• Great free, hot breakfast. Very spacious rooms.
• The indoor pool was
  not heated, very unusual and upsetting, especially for my daughter.

“The room was nice, spacious, and clean. The free hot breakfast was very nice, more than I expected. When we were there, the hot tub was out of order and the indoor pool was freezing cold. If you are going to invest in an indoor pool, invest in keeping it heated as well.”

• The room set up was open but felt like small grouping of several rooms.
• Did not find anything I did not like.

“The lobby was attractive and the folks at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was well decorated and had a modern yet tasteful homey feel to it.”

• Room layout comfortable, TV flat screen great, breakfast very good variety.
• Nothing to tell.

“The spacious layout of the room with kitchen is very conducive to a long weekend stay or a week's vacation or business stay. The rooms amenities really make you feel "at home". The location is close to shopping, dining, conveniences, but also feels remote and "off the beaten path". Breakfast included a wide variety. Large pool/hot tub area with access to cute patio area was enjoyable.”

• The hotel could have been great if the staff followed through with simple requests.
• I requested foam pillows since I asthmatic. They did not get to me for two days.

“The staff could have been more receptive to my needs. I could have had a better night's sleep in my car considering that I slept without a pillow due to laziness of the hotel staff.”

• The hotel is very close to many upscale activities.
• The parking log security is virtually non existent.

“The hotel was ok, our SUV was robbed! The parking lot was the closest to the hotel. They new they where having problems with break-ins in there area and did nothing to warn folks staying with them. They have there standard signs posted in there parking lot which of course allows them to wash there hands of any issues that happen in the parking lot. Very unprofessional!”

• Handy to where I needed to be.
• Very limited parking, staff not very friendly.

“Adequate for business travelers, not someplace I'd want to go for an extended stay. Sofa bed very uncomfortable (mattress did not fit, had to make up bed, had to ask twice for an extra blanket, inconvenient in conjunction with adjoining sofa). Staff was not friendly. When we came back to the hotel at 8:30 in the evening, there was no parking.”

• Room was very nice and free breakfast in morning was excellent.
• Weekend staff very bad.

“Room and breakfast were great, weekend staff leave a lot to be desired. If the rooms weren't so nice and the breakfast very good, I would not stay here again because of the uselessness of the weekend staff (Sunday and Christmas day). Weekday staff was helpful and pleasant. Perfect for the business and leisure traveler, but stay away on the weekends.”

• Location, location, location and friendly.
• No rooms with two beds only 1bed & sofa bed uncomfortable.

“I Liked the hotel in every way except the following: The hotel doesn't have any rooms with two beds. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable I would not stay there again because I need two beds.”

• The staff at the front desk was exceptionally friendly.
• Loved everything

“The staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. Breakfast was included with stay and not a continental breakfast it was a full buffet. The location of the hotel was perfect for eating, shopping, and etc. Everything was perfect. I will definitely recommend to others.”

• clean, nice amenities good location close to shopping and good food
• parking decks were not easily accessed

“This hotel met my needs quite nicely. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The complimentary breakfast was very nice. The only down side was the parking that was quite a ways from the entrances with no elevator to the upper deck.”
