• Room, food and location.
• Condition of halls, walkways and pool.

“I am giving this hotel a very mixed review. Our room was recently remodeled, very clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly. The location to Disney was great. No longer than 12 minutes to any park. However, the elevators, outside hallways and hotel grounds in general were dirty. Windows need washing, pool area was dirty, noisy power washing of the building was going on during our stay. The general feel was unkempt. Too bad as we are great fans of embassy suites but we would not go back to this hotel.”

• No freezer in refry, ice machine a long ways away.

• Efficiency, family loves breakfast buffet.

“Great locations to all parks. Excellent for family vacation. Has everything you need without having to call housekeeping for anything. Great breakfast buffet and happy hour of course!”

• Extremely helpful and friendly staff at the front desk, bellman, & housekeeping.
• Concierge wasn't very helpful/knowledgeable.

“Very family friendly and economical. It met our needs and expectations. We made a pretty big request upon checkout and they were extremely accommodating and professional in handling the situation.”

• Would have liked more coffee in room.

“Great! Is it typical for this hotel to book a room "directly in front of the elevators" when we use it? That is first for me. We have another trip next month and have reserved a room at the Radisson resort-port Canaveral.”

• Their shuttle service to the parks was excellent.
• Breakfast time was always busy but there was always plenty of food.

“This is a great hotel for families visiting the Disney parks. The food was great. The customer service was super. They provide a shuttle to the parks that was extremely helpful. The shuttle service provided a number of pick-up times and was always on time. We would stay here again.”

• The living area, kitchen area being separated from bedroom.
• Nothing.

“Excellent service. I enjoyed the room. The pull-out sofa was actually comfortable as my husband and I slept on it so our girls could have a TV and room to themselves. We will definitely stay again. I also appreciated the fact that since we checked in late we could order food at the pizza place late.”

• There was not enough parking.

“Very nice hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean and a good stay for the price. The full breakfast that was included was great as well as the reception in the afternoons serving any drink you cared for all for the price of the room.”

• Everything was great. The staff were friendly and always smiling. Close to parks and food.
• Pool was a little cool for my liking.

“The hotel was great. I have a new place to stay when visiting Orlando. Close to the parks and other restaurants. The staff were exceptional.”

• The cooked breakfast buffet was wonderful! The pool was also very nice.
• The bed was very uncomfortable! The room seemed a bit "damp" and a tad foul-smelling.

“I enjoyed the staff, extremely friendly and always smiling. The breakfast buffet was very nice and had a lot of options and variety. The transportation to and from the parks was very convenient and upon returning late, it was nice to have the Pizza Hut open and cooking for our hungry tummies!”

• Very clean, comfortable rooms, great complimentary breakfast.
• Short 3 day stay, everything was very good.

“It far exceeds the price we paid. The staff was very courteous and friendly. They had a great complimentary breakfast with a varied assortment of hot foods (some cooked to order), drinks and fruits. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping/room service was impeccable. I traveled with my wife and 3 children, which we easily accommodated in the 2 room suite(1BR w/2bds and a sofa-bed in the living room). It also has a small kitchen with Microwave, compact Fridge and coffee maker). It was a short drive to all the Disney parks and they also offer comp. shuttle service. I'd recommend this resort to all families. Looking forward to my next visit there on Labor Day weekend.”

“For the 2 nights preceding my stay, I was a guest at the Embassy Suites, Miami airport location. The difference was astounding. In spite of the high volume and number of families traveling with young children, this property wins hands down for cleanliness and service.”

• Made to order breakfast, friendly staff and free bus rides.
• I liked everything about it and missed it when I left for another city.

“The staff is excellent. Friendly to my children and always say hello when passing. We actually missed the people here after we left for another hotel in another city. We wished we were back at the Embassy. Even the bus driver was fun and friendly everyday we rode with him.”

• The lobby is incredible with a stream running through.
• I had to leave.

“The hotel has a great location right by Disney and vast shopping. it has an incredible lobby that features a stream with waterfalls in it. They also feed you breakfast for free that was very good. The hotel has all you can ask for in amenities such as a pool, hot tub, sauna, work out room and Florida sun.”
