• The in-room amenities were beyond what I expected for the price.
• The in-room air conditioner did not function properly.

“Hotel is clean and in good condition. Staff is very friendly and helpful. In-room amenities are plentiful. Will have to go off-site if you want any recreation.”

• The hotel staff is very courteous.
• The AC went out on us and we had to switch rooms.

“Very clean, courteous staff, prompt service, affordable and comfortable. The downsides no restaurant, breakfast offering or swimming pool. Lack of snack facilities and ice.”

“I actually had to call the hotels emergency number to get them to open the door because I arrived after 11:00 p.m. The walls are so thin that it must be very easy to hear the most minute of details through them. The staff was considerate and the facilities were very clean.”

• The room had a full size refrigerator and microwave. Close to the airport.
• The hallways smelled like stale smoke. We had two non smoking rooms. One was fine the other smelled awful, we had to switch rooms. It was fine.

“The staff was very pleasant. It was well located and met our needs. Having the Full kitchen was a nice convinced.”

• Great location, right off the interstate.
• Hotel had the hardest bed I've ever slept on.

“It would have been a much more pleasant stay with a comfortable bed. The room was adequate, but a good night sleep would have made it seem so much more.”

• Check in process undesirable, 1st room dirty, did not meet expectations.

“Late arrival process is very undesirable as the # you are directed to call rang busy for 20 minutes. I was locked out of the hotel for 20 minutes at approx. 11:30 p.m. Once I did get in, the first room they gave me was filthy dirty. I had to walk all the way back with all my bags to the counter, recall the # to get attention and then get a second room assignment. This was clean but the experience ruined my stay and I never felt clean after that.”

• Cheap and close to Airport.
• You cannot check in after 11PM. Even if you are a minute late you are screwed.

“I was lucky enough to make it to the hotel by 10.30pm (they shut down at 11pm which I realized later). The allotted a queen bed smoking room which I didnt want but got a double bed non-smoking for $10 more. On reaching the room I found that it was not cleaned at all (towels everywhere, bed was not made). I complained and was allotted a different room immediately without the $10 charge. The new room was very neat and had a kitchenette. I was out of the place at 7am next day as I had a flight to catch. It's at a convenient place, close to airport and I would not mind staying there again.”

• Rooms were clean and very convenient location.
• The mattress was too firm, not comfortable to sleep.

“Overall very nice, but bed was too firm for someone with arthritis. I was also forced to leave the walkway and step into garden as residents had moved benches into the walkway, blocking the main entrance door.”

• The location was wonderful.
• Room, a little dirty. Shower curtain contained mold.

“This hotel location was wonderful. The bathroom was not clean the shower looked as if it had never been cleaned and the shower curtain had a lot of mold on it.”

• Family of 4 was put in room above me. Made lot of noise.

“It was a very nice hotel. I would stay there again. When I complained about the kids upstairs. They changed my room immediately but if it was full. I would have been out of luck. Kids there made noise till 3 am. Should have been put on ground floor. Not the 3rd floor.”

“It was in a lovely treed setting off the busy roads, but very close to the freeway. It was nice to have a kitchen. The sleeping quarters and bathroom met our needs.”

• I liked the fact that the laundry facilities were within the building.
• I have stayed at several different extended stays throughout the years and each time, when I request a NON SMOKING room, I end up in a smoking room.

“If one wishes a kitchen while on business or personal travel, this facility might be what your looking for; however, be sure you bring disinfecting wipes to wipe down the room.”
