• Staff was very pleasant, upgraded our room for free.
• The temperature of the water in the pool was very cold, hot tub was out of order.

“Overall, very good value for what we paid. Staff was very nice, hotel was slightly older but still very nice. Would definitely stay again for the price we paid a great value.”

• Ease of parking, check in, etc.

“The bathroom was slightly smaller than we now-days expect for a three star hotel. The door hit the shower curtain rod so it was not possible to open it all the way; even so it would have felt crowded. Other than that it was perfect with a sliding door and balcony.”

• Very nice hotel, conveniently located and close to nearby attractions.
• The pool (both indoor or outdoor) was not heated, which was unusual.

“This hotel was clean and more than exceptable for my needs. They had a very nice restaurant and the hotel staff was very accomadating, which made my stay very enjoyable.”

• Lovely park-like setting.
• Pool/whirlpool area was dirty.

“I was not impressed with anything other than the cheap Priceline rate! I had hoped to use the whirlpool since I'd driven a long distance. It wasn't working and appeared to not be very clean. Out of my 3 night stay, I only was in the pool 1 night, and that's very unusual for me.”

• Room was very nice and clean and comfy.
• You have to pay to use the Internet.

“The room was very nice. The bed was comfy and the bathroom and common areas very clean. I was surprised that they charged for Internet access and did not have Wi-Fi, perhaps business people don't mind paying for access but we got free Internet from one and two star hotels on our trip and not from a three so we were surprised. Also, we checked in late at night and there were three guests waiting and no one at the desk but some guy who told us we'd have to wait. 10 minutes later someone came and wasn't friendly. The day staff was very friendly though. It was an OK stay but nothing special.”

• Gorgeous room, good lighting, great exercise room.
• Priceline customers are treated like second class customers

“This is a beautiful hotel, but when the person checked me in and realized I was from Priceline, he didn't ask me how many keys I wanted and said they just had a couple of refrigerators for "medical reasons." The next person gave me a refrigerator, but she wasn't on the desk the second week I stayed there, and the 3d person I asked didn't give me one. They also don't give USA Todays to Priceline people. The exercise room is fantastic, though.”

• It is nice, clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient to us and the rate is very reasonable.
• We only stayed for a night. We do not have any negative comment about the hotel.

• Business hotel that still treated a family of four like a frequent traveler.

“This Marriott was excellent. They brought a fridge to our room to cater to our family need. They gave us great rooms to help us with our 10 week old twins. I couldn't have imagined a better stay.”

• I liked the general location of the hotel which was very close to I77
• I think the bathrooms are a little on the small side.

“The hotel is a nice hotel located in a business park, and very convenient to I77. I think the maids do a fairly good job cleaning the rooms and hallways, however I think the room service trays should be removed more promptly from the hallways. One tray was in the hallway for an entire weekend. Overall the stay was good, but the children running up and down the hallways later in the night was a little annoying.”

• Very clean, sharp in appearance, quality staff.
• The bed in our room needed to be replaced, severe sagging in the middle, slanted towards headboard.

“If the mattress wouldn't have been so shoddy, I would have gladly given this hotel a rating of 10 in every area. But since the main reason for staying at a hotel is to sleep, I give it a 7. All things considered it was still an well-run and well-kept hotel.”

• Nice bed and furnishings.
• Noisy ice machine, non-working ice machine, multiple lady bugs in room.

“Overall the hotel was nice. The bed and furnishings were good and comfortable. The negatives were that the first room they sent us to had not been cleaned. It seems that they may have upgraded us for the inconvenience but they failed to communicate that. There were multiple lady bugs in our room. The satellite
TV went in and out.”

“Clean, located conveniently for our needs. Staff was wonderful. No refrigerator and limited clothes storage. Room was set up more for business, but other details were so nice it more than made up for this. Easily a three star, approaching a 4 star.”

• The rooms were excellent with flat screen TVs.
• The outdoor pool was closed the entire time.

“The rooms at this hotel were Gorgeous. High thread count linens, feather/down pillows. A crib was brought up for us and was waiting when we got to our room. We ordered room service our second evening and the food was wonderful. The only negative we had was that the outdoor pool was closed both days we were there. They did have an indoor pool that was open, however it was very cold so we weren't able to use it as much as we would have liked. And that was one of the things that my daughter was looking most forward to.”

“The hotel is excellent but you have to pay and additional 9.95 a day for internet. I expected to pay less. There is a nice workout area, indoo/outdoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Expect to pay a little extra for add ones though.”

• The atmosphere was wonderful.
• You have to pay for in room wireless internet, but you don't have to pay if you connect in the lobby.

“The hotel is great. Perfect for any type of event. I wouldn't recommend people bringing children under 4 just because the hotel is very professional and quiet. The pool is nice and big, and the fitness room is equipped with TVs on every machine along with complimentary earphones.”
