• The rooms were big and it had a flat screen TV which was very nice.
• Nothing really everything was nice.

• Clean comfortable room.
• If you have a connecting room, you can hear everything next door!

“I have stayed here several times. The rooms are very nice. The one problem is that they view us as lower than normal guests. They give less desirable rooms to save them for their higher valued guests. ”

• Very comfortable, the beds had clean, crisp sheets, nice pillows and comfortable mattresses.
• The bathroom fan was somewhat loud, so the door had to be kept closed at all times.

“The hotel is in a safe location and in close proximity to restaurants (chain and local). We stayed at this hotel while visiting the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and it was an easy ride into the museum from the hotel. I would not hesitate in the slightest to recommend the hotel.”

• Swimming pool closed seeing it was Oct.. lol.

• Pool, hot tub, friendly staff.
• I smelled cigarette smoke at night.

“Just off 271, across from Bob Evans, next to Olive Garden, down the street from lots of shopping. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well furnished. My only complaint: I smelled cigarette smoke at night (however, I had forgotten to ask for a nonsmoking room).”

• It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and the room was very roomy.
• The location was a little out of the way, but the once we were there it was worth the trip

“The hotel is really for business travelers, but the fact there are lots of restaurants and Malls in the general vicinity make it ok for leisure travelers as well.”

• The room was spacious and well appointed. Firm bed.
• The bathroom stopper didn't work. Had to fabricate a one from a plastic bag and a cup.

“The whole experence was great. It started that morning of the stay. I called to ask for a King, the woman that greeted me on the phone was the most pleasant and helpful staff member I have had the pleasure of talking to, never got her name, but will not forget the pleasure. See this is the 10th hotel my family and I have had the fun of staying in, in 3 month's. So we have seen it all this summer and heard it all. Great room, great price.”

• The decor was elegant,very clean, and the exercise room was state of the art.
• Nothing to dislike

“As was stated previously, the hotel was immaculate.The decor was casually elegant.Our room was very large and relaxing. The cooling/heating system was new and flawless. The bed was a California king with six pillows.We had internet access in the room, which was very convienent.The outside of the hotel was attractive and somewhat tropical ,due to the plethera of beautiful flowers.The pool and hot tub were very well maintained,and the workout room had state of the art equipment.”
