• The hotel clerks were great. when I arrived late they opened the hot tub after hours for me.

“Everything was great, the service the hours of breakfast. and the kindness the all of the employees showed. I had my news paper at my door every morning. I was there to visit someone in the hospital and would arrive late just about every night. I was there during an unusual cold spell and they opened the hot tub after hours. it was a great experience.”

• Friendly staff, clean rooms, overall clean hotel.
• Some cosmetic issues.

“Overall not really bad but there was some maintenance issues that I noticed here and there. Kind of a bad reflection on the owner of the hotel. Service was good, Room was clean. The only thing about the room was that the toilet would run about every half hour, got annoying after awhile.”

• Continental breakfast was great. Rooms clean and airy and well equipped.
• Neighboring restaurants.

• Very clean, staff was awesome! Helpful and friendly, bed linens were great.
• They missed cleaning our room one of the nights, housekeeping staff needs improvement.

“The public areas of the hotel were very clean. The breakfast was great. The staff kept all items stocked on the breakfast bar and there were a lot of choices. Did not use exercise facility so nothing to gauge. Whirlpool area was nice and clean, stocked with towels. Staff was great, helped us with questions about the area, really friendly. Wanted so badly to give it an A+ but the housekeeping staff forgot to clean one night. Other than that, excellent experience.”

• Clean and quiet.
• Staff gave poor directions to airport rather than printing a map.

“Not an ideal location, but clean comfortable and quiet. Staff was friendly. Breakfast did not appear appealing and I did not partake. The did not have cream for the coffee- only creamer or milk.”

• Room/maid service.

“Upon check in the room seemed ok until a bit later. I got the shower and there were 2 long black hairs stuck to the wall (I have a buzz cut) and a used soap bar in the dish. Threw coffee basket had no coffee and empty wrappers. The next afternoon I returned to find the bed made and towels taken but there were no clean towels, no coffee once again and the wrappers still laid there. The trash cans were still full as well. I called downstairs but the maids had left for the day. Then I was expected to come down and get my own supplies. Everything else was pretty much ok but of all the things. Cleanliness? Very important in my book.”

• That it was located within a mile from a great mall.
• The bathroom was becoming a little outdated but I was only stay a few days.

“The hotel was located within a mile from a sport bar, indoor mall and a movie theater. The stay was great and I'd come back again. The traffic on weekends is slow going mostly because of the indoor mall.”

• The jaccuzzi was out of order for the entire trip, looked like someone had thrown up and no one cleaned it up, even on the day of checkout.

“Good overal stay, would suggest to anyone, a little pricey, but better than the same hotel just down the road that's $40 more.”

• Like the location, size of room, windows could be open, staff was friendly.
• They ran out of bed linen.

“I think overall I was pleased with my selection of the hotel and would certainly book again with then. It was clean, rooms were of a good size, and I was comfortable there and felt safe.”

• There was a large tour bus group staying there with lots of kids.

• No restaurant, not that nice of a hotel.

“This hotel is average, like a holiday inn express- nothing fancy, no dining. This is just a hotel that I will shortly forget about.”

• The handicap modifications to the rooms made this enjoyable for in-laws. Complimentary breakfasts were great!
• It was very noisy the first night due to children in the next room.

“The complimentary breakfast was great. It has a small but adequate exercise room, which was clean and easy to get to. The breakfasts and the handicap modifications in the hotel rooms made the trip very enjoyable for my elderly in-laws who came along with us on this trip.”

• It had plenty of room and had a pool for the kids.
• It was just a place to sleep at night. There was nothing spectacular about it.

• Took 3 tries to get movies in-room.

“Awesome hotel. I was treated very well from check-in to check out. It was one of the few times I have ever said, "I kind of wish I could stay another night!"”

• It was convenient to the location we were looking for.
• I thought the rooms could use a good scrubbing.

“Although the sheets and towels. Were clean, the overall cleanliness of the room was rather shabby. Send the maintenance crew once in a while not just the maid service.”

• It took awhile to have my room ready.

“I initially tried to check in at 1:15 but check in wasn't until 2, which was fine; we'd just gotten into town early. The girl working the front desk told me it would only take about 30 -45 minutes to finish cleaning the room. I told her no problem, we were early we'd just go get something to eat and come back. I came back an hour and a half later and they still didn't have a room ready for me. It wouldn't have been so bad if they were busy but there may have been 10 cars in the parking lot. That is my only complaint though, and I quickly forgot about it. The rest of the stay was enjoyable.”

• This hotel was very friendly and very comfortable to stay at. It was a home away from home.
• The hot tub was out of order for a few days, other than that it was good.

• The breakfast bar fabulous, the decor attractive.
• Cant, liked everything.

“See line 13. Decor lovely, food great. Service friendly, location for us, excellent, in fact we have already rebooked for our next event in the Columbia area!”
