• Nothing.
• Dishwasher broke, refrigerator froze everything, and dirty.

“I will never stay in this hotel again. For a 3 star motel it left a lot to be desired. Was not worth the money.”

• Great location, central to local attractions. Room was very clean and spacious, great breakfasts!
• Hallways needed to be vacuumed when we arrived, but were cleaned during our stay.

“This is a great hotel for families, business, or couples. It's close to all nearby attractions, and many restaurants, but also quiet at the end of a street. They had the best full, hot breakfast buffet I've ever had at a hotel, including Mickey Mouse waffles! Nice, clean spacious rooms, with comfortable beds. The pool area was nice, although we didn't use it. Also didn't use the fitness center, but it looked average. All in all, this was a great hotel and we would highly recommend it.”

“It more than exceeded our expectations. Our room was spacious and clean. We had a family suit and our children loved their own room. The breakfast buffet was adequate. It was close to Downtown Disney and the shuttle offered transportation to the Disney Parks.”

• Remodeling construction in general areas.

“Everything in the room was a pleasant surprise and flawless. Breakfast buffet was a real treat. Some minor remodeling construction to dodge in hallways, but otherwise couldn't have been better.”

• King size bed and a kitchen.
• Laundry facilities.

“Overall, the hotel was great. I did not like that you had to go to the front desk to buy laundry detergent. It should have been in the laundry facility itself. Other than that we enjoyed it very much!”

• Asked for crib on the way up and they forgot and could not get it for us first night.

• Roominess, free broadband internet service, private pool/courtyard (from the nearby interstate).
• A member of their staff entered the room unannounced and with no explanation. Very suspicious!

“The hotel was great, complete with all the amenities. However, I received no response regarding the "intruder" and would still like to know that something was done about it.”

• No restaurant in or even within walking distance to hotel.

• Full well-supplied kitchen, spacious suite, clean, friendly, great breakfast buffet.
• Pool too cold.

• The bed was fantastic.
• The lack of amenities in the room; the nasty pool, insufficient parking.

“The hotel is reasonably priced, the staff is friendly, and the premises are well-maintained. But the parking is definitely not sufficient, the pool was kind of gross, and there was no clock in my room.”

• The room is very comfortable to stay.
• There are few stores near the hotel.

• Complimentary hot breakfast buffet included!

“We had an excellent week-long stay at the Residence Inn. The hotel is very close to Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There are many excellent restaurants and shopping areas nearby. I highly recommend it!”

• The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
• The air conditioning seemed excessively loud.

“The room consisted of a bedroom with a king bed and a living room with a sofabed (probably full-size) and a kitchenette. The room was clean and very comfortable. There was a complimentary hot breakfast buffet which was very good. However the staff was very courteous and professional, and got the issue resolved with the managers assistance. I would recommend this hotel.”
