• It was pretty, it had a really huge TV, staff very helpful.
• Had no microwave, pool was nasty, bed uncomfortable.

“I would not stay here again. It was not what I consider family friendly. Too many gadgets, TV remote hard to figure out. The pool needed to be shocked really badly! But the appearance was very polished. The staff was trying to be helpful, but they can do only so much with this old building, newly remolded.”

“Hyatt Place is a great hotel. We liked the large rooms with pull out sofa for our child. The 42' panel TV is great and wireless internet in the rooms essential. Breakfast was good. Pool was not clean which was disappointing. Will stay there again.”

• Very modern in appearance. Very friendly.
• Need to work out the kinks with the breakfast and the pool.

“The decor was very nice but there was no microwave in the rooms. We had to change rooms, the air in our first room did not work. The beds were too soft for me. The huge TV was very nice but, a little much if you ask me. The breakfast was ok. Not enough room for everyone to move around. The staff however was super nice and was doing everything they could do to make everything nice. Even though the ceiling fell down in one of the rooms and they had to shuffle people around. Great pizza place Bellicini or something like that, good subs too. I don't think we would stay here again.”

“We love Hyatt Place, it is a great value as well as family friendly. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Free wireless internet, Starbucks Coffee and streamlined uncluttered decor give this hotel a modern feeling.”

“Room was updated and nice. TV was updated and nice. Room was clean with the exception of the tub that was stained. Overall the employees were very friendly. Breakfast items were not as good as I have come to expect. Overall good experience.”

• Rooms are clean and comfortable, the decor is modern and upscale, and the 42" plasma TV in the room was great and had a fantastic movie selection!
• Pool closes at 10 pm.

• Did not like it at all. Poorly staffed, much too limited and expensive.

“The rooms are great, the location is good but the self service food is poor and very expensive. The continental breakfast is very limited. I understand that the breakfast has time restraints but why would the coffee be removed and not offered for at least an additional half hour or so? Very inconvenient! The dining space is poorly planned. The staff is very helpful in general but some very well trained and others seem to know very little.”

• The room was excellent with a fantastic HDTV and a great bed.
• A zillion people at breakfast, and not enough room to get your food efficiently.

“The staff was helpful. The room was great. It had a great high-definition TV and a super comfortable bed, as well as a couch area. It was a little far from any restaurants to walk to except Cracker Barrel, and there are no sidewalks, so you have to drive everywhere. But that reflects more on the town than the hotel.”

“This hotel surprised me. It was more than I expected, large, soft bed, large HDTV in the room, nice lobby decor with a very lovely scent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, smiling and very easy to talk with. I'm happy I got to experience this hotel and I will more than likely return.”

• The rooms are wonderful. Felt like HDTV had just decorated. The TV is huge! The overall staff is more than polite!
• The bathroom is a little small but the spacious room makes up for it.

“I have stayed at this particular hotel four times now, and every location is wonderful. I love staying at this particular one because it is totally smoke free, so I don't have to worry about a smoking room with my child that has asthma. At it was an awful stay.”

• Soccer team on hall was very loud. Maid did not complete room cleaning on last night (even though I tipped them the first 3 nights).

• Great atmosphere. Exemplary staff.
• Nothing against the hotel. Convention of soccer kids made it hectic.

“This hotel would be perfect for he business traveler. The tranquil colors of the lobby and the rooms allow the traveler to ease into a relaxing evening after a hard days work. The morning and evening staff emit that level of professionalism that I would expect from a resort. I will be staying at a Hyatt Place again if the area I visit has one.”

• Temperature control difficult with old fashioned room heater/ AC unit.

“This is my first time to check in a hotel via a kiosk. Very impersonal welcome but efficient, dispensed our keys quickly. The room felt spacious with partial wall separating the living area from the king size bed. Lots of counter space near sink. Nice continental breakfast, easy checkout. Would definitely like to stay here again.”

• The room was not as clean as I would prefer.

“Overall my stay was great. The rooms are quite unique. The bed was extremely comfortable and the huge TV was really a nice amenity. I felt very good about my stay. If I had one complaint I'd say it was cleanliness. The towels, linens and furniture were very clean. But, the carpet has some serious spots and the bathroom counter top had an odd sticky substance in some spots. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel.”

• The rooms were really nice and very spacious. Everyone was super nice.
• It would have been nice to have a sit down restaurant onsite. They had a cafe that was it.

“Everything met or exceeded my expectations. The rooms were very big with a great TV for the end of the night relaxation. The couch that was in the room was also very comfortable. I could have slept on the couch if I wanted to. That's how nice it was. Everything in the hotel was also really convenient. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.”

• Prefer more breakfast options; felt menu items were too expensive, new concept.

“This hotel is modern, efficient with an amazing staff. Each person I encountered was very helpful, gave thorough information in a professional yet friendly manner. The attention to not only myself but I observed how skillfully they dealt with everyones needs. Rooms are very nice, missing some toiletries and would love to see robes. Nice!”

• We just wish we could have gotten more for breakfast without being charged additional money to get a hot entree.
