• Clean.
• Jacuzzi/hot tub not hot and low water.

“Long drive from interstate, good hotel if you need to stay in the midtown area. But not good location for travelers getting in late and leaving early.”

• The staff was very friendly. The room was excellent and well appointed.
• You have Pepsi instead of Coke products.

“My friend and I were in town for just one night. The hotel was wonderful. Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and you cannot beat the delicious full breakfast we had the following morning. It was perfectly situated to everywhere we needed to go.”

• Every staff member we met was wonderful! They were all so nice and accommodating.
• It was a little farther from I-95 than I'd expected, but still near many great restaurants/shops.

“Everything was great! The service was above and beyond, the atmosphere was lovely, and the amenities were wonderful! I'd recommend this hotel to anyone!”

“We left an article of clothing behind and upon realizing it I phoned the hotel. It took 5 phone calls, with some unconcerned people, to finally speak with Sandra. She found the clothing in 10 minutes and mailed it the same day. If she hadn't been there I am certain no one else would have cared.”

• Location not as close to downtown as I¿d expected.

“Hotel really works to make you comfortable, from the free drinks and light fare in the evening to the free, extensive breakfast in the morning. Staff very friendly, room well stocked to meet your needs, clean, comfortable. Would recommend this hotel!”

• The room was very comfortable, plenty of room, bed was very comfortable, staff very courteous, friendly & helpful.
• There was nothing we didn't like.

“I like the residence inn because it has a couch & chair, kitchen with ice available right there in the room, a very comfortable mattress. The staff was very courteous, friendly & helpful. The breakfast every morning was very good with a variety of hot or cold food. The room was clean as well as the lobby. It was also conveniently located. Would definitely recommend the hotel.”

• The distance from downtown Savannah; tax was $12.

• It was more than I expected, I was extremely pleased to find a living room/kitchen and a bedroom.
• Breakfast could have included bacon or ham, the corned beef hash was unappetizing and the potatoes weren't very good. But the eggs were okay.

“I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Savannah. The staff was superb, the room was fantastic.”

• I can not say enough about the friendly, courteous attitude of the staff.
• The noise of the traffic outside my window, but it was not that bad.

“Very clean rooms and common areas. Very convenient location, easy to get to from the interstate. Also just a short, easy trip to the downtown historic district. The rooms are spacious and the beds are soft. The best feature of this hotel is the staff. They were so friendly and helpful, with warm, welcoming attitude.”

• I did not have the option to choose 2 double beds, which I would have preferred.
