• Very clean quiet, near everything, quiet hotel.
• The sign off international drive is small, so it took a while to fin the hotel.

“The room/bathroom was very clean. I was surprised the room looked just like the picture online. Would definitely stay here again, good choice. Close to all attractions, but off international drive in the back so it was nice and quiet there.”

• The staff was very friendly; they gave us a large suite that slept 6, clean and free breakfast.
• Nothing this hotel was perfect for us in every way.

• I really enjoyed the spacious suite.
• It did not have a Jacuzzi.

• Very cold pool & low on water, front desk called at 8:30am.

“We were pleasantly surprised with our room. The front desk and housekeeping overlooked our request for a late checkout. Pool was very cold and a bit low on water. However, our stay was very good and relaxing! Just what we needed.”

• The free continental breakfast had a large variety of food.
• At first, it wasn't the easiest hotel to find.

“This hotel met all/and exceeded some of my expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The facility was kept neat and tidy and the complimentary breakfast was the perfect finishing touch to my impression of the entire experience. They offered such an array of hot/cold items to choose from, and provided flexible hours that suited every guest. :-).”

• Spacious room with fridge mad microwave; high speed cable at no charge.
• Bathroom sinks and clock non-working, no response even though I let them know and was told maintenance would take care of it.

“This hotel presents a nice image with little to support it, kitchen without dishes, sink that does not empty, clock that does not work, dirt in places not immediately evident. One is very pleased upon first entering suite, then subsequently disappointed over and over. Nice feature was the high speed internet from the room.”

• Exceptionally clean; wonderful beds and pillows; no outside noises even though located next to mini golf attraction.
• Hard to find - very small sign indicating the location of the hotel.

“Overall the stay was wonderful. Exceptionally clean and great beds. The pool was small, but clean. I contacted the hotel direct and requested 2 beds, and was not told that it may not happen. When we arrived (my sister (63), her husband (61) and I), we were told that they were sold out and could only get a king bed. I requested a rollaway and initially was told that fire restrictions would not allow it. The front desk clerk (young international guy) was extremely blunt, rude and indicated that the 3 of us could sleep together since we're family! This particular clerk was extremely belligerent and enjoyed 'pushing my buttons'. We did eventually get a rollaway but it did cause space restrictions. We checked in just before 3 p.m. on 3/9/07 and a young lady started her shift at that time and the rude front desk staff member handed us over to her. She was very kind and apologetic. All of the other front desk staff were wonderful.”

• The pool was a little cool and there was no hot tub.

“We were extremely pleased with this hotel. We arrived in the early evening, when I asked if a non smoking room was available the desk clerk was so kind and friendly and we were made so welcome, she told us a queen suite was assigned in a non smoking room. We did not realize until we opened the door that it was a full suite, with a couch, chair, coffee table microwave, fridge etc. I was thrilled as the next morning at breakfast I saw the regular size room and wondered how the room we had was so great at such a wonderful price! ”

• Cleanliness and size of rooms was excellent along with amenities offered.
• I was forced to leave a day earlier than planned.

“I would definitely stay there again. It was nice in lobby with breakfast nook (continental) and the rooms were very nice and spacious with recliners, couch and microwave and refrigerator. Enjoyed it very much!”

• It was hard to find it from the road -- very small sign.

“This hotel was wonderful... More than we expected! The room was large, clean, and comfortable. There was a living room area and a kitchenette. The beds were very comfortable. Nice, clean bathroom. Although the pool was small, it was also quite nice. It would have been great to also have a hot tub. Breakfast was enormous, with hot foods, cold cereals, fruit, Danish, juice, coffee, tea... Anything you could possible want. The staff was helpful and polite. The location was great for traveling anywhere we wanted to go in Orlando -- right off i-4 and on international drive. We went to downtown Orlando to the Amway arena, which took about 20 minutes. Overall, a great stay!”

• Very difficult to find.

“Overall, it was a great hotel. We had a really hard time finding it, but that's not entirely the hotel's fault. The sign for the hotel is really small (per Orlando regulations) and it's tucked behind a tike golf place. The staff was friendly and the room was clean (save a dirty washcloth that we found when we tried to use the fold-out couch). The continental breakfast was great. It went well beyond the typical coffee, juice, and bagel.”

• Missed entrance from international drive 1st time. Only one driveway gets you there. Traffic noise.

• The bed was very comfortable, room was immaculate.
• The room was small.

“Front desk staff very courteous, the room was fairly small, but immaculate. Their literature says they have a "fully-equipped exercise room" but it only had one treadmill, one stair-stepper and one stationary bike. That's not what I would call "fully-equipped." The outdoor pool was OK, water was chilly, I guess non-heated, had a few caterpillars in it, but not enough to dissuade me from going in. Overall a very good stay.”

• Good quality and quantity of amenities, especially breakfast. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
• The chairs in the room were stained and had cigarette burns. I was not comfortable sitting on them.

• Very Clean and great friendly atmosphere.
• The sign by International Drive (entrance) should be big enough that the guests won't miss it while driving to find the hotel's location.

“This Hampton Inn And Suites is exceptionally clean and well kept. The house keeping department meticulously set the standard in a daily basis. The free breakfast has got a lot of choices of foods available, the attendants are very accommodating and the no hassle parking is a plus. The managers take time to consult the needs and satisfaction of the guests. The hotel staff had made our week long stay a memorable one. The front desk personnel are very polite and helpful. Keep up the good work guys. I would definitely know where to stay now whenever I am in Orlando again.”

• This hotel is right in the middle of the action of Orlando, FL. Great if all you want is a good night sleep. Breakfast was also good.
• Pool is very small and entrance easy to miss.

• It nice to find an inexpensive hotel that still offers a complimentary hot breakfast buffet.
• The room was a smoking room and the smoke odor was noticeable upon entry.

“Conveniently located on international drive near shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Excellent restaurant on the premises, The Salt House, offering a fine selection of fresh seafood, steaks, chops and local favorites. Highly recommend to all budget minded travelers. The only drawback to the property is the traffic on international drive but this is Orlando, which I believe is an Indian word for Traffic Congestion.”
