• We had no complaints whatsoever.

• Very clean, airy.
• No front desk coverage till late night - main doors are locked at night and have to use room key - were not told this.

“I was visiting relatives in nearby Sanford for a family event only for 1 night. The hotel was a 15 min drive - could have stayed closer but wanted a higher star rating and were pleased to get a Marriott property. Didn't use the amenities.”

• A charming lobby and free Internet access too.
• Small pool and whirlpool not heating properly.

“A comfortable lobby with free newspapers and an apple. Rooms were of adequate size, bedding was comfortable.”

• The room was very comfortable and well laid out.
• Our keys were disabled when we down for breakfast because we were checking out that morning.

• 2 computers for public use.
• Toilet keep getting stopped up, overflowed. Asked for late check out, came back to room before 1pm they opened the door and moved my personal stuff.

“Not recommended for pet friendly. I asked for a refrigerator and never got one. No continental breakfast.”

• Clean and great location.
• A little noise from the interstate.

“Clean 2.5 star hotel located 30 minutes from Disney world just off from i-4. Great place to either stay in on the way to or from Disney world to avoid i-4 traffic.”

• No refrigerator in the room and no lock on the TV pay button.

“I liked it. I accidentally pushed the pay button on the TV and there was no turning back. I had to pay for something I didn't want. Also, no refrigerator in room. I stayed 2 nights and had to throw out what I bought one night.”

• The day staff people were very nice and helpful. Nice facility.
• The night desk clerk was rude and not helpful. He just kept saying I don't live here, I don't know.

“Easy to get to. Nice facade. Very comfortable. I did not like the set up for the king size bed with separate seating area as it was hard to see the television from both the bed and the couch at the same time. I loved the business center but I did not find it to early the morning we were to leave. This is a great feature that should be better advertised. The location was great and convenient to shopping and eating establishments. The day front desk staff made us feel very welcome and had great suggestions for finding an eating establishment. They provided maps and offered great, helpful information. I would recommend this facility to both travelers for pleasure and business.”
