. Place is old, run down and poorly maintained. Furniture was ragged, bathroom tub drain did not work; water backed up during shower; no control on shower head. We would not recommend this place to anyone.”

“Most appropriate for business travelers. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub spa and appreciated tennis courts and basket ball nets. Very clean but would have liked to have microwave and fridge. Also would have liked computer with internet access in lobby. Loved the restaurant. Overall a nice place to spend a day or two.”

• It had a clean, comfortable bed and nice facilities.
• It had no view and wasn't near anything but businesses, as I expected.

“I knew the hotel was near the airport, some businesses and not much else. I had hoped my 3-star was the oceanfront Crowne Plaza, but this was still a great deal for the price. It is a short drive to historic Downtown Melbourne, which has a good Irish pub, some cafes and free WiFi. The hotel itself is very nice good beds, clean, nicely styled room and both a pool and tennis courts a few paces from the front door. No complaints about condition, service, amenities or comfort. The only drawback is it is most suitable for business travelers or someone needing to be stone's throw from airport.”

• The restaurant food was excellent and the price was surprisingly decent.
• I booked well in advance, but the only king bed they had was a handicap room next to the elevator. Very noisy.

“The restaurant food was excellent and priced well. I would eat there without staying at the hotel. the only available king-sized bed was in a handicap room. I didn't like being stuck in a handicap room. It was next to the elevator and we had to endure the bells all night long. Plus, the bathroom had no vanity, so we had no place to put our toiletries in the bathroom. Other than that, the hotel was okay.”

• Very comfortable, bed was fabulous. Convenient to shopping (grocery and other).
• Felt "duped" by the hotel re: breakfast.

“The hotel was lovely but we felt duped by the breakfast setup. Most hotels we used included breakfast with the room. A buffet was set up in the lobby and as there was no restaurant we thought it was complimentary. We were presented with a bill for $12. each at the end of our meal. Had we but known.”

• Very slow draining pipes--water stayed in tub & sink for a while after use.

“Rooms were tastefully decorated, beds had quality down comforters and pillows and nice heavy sheets. The staff was always friendly. Only complaint was the plumbing--the sink and tub stayed full of water for a long time after each use. For the price we paid, we were more than satisfied with this hotel and thought the star rating was appropriate.”

The room was roomy, exceptionally clean and the bed/bedding was the most comfortable of any we have ever stayed at. The place was quiet and peaceful but close to everyplace we wanted/needed to go including the ocean! We will always come back to the Hilton Rialto to stay when we come to Florida!”

“My boyfriend and I needed to find a hotel for one night in the Melbourne area. This exceeded our expectations for the price. The room was very clean and quiet. The front staff was very nice and already had my information and room ready upon my arrival. Checkout was extremely easy.”
