• easy to find, central location to some attractions, ideally located near large business/industrial areas, service amenities geat
• pool is meant for excercise (small lap pool) rather than multi-family centric

“The hotel and staff were great. Breakfast buffet was a little pricey, but excellent. Room was clean and up-to-date. Ideal location for visitors to RnR Hall of Fame and Geauga Lake. Internet services acceptable.”

• The location. The room.
• Floor in room was not as clean as should be.

“The hotel was as expected. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the cabinet that looked like it housed one. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was not too loud. Would stay there again.”

• The beds are the most comfortable I've had.
• I can't think of anything.

“I traveled with my teenaged daughter, the hotel was almost empty and they had us in a room with one king bed. They would not switch us to a room with 2 beds even though the hotel was nearly empty.”

• Location was a bit too far (about 7 or 8 miles) from my actual destination in Independence, Ohio.

• Location, staff, big room, and the whirlpool.
• Thin walls. We were awakened by a crying child. Sounded like the child was in our room.

“Like I said, the location is excellent, because its located very close to the expressway and a very nice mall (Beachwood place mall), and a lot of shops for what ever you need. Very nice and clean room, and very big! The whirlpool was enjoyable too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. For what I paid, I got one heck of a deal. The bad thing about the hotel room was that the walls are thin. The last day we were there, we were awakened by a crying child in the adjoining room. The people were a bit loud, and we could here everything. Other than that, very nice hotel. Also, the pool is a bit small, and so is the workout room. I'd recommend this hotel.”

• The bed was very comfortable.
• The breakfast was not complimentary.

“This is a really good hotel. The only problem I had with the hotel was the $2 pops out of the vending machine and the fact that they wanted another $10.75 per person for a mediocre breakfast.”

• The room was very comfortable with 2 queen size beds and a flat screen TV.
• The heating unit was very loud when it came on throughout the night to regulate the temperature, waking my young son.

“Our stay was excellent, overall. The pool and whirlpool were readily available and at a nice temperature. While we didn't use the workout room, it looked very nice. The lobby area was attractive, and the staff was very friendly.”

• Very impressed with the atmosphere, location, and appearance of the hotel.
• I don't have one negative comment about this hotel. If I am in Cleveland again this is where I would stay, again.

“The hotel went above and beyond our expectations. It was the best hotel we have stayed in for a long time. Not only was it cost effective, but the quality of service, the amenities, and the cleanliness was nothing short of excellence. The staff was very helpful in giving directions and had knowledge of the activities occurring within the local area. We would defiantly stay there again if ever we are in Cleveland again.”

• Several restaurants were within walking distance of the hotel.
• We were initially charged for several beverages we did not purchase. I think the problem was corrected.

“We were charged initially $8 for beverages we did not purchase. When they attempted to correct the bill, it became $16 dollars. The clerk took my name and address and later mailed me a receipt showing a $0 balance. They may need to review their charging procedure on in-store purchases.”

“Convenient free parking, close to many restaurants, with a breakfast area in the lobby. Very nice pool and hot tub (the temp could have been a bit cooler for added comfort). Nice clean rooms well kept, with large flat screen TV. Refrigerator available by request for no additional charge. Snacks, ice cream available 24 hrs at front desk. 2 nice outdoor patios, one with a waterfall. Ice machines/vending on each floor.”

“I have stayed here several times. The rooms are very nice. The one problem is that they view us as lower than normal guests. They give less desirable rooms to save them for their higher valued guests.”

• Very comfortable, the beds had clean, crisp sheets, nice pillows and comfortable mattresses.
• The bathroom fan was somewhat loud, so the door had to be kept closed at all times.

“The hotel is in a safe location and in close proximity to restaurants (chain and local). We stayed at this hotel while visiting the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and it was an easy ride into the museum from the hotel. I would not hesitate in the slightest to recommend the hotel.”

• I smelled cigarette smoke at night.

“Just off 271, across from Bob Evans, next to Olive Garden, down the street from lots of shopping. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well furnished. My only complaint: I smelled cigarette smoke at night (however, I had forgotten to ask for a nonsmoking room).”
