• Private pool.
• Nothing.

“Wonderful experience! Came down with my wife, 2 kids and both grandparents. Children loved the private pool, they swam all day and night. Comfortable and spacious. Beds were clean, kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal. We needed info about the area so we called the office where we checked in and the staff was super helpful. Can't wait to go back again soon. I will try to get a home in the same area since it was close to Disney and a bunch of places to eat and shop.”

• The house was close to everything Disney.

“The house was in a great location and very clean. Our kids enjoyed the pool. I would recommend it to friends but beware you have to pay a 75.00 cleaning fee if you stay less than 4 nights.”

• Incredibly practical for a family going to Disney.
• Limited amenities - toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing soap, paper towels.

“It was actually a house rental with 4 bedrooms. The price for what we received was very, very practical. The kids loved the pool and the kitchen made for convenient and practical meals while on a vacation.”

• Good size.
• Air conditioning and no pool barrier for tiny children.

“Wonderfully pretty and great size. Clean. Pool had no barrier to keep small children safely away from the edge could have some sort of a gate system for adults to use outdoors without allowing child to get hurt by falling into pool.”

• Plenty of room.
• AC broke, we were told to leave the back door open (and we have a toddler, not so much).

“Upon arrival we were advised we were being charged $74 for a cleaning fee because we did not book more than 4 nights. That amount and minimum nights should have been clearly communicated prior to booking. Also, the AC broke and we were told there was nothing they could do and advised us to leave the back door open. Not even 7 feet out the back door is the swimming pool. We have a 22 month old, that was not practical at all. We were all miserable the entire night and could not rest as the lowest the temperature fell, opening windows and turning on fans, was 86 degrees. Unacceptable $74 cleaning fee which there was dust every where, kitchen had grease every where, like it had not been wiped down in a year. If it were my house, I would have been embarrassed to allow guests to see it that way. I am completely disgusted with the service and lack of willing to correct the problem.”

• Plenty of room for family of 8.
• Heated pool was broken; kids couldn't swim.

“Overall, I'd stay there again. The space and location was perfect for us. We stayed in a house/villa and it was clean and met our expectations. The rental staff, however, was unprofessional and never explained the difference in charges in our confirmation email. We were also disappointed we could not use the private pool all week due to a broken heater. But overall, we had a great stay.”

• Location and neighborhood.

“It is a villa actually, but the location they show in a map is office location, where we picked up the key. The villa location is horrible and bad neighborhood.”

• The pool and the feeling of being home.
• Well it was a further than I expected from the attraction that we were there for.

“This was actually a 3 bedroom house. It was a perfect fit for my family. Unfortunately, we did not get to use the pool due to weather, but it was made us feel like we were home. Loved it.”

• This house had cable.
• Older than expected, pool alarm malfunctioned, bugs in drawers, too far away from activities.

“We were in an older, blue collar neighborhood, far away from the activities and it was slightly scary. The home was basically clean, but had silverfish in the drawers (we couldn't unpack) and a lizard in one room. The alarm kept us from going out to the pool. Just wasn't as nice as we expected.”

• I loved the privacy of renting a home. It was well-appointed.
• It was not as clean (mold around the pool and bathrooms) as I would have liked.

“My first time renting a home was in Orlando. I just loved it. Usually I go for a four star hotel room. But the complete privacy and private pool at the home made it a unique and delightful experience. I would have liked the pool area and bathrooms to be a little cleaner. And I definitely needed to buy/bring my own luxury soaps and lotions, but the well-resourced, clean kitchen (with dishwasher, iron, washer and dryer) was a delight. The price was phenomenal. I would do it again in a heartbeat.”

• Cheap and in a quiet area.
• With traffic, it takes more than 30 mins to Disney world.

“Overall, you really pay what you get, it's cheap, clean, and got most of things you need during your stay. However, I was there for Disney world and Universal Studio, when there is traffic. It takes a long time to drive back from Disney world.”

• Perfect for families on extended vacations. There's more room for privacy.
• Was much further away from Disney and the main hotel office than we expected. Office was hard to find.

“Best for long stays in Orlando for families with kids. We had a 3 bed, 2 bath house, and the master was separated from the other bedrooms, which allows for privacy you could never get at a hotel. The leasing office was hard to find, and we arrived after hours (the office closes at 7:30), so we had to get the keys from a lock box. We had to read directions to find and let ourselves in to the house.”

• The entry and garage were full of dead bugs.

“Overall stay was okay. The porch light was dead as was one of the 4 bedrooms. There were bugs in the garage/game room and the main entry/porch. The water heater was turned off upon arrival. I had to find it and turn it on myself.”

• The privacy of renting a home.
• Unable to reach any on for help with the pool, DVD/TV, and bedding was not as stated.

“I was not pleased that we were told we were getting a 3 bedroom villa with 1 queen, 1 double, and 2 twins. We ended up with 4 twin beds which was not practical for us as we had two 18 month olds with. Also we were unable to get to the pool do to issues with the back door and no one was available to help us after 7:30. They did not comp us for any of the inconveniences. They simply stated 'that is just the way it is". Completely unacceptable.”

• It was a four bedroom home that we rented -excellent but you need to have a does not apply in the first questions.
• Nothing.

“This was a 4 bedroom home that we shared with another couple perfect place - near attractions - premier staff at rental was available and very friendly and helpful with info. Highly recommend house and rental agency.”
