• The staff at this hotel really made me feel like I was at home.
• My key did not work in the side entrance.

• Rooms were so nice and the breakfast was the best!
• There was only one bed for our family. They said that all the rooms come with one bed and a sofa pull out if you have children.

“Everything about the hotel was great, with the exception of the suites being a one bed suite. Our family is use to two bed rooms.”

• Homewood Suites was very clean, quiet, and was more than what we expected.

“This hotel was Awesome! It was clean, had everything you needed to cook if you chose to. It was in a quiet location and we never heard any noise. Nice flat screen
TVs in every room. Separate bedroom for privacy and sleeper sofa. Everything we need for a extended stay. Would most definitely stay there again!”

• This hotel had the best breakfast, I've had anywhere. It was also beautifully decorated.
• The beds! I didn't have the best night sleep, we would sink to the middle of the bed. I think it's time for them to think about replacing the beds.

“The hotel was beautifully decorated, friendly staff and a great location. We had never had a breakfast buffet as good as the one they provide. The beds were the only bad thing about the entire experience, and this is an easy fix. Our family would defiantly stay again!”

“Motel is not easy to find. But once you find it you have no complaints. The suite is roomy, the technology (internet & TV) is cutting edge and the breakfast is first classed.”

• Pool area can be a little noisy in the late evening.

“This hotel highly exceeded our expectations for our stay. The free breakfasts and light evening meals (welcome home reception) definitely added value to our stay. The room was immaculate and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was conveniently located to all the area attractions and the free shuttle service saved us on parking. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering vacationing in the Orlando area.”

• The breakfasts and the staff. The room was comfortable and had a fridge, freezer, microwave etc.
• Nothing.

“Absolutely great hotel. They put on shuttle buses to Disney's Epcot and from there you can get the monorail or another Disney bus to the other Disney Parks. The I-Ride bus passes the hotel and takes you the length of International drive so you can go to Sea world, Aquatica etc. You can also get to the outlet shops on this. The hotel is excellent with great morning breakfasts and free snacks, including beer in the early evening. The staff is excellent too and can't do enough for you. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.”

“It was a great stay for the short time we were there. The accommodations were far better than expected for the price. The location was great, close to the main drag (international), but far enough away from it to warrant peace and quiet when needed. Breakfast buffet was great a little crowded, but you could take your food back to your room, so all's well that end's well.”

• Charged us 25 dollars extra per night to get two double beds.

• Like having a kitchen.
• I believe that the housekeeping staff entered the room even when the do not disturb sign was in the door. Our dirty wash clothes had been removed.

• They upgraded us to a double bed suite for free.
• Paper plates for breakfast. I expected more from a Hilton.

“The hotel room was clean-the furniture a bit dated, but nice. Check in was super speedy-less than 10 mins. Finding elevators and room was easy too. The hotel seemed to have more older travelers-not too many kids-it wasn't very small kid friendly. They hotel had on CNN in the dining room-you'd think they'd put kids shows on to keep them from running around. The plates were Styrofoam-not very classy, not expected from Hilton and the food was nothing great-eggs, sausage, cereal.”

“The room was conveniently close to universal studios and the rooms were big. I had 2 rooms with three big beds a little living room, two bathrooms and a kitchen. The room was nice and breakfast was delicious. I enjoyed my stay.”

• The bathroom could have been a little nice, but it was clean.

“The kitchen & living area are divided by a door from the bedroom. Both the bedroom and living area have a TV. Very nice linens and mattress. Wonderful breakfast.”

• Comfortable accommodation and plenty of choice for breakfast.
• Plastic under sheet on sofa bed (comfortable enough but made you sweat).

“Excellent hotel, staff was very friendly (especially the lady on the Universal desk) and helpful, suite very comfortable, good breakfast and welcome drinks etc in the evening. The hotel is very good for families. Very reasonably priced for a very good standard of service.”

• Loved the room, kitchen, high mattress bed, staff, maids, etc.
• Sign is very small on international drive and easy to miss.

“We just spent a week at the Homewood suites July 22 to 29th, 2007, for the fast pitch national's tournaments. We loved our room with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 TVs. The complimentary breakfast was truly wonderful plus a light dinner on certain days! The staff and maids were absolutely courteous. They even went out of way to bring out breakfast food an hour earlier for the softball teams before heading out to the games. The mattresses were just absolutely heavenly! It was worth every penny staying at this clean hotel. I would definitely come back to this hotel again in the future. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel to any traveler to Orlando.”

• The bathroom wasn't cleaned very well.

“Homewood suites are a wonderful place for families. There are free shuttles to all the theme parks (I wish they would have run more frequently-there were only 3 a day). There are several restaurants in the area within walking distance. The hotel has a wonderful complimentary full breakfast buffet (the food was good). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was fairly clean, only the maid didn't take the time to properly clean the bathroom sink. The kitchen cabinets were slightly chipped (but we weren't there to look at the cabinets) it's an all suites hotel. Nice to have a separate sitting area and two TVs, fridge, etc. There's a really neat, must-see attraction just down the street (you can walk) called "wonder works". The mattresses are to die for! There are no words to describe such a wonderful night¿s sleep at a hotel. I'd go back just for the beds. Bottom line: good location. Great staff. Nice room. Good amenities. Great for families with children (young, twin, or teen). Free shuttle to universal, Disney, etc. Great hotel for the negotiated rate! I'll stay here again. I highly recommend it to you!”

• Traffic on international drive, and difficult to find at night.

“Finding this hotel was difficult due to its small sign on international drive, and off-the-main road location. But after we found it, we were amazed. Outside and inside decor was nice, and the breakfast area was huge with a nice large widescreen HDTV. My favorite part of this stay was the separate master king bedroom, and the pull-out sofa was perfect for my 5-yr-old. Excellent water pressure in the shower powered an exhilarating massage head which was perfect after our long drive. The free hot breakfast had lots of variety of quality foods including fruits, cereals, pastries, self-cooked waffles, toaster items, juices, coffee, and milk. I only wish I could stay longer.”

“We had a good experience the only thing was I wanted 2 double beds not a king I was celebrating my 5th wedding anniversary and wanted to sleep alone I had my three yes old son with us so he slept with us.”

• The rooms were great, and they had a fabulous breakfast, and a complimentary dinner the night before.
• For a 2-room suite, it was a bit small, an entire kitchen, but not room to serve all of us.

“Overall, we had a great experience. There were 12 of us in two rooms, and we needed cribs. The staff was friendly and quick to help. The only problem was the specific square footage was too small to put a family with cribs and wanting to use the kitchen. We were cramped.”

• Great value, friendly service, and clean. Wonderful place for the traveler.

“I thought the staff was very professional, United airlines lost our luggage. The hotel staff told us to go out and enjoy the day and they would call us long distance on my cell phone when our luggage arrived. At check out their were know charges for the call or any other charges. They made a bad thing go away.”

“I had the very first room next to the lobby and I was ready to sleep when I got there but in the lobby there was too much going on. I had to take sleeping pills to get some rest. And there was a roach that I had to kill.”
