• Near shopping mall.
• It smelled of smoke. On one monitoring pool.

“This was a great hotel for its location. It was in walking distance of shopping mall, restaurants and family member. Not to mention the interstate. As far as hospitality, there was none. Front desk was talking on the phone while I registered. The parking was not great. Vehicle was not in distance for me to see it. The had no regulation over the pool. Individuals that lived in that areas came and jumped in the pool and took over. Hotel staff came to room at 9:00 in the morning waking you up when check out was at 12:00. It appeared that they was rushing out of my room. My family and I will be traveling down there in about 6 weeks and we are debating on staying with family members or going back to a hotel.”

“For the money it was good. if one would like a more fancier hotel then spend the big bucks. For the money it was good enough.”

• It was dirty, run-down and by far the worst motel room I've ever stayed in. And I've stayed in many.

“It has the feel of a crack house. I've stayed in some lousy places before, but this place takes the cake. I would have rather slept in the rental car.”

• Price.
• Run down, non smoking room not available.

“What do you want for $65? If there had been a nicer place available for $125, I would have taken it, but I needed this location and the nicer place was sold out. If price is your only concern, this place was fine, but otherwise I would suggest spending a bit more and getting a better place.”
