• The location was very convenient for traveling since it was located in the middle of the airport.
• The front desk made sure I knew that I got the room at a fraction of what it normally goes for.

“Convenient, but would not stay there if I had to pay the "normal" price. The room I was given was a long walk from the elevator, in a corner of the hotel. Okay, but a long way from the airline check in. Not good if you had any difficulty walking long distances. Also, somewhat noisy at night from the wide open, multi-tiered balconies that face each other and the airport concourse with travelers.”

• The hotel itself was very nice.
• When
  I checked in I had four bags was not offered any help.

“The hotel was very nice. The staff however did not fit the hotel. I had to go to the bar to get service in the lounge. I checked in with four pieces of luggage and received no offer of help. I have stayed in many Hyatt's starting in 1977 and this has the distinction of having the worst service.”

• The hotel was beautifully designed, upscale in every way and conviently located within the airport.
• Nothing, it was perfect.

“The hotel was beautiful, had a balcony overlooking perimeter, rooms were upscale, staff was friendly. We had a flight the next morning, and our gate was located one level down. It was a great way to start our vacation. I highly recommend this hotel. Would definitely stay again!”

• The hotel was located at the terminals and was excellent for business and young children.

“We stayed only because we were headed to the airport and had long periods between flights. The hotel was perfect situated at the airport which allowed for very relaxing travel particulary with an 8 year old that had to fly back home alone. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was great. The pool came in very handy and was open late.”

“Hotel room was nice, loved having flat screen TV and plenty of pillows. Being in the airport, I'm glad I brought earplugs. It's noisy at all times. Around 1 AM, an alarm similar sounding to a business fire alarm started sounding in the airport saying "an issue was identified in a terminal and to not use elevators until further notice." It continued to go off for the next 30 minutes. Hotel is in a great location for business travelers, but I wouldn't recommend it for ANYONE looking for peace and quiet.”

“Clean. Located on airport facilities. Our room was quite enough but you could hear the planes taking off and landing. It was kind of
neat to see them take off, but the minimal noise may bother some. The walls were pretty well insulated so it wasn't much noise, but it was present.”

“The hotel was very luxurious and the staff was very attentive. It was a bit confusing as to where to park, but once that was figured out, it was fine. The rooms were sound proof, so there's no intrusion of the airport below and surrounding you. The available gym and restaurants were wonderful. And the location was advantageous to anyone visiting for the famous Orlando attractions.”

• The staff was very attentive and helpful during my stay.
• There were two tolls from the downtown area to the hotel.

“The hotel was very clean and the location, perfect. On the morning of my travel, I woke up and the airport terminal was just three floors down. The staff was amazing. I didn't have a microwave in my room, but one was brought up to me within 15 minutes of asking. The view from my hotel was of the runway. I could watch planes taxi and land all day. If you are not a fan, I was suggest an inside view.”

“The hotel is fun with the pool and all the shops in the airport. You can watch planes take off and land but there is no outdoor space to use except the pool area which is very nice. It's great for a short stay before a flight. I will always stay now before my flights out of Orlando!”

• Conveniently located, baggage service to airline check-in, and hemisphere restaurant.
• Confusing from parking lot entrance, we didn't know where to go.

“The Hyatt Orlando Airport surpassed our expectations. This hotel is located inside the airport itself. Excellent service was provided by the baggage handlers who took us directly to our airline check-in; we didn't need to lift anything. Delicious food, nice service and wonderful view at Hemisphere restaurant. There were even treats provided in the lobby when we arrived from the parking lot. Comfortable beds, serene atmosphere in the room.”

• Beautiful rooms, attached to airport, express check-in.
• Paid parking, distance from parks.

“Parking was a little confusing at first if you aren't familiar with the airport parking garage. We checked in through their express check-in kiosk, which let us choose where we wanted to stay. We got a top floor room overlooking the terminal. The room was beautiful appointed. The king size bed was comfortable and plush. The room was a great size, as was the bathroom. I was disappointed that the television was not flat screen, though. If it's absolutely quiet, you can hear the terminal noise, but I usually didn't notice anything. If you are a very light sleeper, I won't recommend sleeping on the terminal side of the hotel. You have access to the main terminal, which has many shops, a food court, and three full service restaurants, in addition to the restaurants at the hotel. It's about a 20-minute drive from the parks with a few tolls, so that was obnoxious. All in all, we were very comfortable and pleased with our stay at this convenient hotel!”

• The shops, restaurants and fast foods were inside the lobby(airport).
• The hotel is not near Disney & SeaWorld. They have set up tolls everywhere in Orlando.

“We loved it. The room and especially the bed was great. It was fun being part of the airport. The concierge was very helpful. The kids swam in the pool outside on the 6th floor.”

“I have stayed in this hotel many times and it is one of the best. If flying into Orlando late, this hotel is great. Get your luggage and just go to scond upper floor of the airport and check in. You've got the airport eating establishments and a good room for the night.”

• The service was amazing. The bellmen escorted us through airline check in.
• Nothing. I'm in love with this hotel.

“Was a delightful surprise after a long trip. We arrived here the evening before our early flight the next day. We were so disappointed that our flight would cut our stay short. Everything was perfect in this hotel - great, comfy room, luxurious bath, pampering bed and bedding, fabulous food at McCoys. I would stay here again.”

“Stay was good. There was one issue-a fire alarm malfunctioned and went off at approximately 10:00PM waking eveyone in the hotel up. Also-if you have a room that faces the main airport commons area right in front of security-there is a lot of noise that filters through to the room.”

• Very loud if you have an outer room which is only way to get free WiFi.

“Needs more sound barrier on the rooms facing outward kids screaming and announcements float up to the room at all hours and you can hear them even with earplugs very noisy! Outer rooms you can't get free wifi according to the front desk.”
