• The staff was wonderful.

“The hotel and staff exceeded all of our expections. We stayed in a suite at the hotel, and it was warm and romantic. The courtyard was very peaceful and relaxing. We loved our stay, and would recommend the Mulberry Inn to anyone traveling to Savannah, GA.”

• The location was perfect. We loved being able to walk right out the door and into the city.
• Having to pay an additional charge for parking was frustrating.

“Great location for exploring downtown Savannah. You are minutes away from the restaurants on river street and from the beautiful squares of the Historical District. Our room was spacious, elegant, and well-furnished. It was such a treat to walk into the lobby and be greeted with the sound of a piano. a very nice touch.”

• Charming, great location, clean.
• Did not have courtesy shop.

“We will definitely use this hotel again when visiting savannah. Staff was polite and helpful, surroundings clean, comfortable and charming. They even had a piano player if you just wanted to sit in the lobby and relax.”

• The location was great because everything we did while in Savannah was within walking distance from the hotel.
• The only complaints I have I think it was a little over priced and I don't recommend a road side room due to the traffic noise.

• The lobby had a piano player and hors d'ouerves in the early evening. It was very relaxing to sit and talk in the lobby.
• Our room reeked of cigarette smoke. I am a non-smoker and it was horrible. I suitcase still smells like smoke.

“Great lobby atmosphere. The person at the hotel assured us that all standard rooms were non-smoking, so we booked. We arrived to a room that smelled as if the previous occupant had smoked non-stop for their entire stay. I called the front desk and asked about our problem and they told me that all standard rooms were smoking, that "if" the person I talked to on the phone had told me that, they were mistaken and there was nothing they could do except spray air freshener. ”

• The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.
• The bathroom had to be cleaned, but the staff took care of it immediately and in a friendly way.

• The courtyard is beautiful and a great place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine.
• Staff was perfunctory, not friendly, could be a bit cleaner.

“This hotel is a very good choice. It is upscale but not so formal as to inhibit relaxation. I would not call it family friendly, in that there isn't much for kids to do except is noisy which is what the few kids on our hall did. The courtyard is really a nice feature in which you can take your own wine or buy it from bar and sit and just relax.”

• Room service trays were left in courtyard for 14 hours.

• Very Clean and Quiet.
• The air conditioner in my room was not working properly.

“The Mulberry is a very nice hotel and has been quiet on my stays. It is within walking distance of the Historic Area. There are weddings held in the courtyard area. Typical hotel exercise room. For those who workout on the road your better off running.”

• Wonderful location, decor, and Tempur-Pedic bed!
• People kept opening the emergency doors (equipped with alarms), even in the middle of the night.

“The Mulberry is in a great location, which is accessible to all areas of River Street, City Market, and the Historic District of Savannah.”
