• Convenient location.
• Sign for entrance is blocked by shrubbery I had to call to find it.

“I've stayed in worse but I've also stayed in better for the same money.”

• Very friendly and helpful knowledge, advice and directions for the area.
• Beds could have been newer and more comfortable.

“Great for a short stay over. The elderly lady at the check-in was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. For the price, I would stay here again in a Heartbeat.”

• Our stay was 8/7/08 till 8/8/08. Older woman at desk at check in, very pleasant.
• Water drain slow, bed sheet stained, carpet filthy, air conditioner vent coated with sticky black scum, 1/2 inch gap under door.

“Storm caused electric to go out. No one was available in office offering information as far as updating patrons as to when we should have electric by. Owner had no concern at all to supply flashlights. Tried to contact them in efforts to have dead 9 Volt battery in alarm clock replaced so we could listen to updated weather information and maybe needed to set alarm for morning. My boy friend took pictures of white socks he had that turned black after walking on carpet. When checking out made management aware of all these issues. We declined because I am filing a dispute with my Credit Card Co. Would appreciate any back up support you have to accommodate our very uncomfortable, unpleasant stay at Americas Best Inns in Beufort-2448 Boundary St.”

• The personal was very accommodating to handicap people.
• Zilch.

• Rooms were fairly clean and the room was large, the MO and frig was handy.
• The lobby was very shabby and not clean. The staff I saw was not at al.

“I was looking for a budget hotel and it filled the bill. I was in town for business; I would not stay here for a longer trip.”
