• The staff was outstanding and the room was spotless.
• The TV was really old fashioned.

“I prefer Marriott hotels so this was perfect for me and at a great price. Has everything I needed, a fridge in the room, coffee in the lobby, nice pool, extra pillows and blanket. Great staff and easy check in.”

• We arrived at 11:00 pm. The room was clean and quiet; the bed was wonderfully comfortable. Because of our late arrival, we checked out fairly late.
• The breakfast menu was a bit expensive.

“Clean, comfortable, wonderful bed and very close to the Orlando Airport. Although we arrived in Orlando close to midnight, the hotel shuttle picked us up within 10 minutes and whisked us to the hotel. The shuttle driver was extremely friendly and answered several questions about how to get to Hertz car rental the next morning.”

• Very clean and totally updated with granite counter at the vanity and high quality linens.

“Very nice place. Nice surprise to see the room was totally updated with new carpet, ceramic tile, bed linens and towels. Even updated granite counter at vanity. Was extremely clean and I would stay there again anytime.”

• Check in was quick and easy.
• Had to fight for a place to park. Seemed parking on the side of the building we were in was very limited.

• The staff was very helpful when I checked in and also helped me with finding my way to my meeting location.
• The location was extrememly confusing to find.

“The room was wonderful, staff helpful and personable. I was surprised that the lobby breakfast was not included and that it cost as much as it did. The location was extremely difficult to navigate.”

• Clean, good location, very friendly staff.
• Maybe needed one more staff at the front desk to help with lines.

“This is a great hotel for many reasons. It's very pretty, very clean, seems new, nice staff, close to the airport and food and shopping. It would have been worth the extra few minutes of driving to Disney to be at a nicer hotel!”

• I like the fact that the sink is outside of the shower/toilet area. I don't want to wait to shave.
• The parking lot view, the climate control. it was hot even when it was supposed to be 60 degrees.

“It wasn't a bad stay, but nowhere what I expected from something with the Marriott name. Definitely more geared for business than leisure. I'm sure that if the nature of my trip were business oriented, it would have been an excellent stay, especially for the price, but I was looking for something a little more fun for a 2.5, I'd say go for a Wingate stay if you're looking for leisure.”

• It was convenient to the business location.
• It was extremely noisy all night.

“It was okay for one night. I would not spend more that one night because I could not sleep. The bed was not comfortable and the noise inside and outside the room was unbearable.”

• Staff excellent and accommodating. Rooms clean and attractive.
• King beds sagged in middle causing back pain. TV located on side of bed--everyone sits on side of bed to watch.

“Your first question, attractiveness & comfort: All areas including rooms were very attractive. Comfort: King-size beds sagged in the middle causing back pain in the middle of the night. The bed is positioned along side of the TV. It is natural for anyone turning on the TV to sit on the side of the bed in the middle. There is a sofa located at the opposite end of the room, not near the TV. The bed was firm, yet sagged in the middle. We would not stay there again in a king bed. The rooms with two beds were better as the TV was located at the foot of the bed.”

• The hotel was close to the airport and the pool area was better than we expected for 2.5 star.
• The noise from the planes of course.

“The location was convenient considering our flight got in late and we were ready to get to sleep. We even used the pool before check out and had it all to ourselves. The outdoor pool area was very nicely landscaped compared to most 2.5 or even 3 star hotels we have stayed at in the past.”

“Beautifully decorated in Florida colors and immaculately clean, this hotel is convenient to the airport and many restaurants and offers complimentary business center. Hot tub is inside - sparkling heated pool outside. Delicious full breakfast buffet offers made-to-order omelets, meats, eggs, waffles and more; cost is $10.”

• Room design was easy on the eyes.
• Mold (rotten cheese smell) on one queen bed, bad elevator locations.

“Overall, for the price I paid, the hotel met my expectations. Of course, this does hinge on the fact that I had a second queen bed to sleep on, because the original bed had a terrible rotting cheese smell that was embedded into the sheets. It was a roundabout process to get to the elevators, since they are positioned to the sides of the hotel instead of near the front lobby.”

“Was just what we needed before our flight home. Checking in about 11:00PM was no problem and checking out at 6:30 AM was also convenient. Accommodations were clean, updated and many room amenities. Airport shuttle was prompt and courteous both ways. Thanks for a great stay for a 2 1/2 star rated hotel! Definitely have decided to stay at Marriott Courtyards in our future travels!”

• Shuttle wait times were excessively long.

“Clean and comfortable accommodations for an overnight enrooted to other destinations. Staff was obliging in room selection for bedding and floor. Shuttle driver circled the airport three times looking for a couple more passengers before dropping us off this occurred after an hour wait to get on the shuttle!”

• No chairs on our balcony.

“This hotel is conveniently located to the Orlando airport and has many good restaurants very close by, many within walking distance. They offer good coffee service 24 hours in the lobby as well as complimentary computer work stations with printers, which is nice for those who like to travel light and not lug a laptop along. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed with a desk and love seat size couch. I will likely stay there again.”

• Easy to find late at night near airport, very clean.
• No free breakfast, in fact a very expensive breakfast that is usually free at other hotels.

“We needed something close to the airport since we were arriving late and didn't want to travel to Disney area till the next day. Very close, easy to find, clean, nice people. We did find it hard to pay $10 each for the breakfast buffet which I know is usually free at other hotels, but it was convenient and nice, so we did. Could have driven across the highway to a Denny's but we decided to eat at the Marriott.”

• The way the room was decorated.
• The room smelled like mildew and I have hard time breathing, the mildew smell made my breathing worse.

• I thought the outdoor patio chairs were a nice touch and amenities were great.
• The sofa was in need of being replaced.

“I found my stay at this hotel enjoyable with the staff very attentive and courteous. The room was clean. I did find the bathroom on the small side but was adequate for my needs. The location is great in that it is only 5 minutes from the airport but very quiet nonetheless.”

• The mattress pad was slippery. Bottom sheet was off the bed!

“The hotel was fine. I don't know if they had a breakfast. We were not told. I was so tired, I didn't care, but we should have been told if they did. They were kind to give us late checkout. The room was clean and neat.”
