“Comfortable, clean and spacious suite. Generous free breakfast with optional paid add-ons (omelettes). Automated check-in terminals preloaded with reservations made entrance fast and smooth. Staff was very nice as well.”

• Excellent, quiet atmosphere for an evening alone with my wife.
• Breakfast nook is very crowded downstairs.

“This is the third time my wife and I have done a date overnight since moving here. We like the nice quiet atmosphere and very clean room. The staff is extremely friendly. Now next time we hope to be able to use the pool!”

• Clean - halls smell clean - beds made every day; fresh towels.
• Wish would consider adding extra lighting or marking at entrance of hotel - difficult to see at night considering on coming traffic.

• Great location, easy on/off to Interstate. Very clean hotel, friendly staff.
• Some traffic noise from the Interstate.

“Very positive impression as this was my first stay at any Hyatt Place. Excellent housekeeping, friendly staff everywhere, small menu available 24 hrs. Easy on/off to I-26 & only one exit from a major shopping mall & a large selection of restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel.”

• Spacious room and comfortable bed.
• Automatic check in kiosk didn't work all that well.

“Easy access off the interstate. Room was terrific for someone who is staying for days/weeks at a time. I was only there for about 8 hours, and I'm sure I did not take advantage of all that was great about this facility. The concept is something I will seek out on my next longterm stay in one city.”

• Awesome
  big flat screen TV.
• Hate the very small bathroom (toilet& tub area) which is too close to the bed.

“We have stayed at this hotel three times and it is consistently clean. The king size bed is comfortable, with nice bedding(but the pillows are too puffy). Some rooms have nice big couches which a kid or two could sleep on. The breakfast buffet is with no eggs, no donuts or pastries. The girl tending the buffet area sprayed cleaning solution on a table too close to us, which I could smell and then started sweeping the area with a broom. I cannot stand this in close proximity to my food.”

• It was pretty, it had a really huge TV, staff very helpful.
• Had no microwave, pool was nasty, bed uncomfortable.

“I would not stay here again. It was not what I consider family friendly. Too many gadgets, TV remote hard to figure out. The pool needed to be shocked really badly! But the appearance was very polished. The staff was trying to be helpful, but they can do only so much with this old building, newly remolded.”

“Hyatt Place is a great hotel. We liked the large rooms with pull out sofa for our child. The 42' panel TV is great and wireless internet in the rooms essential. Breakfast was good. Pool was not clean which was disappointing. Will stay there again.”

• Very modern in appearance. Very friendly.
• Need to work out the kinks with the breakfast and the pool.

“The decor was very nice but there was no microwave in the rooms. We had to change rooms, the air in our first room did not work. The beds were too soft for me. The huge TV was very nice but, a little much if you ask me. The breakfast was ok. Not enough room for everyone to move around. The staff however was super nice and was doing everything they could do to make everything nice. Even though the ceiling fell down in one of the rooms and they had to shuffle people around. Great pizza place Bellicini or something like that, good subs too. I don't think we would stay here again.”

• Rooms are clean and comfortable, the decor is modern and upscale, and the 42" plasma TV in the room was great and had a fantastic movie selection!
• Pool closes at 10 pm.

• Did not like it at all. Poorly staffed, much too limited and expensive.

“The rooms are great, the location is good but the self service food is poor and very expensive. The continental breakfast is very limited. I understand that the breakfast has time restraints but why would the coffee be removed and not offered for at least an additional half hour or so? Very inconvenient! The dining space is poorly planned. The staff is very helpful in general but some very well trained and others seem to know very little.”

• The room was excellent with a fantastic HDTV and a great bed.
• A zillion people at breakfast, and not enough room to get your food efficiently.

“The staff was helpful. The room was great. It had a great high-definition TV and a super comfortable bed, as well as a couch area. It was a little far from any restaurants to walk to except Cracker Barrel, and there are no sidewalks, so you have to drive everywhere. But that reflects more on the town than the hotel.”

• The rooms are wonderful. Felt like HDTV had just decorated. The TV is huge! The overall staff is more than polite!
• The bathroom is a little small but the spacious room makes up for it.

“I have stayed at this particular hotel four times now, and every location is wonderful. I love staying at this particular one because it is totally smoke free, so I don't have to worry about a smoking room with my child that has asthma. At it was an awful stay.”

• Soccer team on hall was very loud. Maid did not complete room cleaning on last night (even though I tipped them the first 3 nights).

• Great atmosphere. Exemplary staff.
• Nothing against the hotel. Convention of soccer kids made it hectic.

“This hotel would be perfect for he business traveler. The tranquil colors of the lobby and the rooms allow the traveler to ease into a relaxing evening after a hard days work. The morning and evening staff emit that level of professionalism that I would expect from a resort. I will be staying at a Hyatt Place again if the area I visit has one.”

• Temperature control difficult with old fashioned room heater/ AC unit.

“This is my first time to check in a hotel via a kiosk. Very impersonal welcome but efficient, dispensed our keys quickly. The room felt spacious with partial wall separating the living area from the king size bed. Lots of counter space near sink. Nice continental breakfast, easy checkout. Would definitely like to stay here again.”
