• Treated like celebrities.
• Crowded parking.

“We arrived the day before my birthday, and my wife told the front desk supervisor about it, wow, after checking my ID (D.O.B.) we got an upgrade to a suite (really sweet!), 2 full breakfasts courtesy of the hotel, a courtesy drink at the bar! I mean this people know how to make you fell like a million bucks!”

• Good sized room with comfortable and visually inviting bed.
• Internet was not free.

“Felt safe. Had a clean and visually inviting room. Bed was comfortable and sitting area was spacious. Lobby had candles and had a quick and accommodating check in.”

• Convenient to airport.
• Expected more for a 3.5 rating. Didn't deserve it. Old facilities. Room not very pleasant.

“Okay for a short stay, but doesn't deserve a 3.5 rating. More like a 3 or even 2.5. Place needs to be updated. Everything is 20-30 years old.”

• Close to Orlando airport. They offered a shuttle to the airport.
• The gift shop had poor quality items and selections.

“This hotel was very inviting and pleasing to the eye as you enter. Staff was
very accommodating to guests. In the evening they have candles lit in the lobby. Gives you a very welcome feeling.”

• Proximity to airport.
• Small rooms, no chairs for relaxation on balcony and no refrigerator in the room.

“Would not recommend. There were many other facilities available in the same area with more amenities for the same or less money.”

• The people were friendly, shuttle service was convenient to local restuarants.
• Everything was fine except for the breakast.
  We went
  to The Hyatt the next day which was excellent.

“Last time I stayed there it was a Radisson and it was horrible. This was a pleasant surprise. The food was a disappointment. Marriot Residence Inn and Embassy Suites have free hot breakfast and they are both 3 star. This was not in that class.”

• Lobby and room was very nice.
• Hotel would not give me an extra night stay at my price and my room was kind of out of the way.

“The restaurant was not open because of continued construction from this summer's hurricanes. They pride themselves in being a "Sleep Advantage" hotel and it's true. The hotel had a great bed and was very quiet, at least on the upper floors.”

“This was a great place to stay before my early morning flight. The room overlooked the restaurant/bar and the beds appeared new. There was a slight odor in the room, but went away after adjusting the thermostat. The shuttle was convenient and I arrived at the airport quickly. Front desk was very helpful!!”

“Extremely helpful and accomodating staff. Near airport with on call shuttle. Restaurant had excellent and some unique dishes; e.g., try the bar-b-cue quesadillas. Excellent clam chowder (white).”

“My only disappointment with this hotel was the fact the pool was closed due to the recent bad weather. The hotel and staff were fine, and the airport shuttle was very convenient.”

“The hotel exceeded our expectations.. It was right next to our car rental and that made our departure for home very stress free and convenient. The rooms were well appointed, however the bedside table lamp had a non functioning bulb. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience with the hotel.”

“Unfortunately due to the recent hurricane that hit the Orlando area their pool wasn't available, although they had arrangements with the Holiday Inn acoss the road to use there's, and they were having to do a lot of repairs on the exterior of the building. The rooms were a nice size and very comfortable. My one complaint would be the bathroom. Although spacious, it could use a little fixing. Their was no bottom to the cupboard under the sink and it was open to the tile under below and the floor in general could use a could scrubbing. The grout appeared to be discolored. Over all I was pleased with the quality for a three star hotel.”
