• Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Location.
• Limited TV choices. No food, TV!

“This hotel has everything you'd want in a mid-price hotel. The staff are friendly & helpful, the rooms are clean, the beds are super comfy. Great breakfast choices. The hotel itself is right off the interstate and close to everything!”

• The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were extra clean. The breakfast was great.

• TV didnt work the way it was suppose to.

“Very friendly staff at all levels. Beds are fantastic with clean everything each day. You ask for something extra and you had it within the hour!”

• Helpful, friendly desk staff.
• I really can't think of anything.

“Just 0.6 miles from the interstate, you'll find the friendliest staff and the most comfortable beds. The place is clean, inside and out, and nothing needs fixing. You'll be greeted by a comfy lobby upon entering, with a small dining area you'll enjoy the next morning eating your continental breakfast, included with your stay. I've stayed at five-star hotels that weren't as nice. This is the place to stay.”

• The continental breakfast was late one morning.

“This hotel is a great value for the money. The staff was quick to respond to requests, the continental breakfast excellent, and the rooms clean and comfortable. Easy access to I-77.”

• Always stay at this hotel when in Charlotte, very convenient, price is great, staff excellent.
• Nothing comes to mind.

“I stay here for approx. 5 days per month. The hotel is easy access off of I77. It is clean. The staff is accommodating and genuinely appreciative of their repeat customers.”

• Very quiet, clean, ready to be of service to you
• We were without water all day due to a cable company cutting the water line and it caused us to miss a meeting that night.

“I would highly recommend this hotel. It was very clean, quiet, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would also like to thank the hotel for refunding us for the night the water was off, and it caused us to have to miss a meeting.”

• Free cookies and free internet.
• Only one waffle maker for breakfast. Need two!.

“Very convenient, located off of I-77 and just 3 miles north of the I-85 / I-77 interchange. Clean, with friendly staff and well run. The free breakfast includes self made waffles, fruit, juice, cereal, milk, bread, etc.”

• The outdoor pool was clean and a welcome respite after having driven all day with 3 children.
• I have no negative comments.

“The hotel was newer which made it seem more safe and located in an office complex of newer construction which was largely unoccupied because of the holiday weekend. Overall our stay was pleasant and suited our purposes of an overnight stay on our way to our final destination. The continental breakfast was what we expected from staying with similarly appointed hotels, clean and serve yourself style.”

• clean, quiet, along my route and i got a good price. free continental breakfast.
• lousy pillows.

“i was looking for a hotel along my route from atl to pit and this hotel accepted my offer. it was located conveniently just off the interstate i was travelling. the room was clean and quiet and had everything we needed. the continental bkfst was better than most. i would stay there again and i would recommend the hotel to others.”

• The staff were friendly and they had free internet access to a computer.
• Our car was broken into that night by shattering a window.

“I would feel much more positive except for the experience of having had our car window shattered and several important items stolen during the night. We realize it was not the hotel's fault, but they have had break-ins there before and another car was also hit that night. The hotel allowed us to stay until 2PM which was exactly how long it took to get our window replaced. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and since there were no other rooms, we had to put up with that I didn't call ahead so I take responsibility for that).”

• I liked the location and the fact it's a part of Marriott.
• The oder in the room wouldn't let me sleep.

“If it wasn't for the smoke smell it would have been a nice stay. I went to Charlotte for a function on Friday night and returned to my room around 3:30am and left at 6:20am. The odor was in the bed and the pillows.”
