“The room was not even close to what I expected. The room was very small. The full kitchen was a bathroom size sink, two small stove burners and a small microwave all within 4 feet of the entry door.” Apr 6, 2009 by
Matt from Rosemount,MN
“Good for business travelers, or families if you need a quick stop by the airport. Small kitchenette could be useful. We just used it for the beds between a day at Busch Gardens and an early morning flight, and it was perfect for that. Didn't see any more of the hotel than the lobby and our room.” Aug 9, 2008 by
Andrew from Roswell, GA
“Crestwood is considered an extended stay hotel. However, room service is only provided once a week, and on Sunday at that. The service staff is very scarce. A few things could have been improved, but overall, for the price, I was satisfied for the most part.” Aug 7, 2008 by
Maria from Miami, FL
“The furniture was old, the pillow cases were clean, but the pillow inside smelled like sweat. It was the worst hotel experience.” Jul 28, 2008 by
Christy from Lyburn, WV
“Most of the staff was friendly, except one man. He actually needed to be a parking attendant.” Jul 7, 2008 by
Ann from Jacksonville, FL
“Do not stay here! They do not clean the rooms daily. The carpet has the entire building smelling; it need to be renovated. Cabinet doors were falling off. Dirty sheets/pillowcase on bed. Floor board caving in. Fan in bathroom was so loud that it was disturbing when someone turned on the light. We had to keep requesting towels/washcloths. They ran out of washcloths and stated that they will bring us some more but we never received them. My stay here was not a good experience.” Jul 7, 2008 by
Bryan from Jupiter, FL
“It was cozy and comfy. It was close to many theme parks for a good price.” Jun 28, 2008 by
Gary from Gillespie, IL
“Not a bad place. For the price, actually a nice place. I would stay here again.” Jun 28, 2008 by
Teri from Orlando, GA
“Nice place to stay, the room had everything I needed. Staff was friendly and fast.” May 8, 2008 by
Cheryl from Hernando, FL
“I was pleasantly surprised with the extended stay hotel. The room had four separate, small but very useful rooms. It was more than adequate for the price paid. I've stayed in many Orlando hotel rooms and would definitely stay here again. Grounds were well kept. Would ask for an inside room next time to cut down on busy street noise.” Apr 29, 2008 by
Josh from St. Augustine, FL
“I would never stay there again.” Apr 28, 2008 by
Chris from Smithton, IL
“I would not recommend this hotel. It is out of the way and hard to find. The rooms do no match the exterior. From the outside the place looks really nice by the inside is more run down.” Apr 21, 2008 by
Ron from Saint James, NY
“This hotel was dirty, had bed bugs, no check in service after 9pm- bed and linens were outdated. I had to check out and go to another hotel in the middle of the night.” Apr 3, 2008 by
Stan from Wichita, KS
“Would not recommend, my room was filthy with the smell of an ashtray. Very small room has a kitchen area and floor was sticky with spilled pop or something worse. No daily maid or towel services. Mattress was terrible.” Apr 1, 2008 by
James from Pompano Beach, FL
“Good value for money. Good for theme park visitors as there is sufficient space for the family and it is in a quiet area close to I-drive and the airport.” Mar 31, 2008 by
Michael from Vineland, ON CA
“I would not want to stay here again. Security/check-in person was very pleasant. Room was not well cleaned. Did not deserve 2 star rating.” Jan 25, 2008 by
Linda from Tallahassee, FL
“Our stay at this hotel was for one evening, but the accommodations listed were kitchen included, however there was no oven for the food we brought and we had to use the very old microwave. We called in advance to get directions from the new IKEA and the clerk asked which one. There is only one and its brand new and about 8 minutes from the hotel. Thank to GPS, we arrived late at night only to meet the desk manager I spoke with on the phone. He was did not notice our exhaustion, and tried to be funny and make a lot of jokes. He seemed more Disney showman instead. For females traveling, he was very creepy friendly. Made us very uncomfortable.” 0 of 1 people found this review helpful.Hotel Representatives:
