• The bed was comfortable.
• Elevator dirty - water damage on walls in rooms - dirty curtains.

“The rooms were comfortable, but there was water damage to the walls and ceiling in the bathrooms. Staff was friendly.”

• The in-room spa!
• The workout room could have been larger. The breakfast was mediocre and service, though friendly, not up to quality standards.

“The rooms are roomy with great amenities and touches of class, like in-room spa, large flat screen TV, and attractive linens. The front desk and cleaning staff were super friendly!”

• We liked that they had donuts when we arrived. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful.
• It is next to the hospital and railroad tracks. The evening was noisy with ambulance and train noise.

• Big room and big bathroom.
• Only one elevator - very slow.

“A good hotel with some obvious signs of aging. Very difficult to get out ironing board - then it was broken. Had 2 ice machines for 4 floors and one was not working? Did not have vending machine - had a tiny convenience store that you had to wait on the check-in clerk to staff and it was out of most desirable drinks - early on a Friday night.”

• Pleasant atmosphere, speedy check in and good breakfast.
• I wanted a King Bed and Microwave in the room. Pool is much too small.

• Pleasant in every conceivable way.
• Nothing.

“The location, almost right off the expressway but still secluded, was ideal. Surroundings were beautiful and quiet. The room was excellent. The service was superb. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would happily stay there if we ever have occasion to visit Columbia again.”

• It was clean and well cared for.
• The bed was really hard.

“The hotel was in a beautiful area that had great accessibility to the interstate, but was distant enough to be quiet. It looked new and has been well cared for. The staff were pleasant and helpful. It was a great stay!”
