• Could hear noise that took place in the hotel.

• Location was excellent. Parked the car and walked to restaurants, shopping, major upscale mall. Room comfort was wonderful.
• Parts were being repainted and got a good jacket ruined.

“This is a perfect location for being in the South Park area. Despite being a large hotel, it had a cozy boutiques feel to it. Convenient to upscale large mall plus smaller malls, restaurants yet tucked away from traffic. Easy walking.”

• Always neat as a pin.
• No coffee maker in room and none on complimentary basis downstairs.

• Atmosphere comfort.
• Workout facilities.

“The hotel and staff exceeded all my expectation. Even the fragrance and music in the hotel were inviting. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. The clerks served warm cookies and apples at the front desk. It was a very pleasant place to stay. I will recommend it to everyone coming to the area.”

• Staff was very nice and friendly and it was very clean.
• It was a little out off the way from where I had to go for my meeting.

• The location is excellent and the front desk staff were very nice.
• The chocolates started with 2 per bed, one less the following night and none the third night. Had to call for washcloths, none left second night.

“Over all it was very nice. The bathroom needed upgrading but I'm sure they are working on that. We'd stay there again.”

• The staff was very friendly and it is located in an upscale part of charlotte, next to one of the nicer malls.
• I did find a face cloth from the previous occupant hanging in the shower.

“Overall my stay was pleasant. The location is perfect for shoppers. I would recommend it to a friend.”

• South park is simply located in a great area of Charlotte.
• We experienced a few "slip ups" by room service staff.

“Located just off the South Park Mall but far enough way to avoid street noise, the location is very nice. It is decorated in a classy Southern 'down home' style with an elegant styling. The front desk and concierge staff are committed to you having a very comfortable stay. Bathrooms are bright though fixtures are getting a bit dated. Beds are very comfortable and room nicely appointed. This hotel is wonderfully different and attractive to attract a different sort of travelers and is worth visiting.”
