“Location is in downtown Charlotte, so is good for business travelers, but also good for travelers wanting to be downtown for events, such as 4th of July. Parking in their deck is convenient, but you have to pay. Rooms are well kept and clean.”

- Swimming pool, fitness center.
- Drink machines broken on 2 floors. Breakfast definitely not worth $10.00
“Very neat location and setup. Rooms very clean, maintenance staff were very courteous. Receptionists were not as cordial, not ugly, but just not very friendly as I am used to. The only downside to the location is that all the surrounding shops and many restaurants close on Friday afternoon and are not open on Saturday. If there had been a free breakfast this would have been close to a perfect stay.”

- Awesome location. Great amenities, HS Internet, parking, nice pool on the 11th floor.
- Nothing. Everything was great.

- Fitness center was TERRIBLE.
“Fitness center was terrible, Courtyards usually have nice fitness centers. This hotel need to upgrade the fitness center. Other than that, the hotel was VERY nice and great location and place to stay.”

- This hotel is in a great location.
- They put me in a smoking room without asking my preference; I couldn't get anyone to answer when I called the front desk for express checkout.
“This hotel is in a great location and was much better than I expected. The bathroom was impeccably clean and the room was also nice and neat. The staff were very friendly, but I encountered a few problems--like being put in a smoking room without being asked, and when they were shorthanded when I called to do the express checkout. Still, it's a great value and I'd recommend it.”

- The hotel was great. I had to keep calling because I got lost, but they gave me directions and did not mind. They had a wonderful affordable breakfast.
- There is nothing that I could complain about. The hotel and its staff were great.
“Every thing in the hotel was great. It was very clean, and quiet. The breakfast was wonderful. We had to park in a parking garage, but it was convenient, I would give the hotel an over all A++.”

- The room was very comfortable and clean.
- I did not like the parking garage at night. I felt afraid.
“The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had not been told of the extra $10.00 per day parking and the staff took care of it for me. While the room information packet invited guests for breakfast in the lobby, nothing was mentioned that there would be a charge for it. The breakfast was delicious but from the working in the room I expected the meal to be complimentary. The parking garage was convenient, but scary for a woman traveling alone.”

- Staff was rude, reservation was incorrect (type of room), poorly planned meal availability.
“Hotel staff wasn't friendly or helpful, tried to put 4 people in a room with one double bed. Said I registered for a king sized bed (although I entered 4 people in our party when making the reservation) and to end up getting a smoking room just to get two double beds. one person was running the counter the next morning for check out. they ran out of food for the breakfast buffet. poor planning-- the event we attended was called "Women of Faith" at the charlotte coliseum (the old one near tyvola rd) and many of us booked our rooms months in advance. so they had time to plan (order food, arrange the correct room assignments). I was extremely disappointed.”

- Pillows way too soft and need warning of cost for long distance calls. $7.20 for a 3 minutes call is ridicules.

- we got a smoking room and i have asthma, it stunk bad
“its a good location and the staff was friendly, but i will probably not use priceline for hotels anymore, not only because of the smoking room but also because there were no kings available and my husband is 6'6" and also the breakfast did not start until 6:30 am and both me and my husband had to leave by 6:00 am, so we had to do the drive-thru instead.”

- Very small room, guests had party in hallway when we stayed there
“This hotel had a great location, but we did not get any sleep because teenagers were drinking in the hallway and talking at 3am in the morning right outside of our hotel room both nights. It was horrible as we have a 6 month old daughter that we were trying to get to sleep all night! The hotel even had us sign a "NO PARTY" policy while checking in. I am just not the type of person to be mean and call the front desk on someone though i regret not calling them now.Room butted up against the side of a building.... no view of anything. Bed had hair in it.....and sheets seemed stained.”

“The hotel was in the area I expected. However, It took over an hour to locate a place to park and over 30 minutes after that for a lot attendant to allow us into the lot. After driving 10 hours from Tampa, FL, that was an especially unacceptable.”
