• Very good location.
• Very difficult to get help from staff.

“We arrived at this hotel with a reservation for a non-smoking room with 2 adults and two children. The hotel staff was non-existent when we arrived. It took me about 15 minutes to find someone at 8 pm. The entire hotel smelled like an ashtray. When we got to our room, it was in very good condition, but there was such a stench of smoke that our eyes were burning. After 20 minutes of hunting for hotel staff, I had to call the front desk and wait 3 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to answer. We were given another room which did smell better, but was still obviously smoked in. This room ended up having only three pillows and two towels for four people. I called down to the front desk again, and it rang for about 10 minutes before I gave up. This hotel wasn't even one star.”

• Easy check-in with priceline, like that it had a recliner and full kitchen.
• Nothing that I didnt like, but I only stayed one night.

“Room was clean, A/C worked great and everything was good and would recommend it to anyone. It would be a great place to stay for a extended business trip. Price was the best thing.”

• Clean, newer hotel. Very comfortable. Great for families.

“We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room had plenty of room for us and our 3 children. The kitchen was a definate plus. There was a living area which had a comfortable sleeper sofa and a leather recliner. It was well worth the money. Would definately stay here again.”

“I was very pleased with the size of the room, the cleanliness, the large kitchen (plus cookware), and the location (right next to a mall). All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.”

• The key system.

“Hotel was conveniently located to Florida Institute of Technology. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free continental breakfast was a plus. They also had a clean pool.”

• The price was good and the room was very comfortable. I liked the kitchen an living area, good layout.
• There was no restaurant.

• You have to pay daily rate for wireless internet.

• No staff at night, room was not fully equipped.

• Very friendly staff eager to help and make recommendations.
• Trash i.e. cups and bags of garbage left in the hallway.

“Great location you can walk to local mall and restaurants. Very friendly helpful and happy staff. Rooms are clean, roomy, full size fridge, stove and microwave silverware and plates are provided. Overall one of the best places to stay in Melbourne.”

• Big refregerator.
• Not so friendly staffs.

“I wish they also serve us a continental breakfast in the weekend, I was expected; but, it was not served on both Saturday and Sunday. Overall, the stay was sound and comfortable though.”
