• I like the complimentary breakfast including eggs sausage waffle maker.
• Location on opposite side of freeway, traffic and congestion at rush hour.

“Nice hotel for families. Have complimentary breakfast with normal cereals along with sausage, eggs, biscuits and waffle maker. Indoor pool looked nice, although didn't use.”

• Comfort.
• No cell phone service in most rooms.

• They had a thermostat for the AC, I just set it and didn't have to keep going to the AC to cut it on or off.
• No vending machines, you had to buy chips and sodas from the lobby.

• Location, work space, refrigerator in room, seating space and bed separate.
• Room was very small and worst of all had two double beds, I travel with my husband and would prefer one queen or king bed.

• The use of Peak Fitness Center was a great perk for me.
• There were no dislikes.

• The elevator was too slow.

• The suite was great. Nice size. Enough room for all of us.
• Breakfast was very busy and a little disorganized.

• Really liked the park-like setting, ensured privacy.
• Not a thing!

“I would recommend this hotel due to the fact the easy of finding it off of the interstate. Once you check in, the room is spacious and extremely clean. Enjoyed my overnight stay.”

• The staff was friendly and the service was excellent.
• The room was a little crowded.

“I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the excellent service. The complimentary breakfast was also convenient with a good variety of cereal and fruit.”

• Bed was the most comfortable ever! Breakfast Great! Loved Waffles! Room decor' beautiful!
• Crazy to charge for bottled water in room. Eggs were gross. Couldn't get wake up call turned off, we got up for sure!

“My friend and I were traveling for a training seminar. We were very impressed and relieved that the hotel was so nice. I travel several times a year & lately I have booked hotels and when arriving, had bad experiences. This hotel was amazing and we regret we did not have more time to enjoy it. We had to check in very late & leave very early. For the price we paid, it was much better than expected! I worked as a front desk manager in hotels for years. I know what to look for! Kudos' to the breakfast attendant, he was so cheerful and helpful! Great morning person who put a smile on my non morning face!”

• Cleanliness, nice to have microwave and fridge in room and separate area with loveseat.
• Pillows, even though there were two per person, they were much too soft, offered no support.

“Good location, close to many stores and restaurants, but felt secluded and safe. Pool or hot tub and breakfast area centrally located and easy to find, also has laundry facility for guest use. Breakfast included variety of hot and cold items. Very clean.”

• The breakfast was excellent.
• The curtains would not shut (fastened to wall).

“This hotel was an excellent value for the money. It was very clean overall. The only drawback was that you could hear voices through the walls and out in the parking lot, at odd hours. The location was safe and a bit secluded.”

• Most everything was exceptional.
• Pillows were bad thus making the night's sleep not that good.

“I've stayed in SpringHill Suites in other cities on company business and the cost of the rooms on those trips. This is an exceptional hotel for a 2 star rating. Indoor pool, high speed internet in room (wired), frig, microwave, breakfast and more. Easy to get to and get out of, right off of I-85 but quiet (and this from country folk). I really didn't expect a mini-suite hotel and thus was very happy with it.”
