• Lovely clean rooms.
• Would have liked better coffee making facilities-but there's free coffee in reception.

“We stayed in May 2005 and have just re booked for October 2006 - that says it all I think! Great location and the rooms were clean and spacious, beds were very comfortable and we had clean towels every day.”

• Very friendly staff, great family atmosphere, very nice pool area.
• Kind of confusing check in with multiple rooms.

“In great vicinity to Orlando attractions. Nice Restaurants within walking distance so you can avoid the Traffic. Very friendly staff and nice facilities.”

• The hotel staff was wonderful!
• Maid service at 3:00 in the afternoon.

“The hotel staff couldn't have been more courteous. Our family traveled to Orlando because of Hurricane Wilma. The staff knew our situation and took good care of us!”

• Location and staff were the only nice thing about this hotel.
• Beds sagged in the middle and the bare box spring was visible. No furniture on balcony. 1 cup coffee maker in room, gross.

“Definitely not worth the $60 per night that I paid. I have stayed in far nicer for the same or less. I would have changed to a different hotel if I could have, but hurricane evacuees had filled up all of the surrounding, better quality hotels. ”

• Location, security and friendliness.

“It was great. The only thing I would change is how we had to cram to sleep on a double bed. We were a married couple, but still got two double beds. Overall, it was great.”

• Great location, shopping & food in walking distance
• The person working the broucher booth was on a personal call when I needed info looking for information for city walk dining reservations.

“This hotel is located is a convenient location with shopping and all types of restraunts across the street. Downtown Disney 5 to 10 minute drive and City Walk 15 to 20 minute drive, depending on traffic. Room was excellent-very clean.”

• Convenient to sites and shopping
• A little run down and shabby

“For the price this was OK. Definitely not worth rack rate. A stay several nights later at the Hyatt at the Airport for only a few $ more.”

• The staff were super helpful. adjoining rooms were ideal for our party.
• Ice machine and vending machines were not working and we would of liked chocolate &chips in the vending machines.

“Good location for all attractions. The breakfast buffet is the best in the area. You should definately start your day here. this is a safe family hotel we would return here.”

• Nice pools
• Pool towels available early in the morning but if you did not get one early, new ones were not brought out.

• The rate for the quality is very good and the general area of its location

“As with most Marriott Hotels the hotel is kept up in very good condition, clean, well located and with a helpful and friendly staff. For anyone who wants to stay in this area I recommend it”

“The hotel was clean, located conveniently near to Disney parks and attractions. The rooms and the pools were well maintained. Plus we were very pleased with the complimentry Wireless Internet Access.”

• location was great, very close to downtown disney
• did not serve continental breakfast. the coffe pots were one cup pots.

“staff was courteous. rooms were cleaned daily throughout our 7 day stay. My children enjoyed the arcade, playground and pool.”

• Close to the Disney Property. Convenient location. Friendly staff.
• Lack of parking in lighted areas close to room.

“Overall the location of the hotel is convenient to the Disney Parks and other parks as well. The room was nice and clean. Staff was courteous and pleasant. The only downside was the parking. There was not enough parking near our room that was lighted. We had to park on the other side of the building from our room to park in what we considered a safe lighted area. This hotel is very close to several restaurants and is very close to Downtown Disney.”

• It was very clean, and very convenienent to area attractions.

“Just one exit up from Disney and about 4 miles (but very quick ones!) away from Universal it was the perfect location for us. Very clean lobby and rooms. Did not use the pool, but it looked well kept. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They sell tickets to the attractions in the lobby, which was convienent.”

“Everything was great And if you want to go to Disney and don't want to deal with a shuttle bus stopping at many hotels with kids and stressed parents , do what we did ! Take the Getty transportation service which works with the hotel ( Lincoln Town Cars etc. ) for 7 bucks ! Yeah that's right, and go to Downtown Disney which is 2 miles away. then get on a free Disney shuttle bus to any Disney location . We took the bus back to the Disney Tix and Transportation center where you can get a bus or Monorail anywhere You can do the same for the return or get a cab which is about the same to get back to the hotel. You will have a much more stress free and Private experience believe me.”

“The hotel staff was very helpful and polite. They called a cab for us and then notified us when it was ready. We only stayed one night but we were impressed with the staff.”
