• Very nice rooms, large with 2 TV's is great!
• One of the mornings we had absolutely NO hot water.

“The hotel was in a great location, and the rooms its were very nice. Usually you get the run of the mill hotel rooms, but this one actually was set up in a "suite" style, with the bedroom separate from the entrance/kitchen. The free parking was also an unexpected bonus, along with the free Internet. You really can't go wrong with this hotel. Our only issue was that one of the morning's we had NO hot water to shower. A cold shower at 7:00am is not exactly a great way to start the day. All in all, we would stay here again!”

“The entrance is totally dark at night. Extra charge for internet, which is absurd. Bed sheet not clean enough. The sinks are half clogged. The wafer flow is very slow.”

• I loved the suite. It had ample plus room and very attractive. Flat HD TV, desk bar fridge, sink outside the bathroom. GREAT!
• Breakfast was expensive. Service was excellent and quick.

“This is great hotel. I highly recommend. The suites are spacious and so much more than could be expensive. The lobby, the decor were modern and beautiful. Having Starbucks coffee in the room and Starbucks in the lobby was such a plus that makes my day easier. I will go back.”

• This hotel is in a good location, where you can safely walk and/or jog.
• The original room we were given smelled of mold and mildew. The staff was very slow in responding to a problem.

“We have stayed at this hotel once before, about a year ago, and we feel that the quality has gone down substantially. The room we were given on the first floor smelled of mold and mildew, not very pleasant. The halls on the ground floor also smelled. We went into the bar/restaurant to purchase 2 beers to bring up to our room, and it took the bartender ages to help us, while attending to a staff member first. Coffee mugs were missing from our room, when we asked the front desk to have some sent up, after an hour with no response we had to phone and make the request again. When housekeeping came, they brought coffee (not coffee mugs) and did not understand enough English to know what we were asking for. These are small enough issues, but when all combined, they don't give a very good impression of the hotel.”

• close to the airport and shuttle service
• No hot water and hearing the water up above me come on every 15 min. while trying to sleep. No irioning board to iron my clothes until I called for 1

“I might stay
here again when I have to stay in MCO for work. The hotel knew that there was no hot water and let people stay there anyways, why it's a 31/2 star or 4 I am not sure./”

• Great sitting room with separate bedroom, microwave, fridge.
• Toilet needed bolted securely to floor.

“The room was really beautiful. It had a separate sitting area, with a desk for business, and a mini kitchenette, the separate bedroom had 2 nice beds. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Since we were right on top of the Orlando airport, the soundproofing must have been very good, as I could barely hear incoming and outgoing planes. The only down was that the shower floor was stained, so it appeared dirty, and the toilet was not bolted securely to the floor.”

• Enjoyed nice ammenities such as flat screen tv, microwave, and refrigerator. Very nice, helpful staff.

“Nice accomodations with extras that make your stay more enjoyable: flat screen tv, microwave, and refrigerator in separate living room/kitchette area. This hotel offers more space than other comparable ones and has a very friendly staff at your service. Our favorite hotel of the three we stayed in on our vacation.”

• Great room! Close to airport.

“Comfortable suite, plenty of room for 4 or more. Separate master bedroom. Close to airport. Nice lounge. Indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub looked great; wish we would've had time to use them! Wish we would've got to stay at this hotel longer. Highly recommended!”

• Parking was a bit of a distance that wrapped-around the building rather far from entrance.

“This hotel has all the comforts needed for either a short or long stay. It's proximity to the airport makes it the perfect place to stay either on your day of arrival or departure from the area.”

• The pool and fitness center were not very clean and the business center was very small. The restaurant was also quite pricey.

• Personal attention, called by name, attention to detail.
• Gift Shop was lacking in laundry supplies and items.

“The suite rooms were extremely spacious with Starbucks coffee, a microwave and a small refrigerator. Plenty of TV/cable channels to watch (especially kid friendly channels and HBO). They also had channels for airline arrivals/departures - the same screens shown at the airport. They had a pool that was half indoors and half outdoors. Very convenient when the weather is bad - we stayed here during tropical storm Fay and the kids were still able to swim.”

• Nothing. Everything was fine.

“Checked in with wife and 4 kids. 2 queen beds in one room with a pull out sofa in the other room separated by double doors. Sitting room had large LCD TV. Good sized fridge and microwave. Saved us a few bucks by not having to eat every meal out. Kitchen area really should have had a sink though. Lobby is actually very attractive and large. Has numerous sitting areas with large LCD TVs. Restaurant seemed nice but we did not dine there. Had an attached coffee shop with baked goods. Kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool and Jacuzzi. We went to Universal both days and it was only about 10-15 minutes away. This area (a business park) was much better than the craziness of I-drive. Plenty of dining options nearby plus a great Walgreen's and Wal-Mart very close. Really nothing to complain about.”

• Unfortunate that the airport is not close to the attractions of Orlando.

• I really liked the pool area.
• We waited for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport for about 50 minutes.

“Overall, I liked this hotel. There were some issues like the late shuttle from the airport even though it is less than half a mile from there. The manager on duty, did compensate us for our trouble by giving all three of us free breakfast. However, the eggs were ice cold and sausage was really not well done enough. Also, the bathroom in the room smelled faintly of mildew and the furniture in the living area of the suite was not very comfortable. They did have comfortable beds and a nice flat screen TV. I also really enjoyed the pool area. Also, having a mini-fridge and microwave was nice.”

• The rooms did not feel like a hotel room. They felt like a small cozy apartment.
• My ice bucket was dirty on the outside. It needed a good cleaning.

• I like the front desk services, shuttle, room and breakfast service.
• I didn't like the man driving the shuttle bus and how he didn't correct our situation with him.

“The hotel overall is a great hotel. It has a great location, great service with the exception of the free shuttle bus and the rooms are tidy and neat. I would have given this hotel a higher rating if it wasn't for the poor experience I have had with their shuttle bus driver and how he did discriminate against my business party and I.”

• Superior airport hotel that exceeded my expectations!
• Was not within reasonable walking distance of restaurants.

“We were arriving into Orlando on a very late flight and just needed someplace close to the airport to sleep for the night. We were pleasantly surprised to win the Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport in Orlando, FL. After we picked up our luggage, we used the airport's courtesy telephone to call the hotel. The shuttle van was there within 10 minutes of the call. Checked in was quick and courteous and we were in our rooms within 10 minutes. The hotel features suites with sitting areas and separate bedrooms. We were able to receive a King suite for my wife and me and a Double Bed suite for my daughters. What was really nice was that these room were also connecting, giving us the feel of a small apartment! Everything in the room was spotless. The Sheraton sweet sleeper beds were fantastic and we all quickly enjoyed a good night's sleep in comfort.”

• Clean. Comfortable. Friendly & helpful staff. Location.
• Had to pay for parking if you were flying out even if you stayed at the hotel.

“I would recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly & accommodating. The room was spacious. The beds & linens very comfortable. The location was convenient to the airport. There are several restaurants close to the hotel if you chose not to dine in although their restaurant looked good.”

• Great service! From front desk to lobby greater to maintenance to housekeeping. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Told manager she had a great staff.
• Couldn't fine anything I didn't like but was there only overnight.

“I thought the whole visit was great. From checking to checkout. The staff was friendly and helpful in every way. Was greeted when I walked in and handed a complimentary travel kit when I checked in. The front desk person who checked me in was very friendly and made me feel like I was very welcome and was happy I was there not just another guest. Once I was in my room I asked a member of the housekeeping staff where the ice machine was. Instead of telling me where it was, she took my ice bucket and went and got me some ice herself which happened to be on another floor. Great service. I appreciated that she went and did that. This is one hotel that I will visit again and would completely recommend to other travelers. Not too far from the airport and had my own car so I don't know about the shuttle service but would expect it to be no different from the rest of the service I got. I would say this was a 10 out of 10 rating in my book and I am hard to get a good rating from. So they exceeded my expectations. Very well done.”

“The suites are great especially for business travel, more elegant than the appearance of the lobby. The small pond/lake is really nice to walk around. The only downfall is the restaurant, but there are many options within walking distance.”
