• The rooms were great.
• Way too crowded, very overwhelming, rest. choices limited.

“It was ok but way too busy for us, unsafe at time due to number of kids getting slimmed in the pool etc. Some of the staff at Subway and other rest. A little rude. Lot's to do and would probably recommend for children 8 and up.”

• I liked the location to Disney and the kitchen in the room.
• They played music outside in the pool area until 9pm even if nobody was there.

• Decor was fun-cool themed shower curtains and soaps.

“Hotel is very nice, well kept. One pool park was closed for renovations and the available pool was closed inexplicable for 2 hours in prime time 5pm-7pm window. All character stuff (e.g. photos) costs exorbant amounts of money even though hotel rooms are hundreds of dollars per night. Young lifeguard staff with poor judgment. One of them pushed my 4 year old (who does not know how to swim) off the side into the pool without warning. She was traumatized.”

• Not a place to stay if you don't have children.

“This hotel is ideal for a family with children. This hotel needs renovations, the hardware in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the housekeeping staff was not accommodating, it was extremely loud and the restaurants were for children only.”

“When we first arrived we were greeted by a friendly staff member and given directions to our room. We paid extra to have a room by the pool. The kids loved the hotel. You can stay all day in the hotel and always have something to do. The only thing negative was the time share sales pitch at the guest services desk. Everything else was great!”

• Expensive and everything was not included. Resort fee $20/night.

“This is a great hotel for families. The staff were fabulous (gave free upgrade) and they truly cater to kids. We would skip the $20/plate buffet character breakfast next time, but there are other choices. The $20/night resort fee was a little bit of a surprise considering the price of the room. Also, there are many activities that require additional registration fees. We would definitely go again, though. Our daughter had a fantabulous time. The water park features were amazing and the pools were open until 11 pm.”

• The cartoon displays-themes.
• Way overpriced. They charge for everything!

“Other than the cartoon things and u barely see the live ones - way overpriced, I paid much higher for 2 days with the worst room with the worst view and they give u nothing free, not even water. Food, rooms, souvenirs etc.”

• Safe, secure and fun for the whole family.
• I would like a moderately priced restaurant as an option rather than a buffet offering and fast food.

“It was the first day of our stay in Florida. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff was right on the ball. The lifeguards were always watchful and pleasant. We would be back in a second!”

• Check in was a night mare. Arrived at 4:00 did not get a room until 5:45 along with about 100 others.

“I was pleased with the children¿s activities but information is not readily available. No maps to the facility or menus were available in the room. The room was okay, for the price you expect more luxury as far linens and bedding. The food was terrible. There should be more show selection. They do the same shows over and over. If you are staying more than one day it gets old. The pool was great.”

• Very crowded. But should be expected and one slow elevator per area.

• I was not looking for such a kid-themed hotel.

“This hotel is not for people who are unaware of what they are getting into, so I do not think it is a good hotel. Since this is a one-of-a-kind hotel. It was comfortable as far as family-friendly places go, but again, it was not something I would have chosen. If I had a ten year old that I wanted to keep busy while I did something else, this would work for me. My nine month old was not able to enjoy the three story slide, and my room by the pool did not lend to him sleeping well. Overall, I would not choose this hotel again.”

• The location was perfect for traveling to Disney. The atmosphere fit their target well (kids) although we don¿t have any and didn¿t intend to stay there.
• Nothing really...very kid focused and we don¿t have kids but it didn¿t have a negative effect on our stay.

• How there where a few things the grandkids liked.
• They told us the 1 of the pools was to open and didn't.

• Great amenities for family, dishwasher, stocked kitchen utensils, incredible water park with heated pool.
• Had to wait 3 1/2 hrs from pre-check in for our room to be complete. Staff was very unfriendly and un accommodating to out circumstances.

“What I didn't like is that this hotel is special for parents with kids. Even I wrote that we were 3 adults when I was booking the hotel with you, I don't understand why you gave it to me. At the time of the checking in the manager of the hotel came to us and ask for the ids because it was strange that 3 adult (without kids) wanted to stay in this hotel.”
