• OUTSTANDING!!! It doesn't get any better than this!
• We all loved everything.

“Outstanding facility and definitely worth the money. It was slightly more than other hotels but definitely worth it. The staff was terrific. The pool was outstanding. The restaurants were reasonable and very good. Everything was truly outstanding.”

• Service means something to Every staff member.
• No other hotel comes close in service.

“Have stayed here multiple times. Love it! Last time there was confusion for our reservation and it was inadvertently canceled by someone. But this was "The Ritz". No stress, no arguing, no hassle. 10 minutes later we were in our room. Maybe not the best room we have ever had there, but better than the rooms at any other place we have stayed in Orlando. I think the worst at the Ritz is better than the best others have to offer. ”
