• The wait to be picked up at the airport - over 20 minute’s hotel is less than 10 minutes away.

• Do not like having to pay for parking when I am already paying to stay.

“I enjoyed my stay. Very clean. Flight information located in the lobby. I think parking should be complimentary. I had to pay when the gate was already opened and any one could have just parked.”

• The shuttle drivers were friendly. Fruit in the workout room was a nice extra! Spotless room.
• Location. Great for airport, but not near anything else.

• Close to the airport, restaurants, etc. Easy access to the turnpike.
• The walls were quite thin.

“This hotel is attractive, and nice for conventions and business trip activities. Being close to the airport made it good for that as well. Be prepared to pay $8 just to park your car in their parking lot. I was dismayed that during my stay, the free internet was down. The pool was nice, especially the indoor area and spa.”

• Convenient, clean, very nice, and incredibly friendly staff

“This was a fantastic hotel close to the airport. They had a shuttle that was there within minutes and the staff were incredibly friendly. We felt taken care of and had a wonderful time. Rooms were gorgeous and large. We did not dine there though as the one open restaurant did not have food that met my dietary restrictions. However, there were many restaurants close by and we were able to walk to one.”

• Typical Marriott quality, consistent.
• Noise in corridors at all hours, inconvenient shuttle wait.

“Always dread staying at this hotel. Starting from the consistent 30 minute wait at the airport for the shuttle. I had never a good night's rest at this property because there is always noise in the halls at all hours of the night.”

• Great location and very clean.
• $8 a day parking, no fridge.

“This hotel is great except for 2 factors. This is the only hotel that charges for parking. When parking you will not park close. They must charge people to park here while they fly. If they only had a fridge it would help so much.”

• Nothing stood out for me.
• The beds are the size for two very small people.

“I personally would not recommend this hotel for a family of 4. The room and beds are too small. We literally bumped into each other. My husband and I are not small adults and in order to be comfortable we would have needed to sleep in separate beds, which would not have left a bed for my 2 children. Luckily we were gone almost the entire 2 days.”

• Very convenient to airport, quiet and comfortable.

“Perfect for an airport hotel. Van runs every 15 minutes. Comfortable, updated rooms. Healthy choices on the kids menu not jut burgers and pizza. Hotel seems to cater more to business travel but fine for families. Great place to stay if your flight leaves early.”

• It would have been nice if the hotel had a coffee shop.

“The hotel itself was elegant. Staff was professional, but not very friendly. The room was clean. The bathroom was very small. The front of the hotel has a beautiful lake and the hotel's surrounding area is beautifully landscaped. The hotel has two beautiful but pricey restaurants. I ordered a banana split sundae to take to my room. The picture advertising the banana split showed a nice size dish. The actual dish was very small.”

• Anniversary weekend. Unable to give us a king bed. Hotel not fully occupied.

“Pool area could have been cleaner. Beginning of day, litter around pool area. Visible mold growing on pool tiles. Paying for parking-ridiculous! Bed and room comfortable. King bed would have been better!”

• The Marriott Orlando airport is clean, convenient and friendly.
• The restaurant closes too early.

“The Marriott hotel is clean convenient and friendly. There is a shuttle for the airport. The restaurant has good food, way better than average. The restaurant closes too early. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone especially frequent travelers.”

• Beautiful view from our room.

“This hotel was beautiful inside and out. The view from our room was a small pond with a fountain. Our room had a small couch and an arm chair, a desk and a king-sized bed. I just enjoyed sitting and reading and looking out the window.”

• Convenient to airport, clean room, shuttle every 30 minutes..
• Internet costs $15 in room, parking is $8.

“This is an excellent choice for a hotel if you want a clean, modern room with a flat screen television and comfortable beds. Despite being near the airport and car rental agencies, we heard no plane noise in our room. The lobby even displays the airline arrival and departure schedules. My complaint is charging for the internet in the room which is becoming increasingly standard in hotels and is only free in the lobby. The airport shuttle bus runs 24 hours every 30 minutes and every 20 minutes during the day which is very convenient.”

• Nicely lit pool area & great service.
• $8 parking a day/room keys wouldn't work in parking & room.

“They knocked on the door and opened it themselves saying that they showed me as checked out and holding over. When I spoke with the desk, they assisted me but gave me new keys that didn't work in the parking or room. I had to park again, go back to the lobby and get new cards. Then, these didn't work and the parking attendant let me out of the lot.”
