• Hotel Management and Staff extremely rude. Did not follow up on complaints.

“It took over 90 minutes to check in. Hotel management refused to accept corporate credit card to expedite check-in. The manager on duty was extremely rude. The General manager finally processed our check-in, but failed to follow up on his rude manager. The hotel is located about six miles from the board walk. Don't stay at a hotel that does not care about their guests.”
