• An excellent place to stay, convenient location, friendly staff.
• Everything was great!

“This was an excellent place to stay! Everything was clean and comfortable. The location was great, right off the highway and close to shopping and dining. The night desk clerk waited up for us to arrive our first night, which was at 3 am! We were very impressed.”

• The indoor common areas were superb!
• I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.

“This was the best value for a hotel I have ever paid. Fantastic room, we were upgraded to a suite, wonderful restaurant for breakfast, nice pool, great weight room and friendly desk crew. I will return to this hotel.”

• Free continental breakfast was quite good and plentiful.
• Upon arriving there was a terrible smell on our floor.

• Good value for the money.
• The location of my room across from the hotel laundry.

“Given the ease with which the Melbourne area can be traversed via I-95 or US A1A, this hotel was a good base from which to work and a fine value for the money.”

• Good location, easy in-out, close to I-95.
• Controls on a/c unit could not be read. Had problems keeping room comfortable.

“Only used hotel for sleeping. Everything was good. Location was close to what we needed. A/C unit needed new control panel. Staff was efficient. Coffee maker, refrigerator, Microwave oven and hair dryer in room were nice.”

• That pets stay for free, nice towels and pillows.
• The a/c leaked water on the carpet, smelled bad, did not offer me the room I reserved.

“Overall, not a bad place to stay since pets are free. I reserved a king bed and got two doubles, when I notified the staff I was told that was the room that was booked though I was charged for a king room. I don't think that I would stay at that La Quinta again but I would try others.”

• Easy access from 95.
• Room was very musty, toilet extremely loud, no hot shower.

“I would not recommend this hotel at all as the room was extremely musty, no hot shower the first day and the toilet sounded like a jet engine.”

• Room smelled a bit odd, old or maybe mildewy.

“Great location right off of I-95 but yet only miles from the mall and other things. Great staff, nice free breakfeast, got a pretty good rate and I would stay again!”
