• It is clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff is very accommodating.
• I always go somewhere else for breakfast because their continental breakfast costs too much for what you get.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to sleep or for business. It lends itself very well to small gatherings, in the lobby area, for meetings. I would not recommend it to someone as a vacation resort. It does not provide this kind of atmosphere nor does it have the things you would be looking for in entertainment of facilities.”

• Clean and the staff was very helpful.
• It's some distance from Kennedy Space Center, but we couldn't get closer for the launch.

• Staff was great, room was clean and tidy, beds were comfortable.
• Proximity to beach - you need a rental car if you are vacationing here. I didn't feel like this hotel was upscale, not that it wasn't nice.

“We finally found the best restaurant in town on our 2nd to last night. Tropic cafe, ask for Amber G. Everything else in the area was a chain restaurant or just so-so food. We dined here twice. Great food, AWESOME staff, good atmosphere.”

• Eggs were powdered eggs and coffee creamer was bad.

• Too far from historic district.

“We expected to be able to walk everywhere in the historic district. The hotel, while lovely, was a little bit too far to walk everywhere.”

• The shower head didn't work properly.

“The Courtyard was a convenient, clean hotel for our 7-night stay in Melbourne. Rooms are kept very clean, nice little balcony off each one too.”

• Strobe light on fire alarm in room.

“Bed was great. Bath was not. When I called front desk about blinking strobe on fire alarm at 2am they said they would send someone up to cover it up because it blinked all the time to let you know it was working.”

• The room and the pool was nice.
• Not letting the prepaid customers eat continental breakfast.

“The hotel was very nice, but I think not letting the people that are prepaid eat on the free Friday- Sunday breakfast is outrageous. We stayed for 4 nights I think they could have let us partake in the breakfast. I think they need to re-think that policy! For that reason, we will not stay in this hotel again.”

• Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly, courteous and efficient. Within 5 minutes of Florida Institute of Technology.
• There was coffee service in room. Would be nice to have tea available also.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Exceptionally clean, comfortable and well appointed. Very convenient to FIT and I-95. Close to many dining establishments. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.”

• The room was very nice and spacious.
• There was a foul odder on the east side of the building approaching the parking lot. I reported it and it was going to be worked on.

“This is a very nice motel with a nice spacious room. The lobby was very inviting and comfortable. I really liked the fire place. It made my stay feel homey.”

“I thought the staff was wonderful. The room was beautifully set up. The only thing that my Daughter didn't like was the fact that they only had cartoon channel. I don't allow her to watch most of that.”

• Bathroom facilities were high quality and room was very clean.
• There was nothing I would change about this hotel.

“The room at the courtyard was very spacious and clean. There was plenty of room to attend to business affairs if needed. The hotel staff was very accommodating with my request.”

• Picturesque and relaxing romantic courtyard setting, enjoyed the Jacuzzi.
• They failed to bring towels to the Jacuzzi, but we survived.

“This hotel was far beyond our expectations during a peak season. It was in the heart of dining and shopping, we walked to the restaurant, convenient location for our play and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in a secluded area in the courtyard sharing a romantic evening after seeing the LA Dodgers spring training and the night before embarking on our day at Disney. The Jacuzzi was great. The bed very comfortable and the service superior. We had a wonderful getaway.”

• Rooms were nicely decorated.
• Charged $9 for breakfast that is free at similar hotels.

“The hotel has recently been redecorated and is very nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable. Our room had a love seat and a desk. All in all a very nice room. Only disappointment is that the hotel charged $9 per person for a continental breakfast normally free at other hotels such as Hampton.”
