• Location on Lake Mary was nice.
• The hotel was completely vacant. We did not feel safe. The rooms were below average. The bed was awful.

“The hotel was almost vacant. I did not feel at all safe staying at this hotel. All the rooms next to ours, had paper on the windows. The rooms looked old. The bathroom faucets had green discoloration on the handles. The bed was very uncomfortable. Overall I did not sleep. This was the last night of our seven day trip. So without getting any sleep it made for a long days travel.”

• The setting is very pretty, scenic.
• The room and bathroom are in desperate need of updating.

“The setting is very nice, the pool area looked nice. The room was stuck in the 50s-60s, but the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. There was no hair dryer. Breakfast did not start until 8 am, I had to catch a 9 am flight, so I missed that.”

“Old-fashioned motel style rooms in a horseshoe pattern with large windows facing the pool. On a lake; good for fisherman, popular with a late-night party crowd.”

• Faulty plumbing, incompetent staff, no internet.

• Nothing.
• It was a complete dive! Awful skuzzy place.

“Horrible dive! Water didn't drain in shower/tub. Claim to have internet service, but repeated calls the tech support they give you, tells you the hotel has stopped service, and after 2 days the hotel finally admitted that. Walkways dirty, old and beat up looking, peeling paint, etc. Definitely not a 2 star hotel!”
