• The service at this hotel was excepitional. I asked for extra wash clothes and they were delivered with a smile in less than 5 minutes.
• Nothing come to mind.

“I truly enjoyed my stay. I plan to return to this chain of hotels again.”

• Roomy and comfortable with many amenities.
• I would have preferred a downtown location, but this was great for the price and only 15-20 minutes from Savannah.

“Attractive, well maintained, quiet and spacious room with many amenities. Great complementary breakfast bar, delicious afternoon homemade cookies, and fruit juice. Just 15-20 minutes from downtown Savannah. All for a great price.”

• I couldn't have asked for a better staff!
• The location, but that was not the fault of the hotel itself.

• Wasn't far from the beach.
• Had a dirty room.

“Room was dirty and I called room service to come clean my room and she told me nobody is here to clean the room. so I asked custom service to come witness a razor blade, dirty glasses and dirty shower and dirty refrigerator, she told me nobody was there to watch the front desk. So I went downstairs to get my own sheets and there was another gentlemen working with her. So I cleaned my room myself.”

• Was in a good access area, could get anywhere easy.
• Was nasty dirty. Will not stay at hotel again.

“This hotel was not what we expected or deserved for our anniversary. We waited 20+ min to even get our room even though we were not early for check-in. The room was dirty in areas it should have most definitely been cleaned. The microwave had food left in it stuck to tray and the bathroom door was sticky. That is nasty. We will not be using this hotel ever again, we have had cleaner rooms in a $20 Motel on the side of the freeway.”

• Fresh cookies, had there actually been enough of them.
• Hotel staff not very pleasant.

“Had to wait on check-in, room was not ready. Breakfast not exactly up to standards for a Marriott. Close within driving distance to a lot of the attractions in the Savannah area.”

• Comfortable of bed.
• Room was not clean well.

“This hotel could qualify for a better rating if the room was thoroughly cleaned. The water smelled like sewer, maybe they need water filters. A child pulled the fire alarm and none of the staff had a key to turn it off. Sadly, the fire department was called to come turn it off, an unfortunate expense.”

• The guest rooms are bright and cheery.
• Only 1 elevator.

“This is a very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I love the way the rooms are set up, so that you have two rooms and an actual living area to relax.”

• We like the large room and the suite attached.
• The bath tub/shower did not drain very well.

• The bed was comfortable and the front desk staff was friendly.
• Not very clean and room had an unpleasant odor. We also had bugs in our room.

“This 3 star hotel was nothing more than a Hampton Inn with a different name. After looking at the pictures on the hotel website I was very disappointed in the actual facility. On the good side the price was right and the room served it's purpose.”

• Great room, looked great, great staff, great breakfast.
• Pool hot tub had lots of nasty foam in it.

“This is a new hotel. Though it is basic, the decor was awesome. Someone spent a good bit more time in the architecture to make a basic hotel look almost upscale. The staff at this hotel was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Even the cleaning staff was far above normal. Must be a great manager. The breakfast was great. Wide variety and very tasty. Not your average continental breakfast. My whole family found plenty of good things to eat. Wish we could stay there on the return trip but the timing won't work out.”

• The staff was very nice and helpful with advice on what to do around the area.
• The pool closed to early (10pm) and the ice box needed to be defrosted.

“Excellent place to stay! We will definitely recommend it to other friends. The rooms and restrooms were very clean, and the bed was really comfortable.”

• Ten minutes from historic Savannah, excellent breakfast buffet, large room.
• I was told by staff that none of the TVs in the hotel have functioning Audio/Video inputs for games, cameras, etc.

• Clean, convenient to highway, free Internet.
• Very limited fitness facility.

“A fine place to lay your head for a night or two, which is what it strives to be. It's not fancy, it's in the midst of a mass of similar hotels and chain restaurants...but it's right off I-95. Being a suite was a plus, so that I could retire to bed while my spouse watched TV.”

• The hotel seemed new, with a beautiful lobby, modern well appointed rooms, and great breakfast.
• The only thing I didn't like was the shower head in the room. Very low pressure.

“I highly recommend the Springhill suites savannah. We spent two nights there and enjoyed it tremendously. The hotel is bright, colorful, modern and well appointed with a friendly staff and a great deluxe breakfast. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Everything was spotless!”

• High ceilings in the room. Modern and inviting decor.
• Walls were too thin so we could hear the kids next door.

“New facility with standard amenities (pool, continental breakfast, workout room, conference room, etc.) But above average comfort and decor. The room that we were in featured modern accents and high ceilings but the walls were thin enough to hear the kids next door. The location was not as desirable as the historic district but it was a quick and easy drive to the action of downtown savannah.”

• The beds were so comfortable.
• The water pressure in the shower was the only thing we didn't like.

“Awesome updated decor, very clean. Immaculate room, the best bed I ever slept in. Great amenities, microwave, fridge, separate split bathroom, desk, loveseat, free high-speed internet connection. Close to Wal-Mart. We took my niece to college and needed to buy more things!”

• I liked that they had internet access. The rooms were a nice size. Very cozy.
• Front desk people were nice, but a little unprofessional. Breakfast area was too crowded. They only had one lady running around doing everything.

“I would recommend this hotel to others. The location was very good. Many places to choose from as far as eating. Not far from other areas of interest. I think that the staff could be a little more professional in conducting business. We just thought it could have been a little more of a professional environment. But they were nice people.”

• The spring hill suites hotel in savannah was great. It was very comfortable, modern and clean. It was great for traveling with a child.
• The walls and doorways seemed very thin as we could hear the hallway noise.

“I would recommend spring hill suites savannah to any traveler. It was perfect when traveling with a child due to the roominess of the suite. The decor was modern. The king size bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and more than willing to help with all our needs. They even left extra sheets in the room for our baby's pack and play. We didn't even ask for those. Overall, our stay was excellent.”

• They only had a very small indoor pool, no outdoor pool.

“The hotel was perfect for our stay. Clean, large rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast was wonderful, not just your typical donuts and coffee, they had homemade waffles. Conveniently located to both historic Savannah & Tybee Beach.”

• Some of the staff in the front counter didn't speak up, and wasn't friendly.
