• Remodeling in progress and it looks nice.

“Great value! Convenient to Interstate 4 near Orlando and only 15 minutes from Sanford airport. Very helpful and friendly staff, and a decent continental breakfast. Again, GREAT VALUE!”

• We were looking for a clean quiet hotel located near the Sanford airport since we had an early fight. It met all of our expectations.

“This hotel was clean, well located to the Sanford airport. Our stay even though it was very brief, met all of our expectations.”

• Comfortable beds and great sheets.
• Bathroom could have been cleaner (grout on floors etc).

• The staff at the front desk was very helpful with directions. And said that they were there 24 hrs.
• The coffee pot in the room was dirty (gummy inside). One of the chairs was broken.

“I felt safe at this hotel. I was traveling alone with my son. The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was very helpful.”

• Nice, clean and well priced. Right in line with what I would expect.
• Just a little on the dated side but, they have kept it up nicely.

“Tucked in a wooded corporate area, it is a nice place to stay on business or when you need to catch an early flight out of Sanford Airport. There are a lot of places to eat nearby and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a good experience.”

• One night we heard a dog barking in a room across the hall, but did not last into the night.

• The staff was friendly and courteous.

“This hotel was very nice for the price. The staff was courteous and friendly. I was afraid that it would be far from universal studios, but it's was just far from the crowded hotels. Given the lack of touristy traffic around the hotel, it took just as long to get to the park as the hotels that are actually closer. The hotel is located within a couple of miles of plenty of restaurants and stores.”

• Large rooms with large bathrooms.
• Some of the gym equipment was broken and the machine was dirty and not well maintained.

“Overall a great hotel. Large sized rooms and big bathrooms with many mirrors and standard microwave and refrigerator gave this hotel an edge of those hotels that cost twice as much. The free continental breakfast was limited and didn't have as much of a selection as other hotels. The gym equipment worked poorly, wasn't well lubricated, some attachments were broken and the machine had layers of dust on the inside frame. The gym equipment diffidently needs some maintenance. This hotel is a good value, with all of the features and more of many expensive hotels with more stars. The only thing it doesn't have is a fancy restaurant or outrageously priced room service, which I¿m sure like myself, many can do without.”

• The fantastic location and the refrigerator and microwave, the large bathrooms and mirrors.
• The gym equipment was dirty and some attachments to the machine did not work.

“I was pleased overall with my stay at the lake marry la Quinta. The lobby was a clean, no-frills type. It was nice and comfortable, but not stuffy. The hotel offers free wireless internet in the lobby area, although I couldn't get it to work on my computer. I suppose it may have had something to do with me already setting up the free cabled internet connection in my room. I was most pleasantly surprised at the large size of the room. The microwave and refrigerator became more useful than I¿d expected. I don't think I would ever book a room that doesn't have these items in the future. The free high speed internet worked well and made it a productive evening. The bathroom was very large and had a nice set of mirrors that allowed me to view different angles of my attire to be sure I looked my best before leaving the room. The layout and choices of the included continental breakfast was somewhat limited, but I didn't leave hungry. It just would have been nice to have a better selection as I¿ve seen in other hotels of the same calibrate fitness center was small, but nice. However, the equipment was poorly maintained. The equipment was dusty as if it had never been wiped down. The cable system on the weight machine pulled rough and not smooth as it should have and one of the attachments didn't work at all. The gym needs some attention to be useful unless you are only planning on using the treadmill. The poor condition of the weight room was my only complaint. All else was good, and my expectations were exceeded, especially with regard to the quality and size of the room.”

“The hotel was close to many restaurants and Highways yet away from the hustle and bustle of everything. The courtyard was a nice area, shaded and relaxing for reading a good book. As was the pool area.”
