• Location to the beach.
• Breakfast area too small. Pool closes at dusk.

“2 floors of rooms located above the parking garage area. Nothing fancy, but fit our bill of location and proximity to beach. No grounds really to speak of but right next to small beach boardwalk.”

• Very close to the beach and room have a lot of space in them.
• Some body through cigarette on my cover of my truck and nothing was done about it.

• Closeness from lobby to elevator/rooms.
• Upon arrival/check in, A/C was off in hallways/lobby it was very hot.

“I had a great experience with Best Western. My sister and I decided to go to Jacksonville Beach to get away for a weekend together and had an experience truly surreal. Not only was the service amazing, but everything was so clean. Quality time was easily achieved because the rooms were so quiet and calming. There is nothing like waking up to a beautiful beach sunrise after a relaxing nights sleep. I would recommend Best Western to anyone.”

“I often travel to Florida a lot because of its beautiful year round weather but also because of its beautiful golf courses. I stayed here at the Best Western because of its close proximity to great courses. I am really happy I stayed here because the service was exceptional. I had recommended at check in that I wanted extra towels in my room because in the afternoon after I had golfed I'd either shower or take a dip in the pool and everyday I had extra towels put in my room without having to ask twice.”

“My husband loves to golf, so as a weekend getaway I planned a trip to Jacksonville Beach with another couple. I chose this hotel because it's right on the beach, and really close to a lot of great golf courses like TPC Sawgrass. It was great being able to park onsite and walk to the beach and throughout the day I could go back and forth between the hotel and beach. In the evening we all went out to a local restaurant that served amazing seafood and simply sat back, relaxed and enjoyed the great atmosphere of Jacksonville Beach.”
