“The hotel was clean, breakfast was good. I will stay here again.” Apr 12, 2009 by
Eliezer from Miami,FL
“We had a wonderful 4-day stay at this hotel. Our vacation trip expectations were met. The weather at this time of the year was perfect. Safe environment and neat, if I have to travel again to this area, I will come back and recommend it to friends and family.” Feb 20, 2009 by
Tabatha from Tampa,FL “Hotel was great, very comfortable and clean. Only thing was when we woke up the next morning there was a Roch in the bath tub.” Oct 8, 2008 by
Lisa
“The staff was wonderful I expected the pull out to be larger.” Sep 10, 2008 by
Carrie from Yulee, FL
“We were traveling to Orlando from north Florida for Night of Joy at Disney's Hollywood Studios. We needed a hotel close to the park because we would be arriving very late and would be very tired for such a busy day. We wanted something that was close, quiet and clean that included breakfast for our family before we set out for home. (We wanted more than a stale doughnut.) The Holiday Inn Express met our needs on every part! The hotel is very quiet (and appeared to be very near full.) The rooms were clean and the breakfast was fantastic. There were enough choices to satisfy everyone in our family! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!” 0 of 1 people found this review helpful.Sep 5, 2008 by

“The hotel was perfect for my weekend trip to Orlando. It was close the parks and very close to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and very spacious. It was a great weekend get away.” Aug 13, 2008 by
Jeff from Arden, NC
“We only needed one night, as we had a condo for the week in Orlando. Were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Nothing seemed outdated or old. Very pleased.” Aug 1, 2008 by
Jennifer B. from Juipter, FL
“Had 4 people and they saw that when I checked in gave me a king size bed for 2 adults and 2 children. Came back down and all they had was smoking rooms, almost did not stay.” May 22, 2008 by
Fred from North Palm Beach, FL
“Not a pleasant experience. Appears that Holiday Inn bought an existing hotel that was not well maintained. Short check-in line. When finished, she apologized for the delay and gave me keys to room. Upon opening room, my 11 year old daughters were greeted by a man coming out of shower (who was equally surprised to see us). I apologized, headed back to front desk and attributed the mistake to the computer and gave us keys to another room. Next room unoccupied but air didn't work, so back to front desk and was told that AC generally takes a few minutes to get started but that someone would check on it while we were out just to be sure. Came back late from Disney, air still not working in room, called front desk and told they had no notes concerning my room and that I should have addressed it when I checked-in. Okay. Miserable night of sleep, got up early and checked out. While checking out, woman in front of my was loudly complaining about quality of her room. Young man at counter was very polite to me and I simply told him to note that the air in our room didn't work.” May 21, 2008 by
Barry from Brooksville, FL
“Great breakfast but thin walls in hotel room.” Apr 30, 2008 by
Penny from Chattanooga, TN
“Just your basic hotel. Not super fancy. It had a pool and hot tub which were nice to have, but not super fancy or nice. It was clean and basic. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.” Apr 16, 2008 by
Karla from Vero Beach, FL
“For the money and the location the hotel was adequate. The front desk was helpful but very busy. The room smelled like mold because of the refrigerator, and there were a few roaches, no soap, and big stains on the carpet.” Apr 15, 2008 by
Michael
“I would highly recommend the Holiday Inn and Suites to any family travelling in the Orlando area. Nice pool with generally quiet location for family swim and day of Disney.” Apr 8, 2008 by
Valerie from Durham, NC
“Very happy with my stay at this hotel. Close to all the parks. 3 miles from Disney, 5 to 10 miles from Downtown Disney and the other parks. Super Wal-Mart in walking distance (cheapest place to shop for souvenirs). Also there are plenty of restaurants on 535 to met anyone needs. We will most likely stay at a Disney resort the next time.” Apr 2, 2008 by
Deborah from Lehigh Acres, FL
“We would definitely stay there again.” Apr 1, 2008 by
Ram from Powell, OH
“Staff is not helpful and rather misleading. First day I got smoking room only and the front desk person says specially I booked smoking room and says she will try for non-smoking room the next day but didn't even pass the message to the next person in duty. The next person promised so much but did nothing other than passing the message that too I was requested. Second day evening did stand in the line for 1 hr to talk to the only front desk person serving busy evening, she did to helpless until, luckily, another customer who was requesting non-smoke to smoking room from previous day came at the same time and at the end we are able to exchange. It is not the room type that made us unhappy rather Management.” Mar 24, 2008 by
Pam from Dothan, AL
“Loved the hotel for the money, but didnt realize that the bus trolley would only transport one time a day. We wound up paying a lot for parking because we bought the park hopper passes and we could have just stayed inside the park for about the same money and would have been a lot more convenient! Next time we will stay inside the park.” Mar 18, 2008 by
B.F. from Richmond, KY
“Really wonderful location--only took about 10 minutes to get parked in one of the Walt Disney World parks. The room lacked any hotel information guide that most hotels seem to keep stocked in the room--usually on the desk or in the nightstand drawer. I loved the interior and the room--both were beautiful and well-kept. My only gripe is the noise. The walls were like onionskin; I am surprised I couldn't see through them. I could hear occupants on both sides of our room speaking in normal, conversational tones. And I don't mean I just heard them; I could have easily recorded their voices with a tape recorder so that one may transcribe the conversations. It was really annoying at night--we had to sleep with the TV on just to drown out the voices. I was very disappointed with that aspect of the hotel, which was so nice in other areas. But I won't stay there again, nor would I recommend it to others. For a business traveler, it has its perks I suppose, but it wouldn't be ideal for someone who needed to wake up early. I've been in terrible, disgusting hotels rooms--but never one where I could hear so clearly my neighbors' conversations.” Mar 9, 2008 by

“Great location for business in Orlando/Kissimmee or visiting to Disney World. Friendly staff and clean hotel. Wall mart next door. Great hotel for youth sports teams playing at Disney.” Mar 2, 2008 by
Richard from Capreol, ON CA
“The Hotel was very nice and clean and the staff were wonderful. The only thing that would make this a better place is if they would have a larger and lit entrance sign as we arrived in the evening and the small sign was hard to see thanks to my GPS is was able to see it.” Feb 18, 2008 by
Adam from Morrisville, NC
“Great location and value. Was just what we were looking for.” Feb 18, 2008 by

“Was a little skeptical about my stay at this hotel because of the previous negative reviews, but was pleasantly surprised of my stay. The hotel was clean, staff was extremely friendly and the continental breakfast they offer was beyond what I expected. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends.” Aug 16, 2007 by
Sue from Margate, FL
“Pretty hotel with nice lobby and pool area. Beds were comfortable, but were not able to get a room with two beds, so our children had to sleep on the floor.” Jul 30, 2007 by
Sharon from Manning, SC
“Traveling with my husband and two kids I requested a king suite. When we arrived we found a king bed and a torn up sleeper sofa in a single room (very cramped). Had to request another room. Housekeeping only came in one time in a four day stay. Had to call front desk and complain to get that but hotel and its grounds were very well kept.” Jul 18, 2007 by
Connie from Pembroke Pines, FL

“Acceptable value for the price - high speed internet access in the room was major to my decision of hotels.” Apr 18, 2007 by
Dawn from Clarkston, MI
“I was traveling with my husband and two kids and was informed when had booked us in a room with one king-size bed for the four nights even after we called prior to our trip to request 2 queens. On top of that, when we got to the room, it was designated "handicap" and there was no room for a rollout. At first we were told that no other rooms were available, but when I asked when another room would become available, then the manager was able to change our room to a spacious room with two queen beds. Our stay from then on was great.” Feb 28, 2007 by
Khalid from Richmond, BC CA
“Clean and quiet, safe & convenient location. Nice small swimming pool & small fitness center. A paid business center.” Jan 17, 2007 by

“Thought it was too much for what it was, class of people, lower than use to. People above us did not control their children, but front desk did respond quickly. Over all had a good experience.” Sep 27, 2006 by
Tom from Port Saint Lucie, FL
“Average for the price. I asked the desk clerk about dogs being permitted and she replied, it is a animal or pet friendly hotel. How about people friendly, with no noise at night!” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Jul 27, 2006 by

“Great location. Breakfast was adequate. Most of the front desk staff was helpful and courteous. The mattress in the rooms that we occupied were terrible. No or very little sound proofing between rooms. We would not stay at or recommend this hotel to friends.” Dec 22, 2005 by
James from Green Cove Sp., FL
“Overall met expectations. Good experience.” Oct 17, 2005 by

“Would have to improve service before I would stay again. Desk clerk was not very visible.” May 6, 2005 by

“The location of the hotel was good. When you look at the outside of the hotel you were blown away because of its beauty but when you go inside it didn't look or feel as nice.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
