“I have stayed at many Marriott's from resorts to Courtyard's and this one I was disappointed. I may have expected too much so that might be the problem. The staff was very nice and the hotel was pretty. I thought the rooms were old, we couldn't get the double stroller out the door without closing it up! It was a maze to get to the pool, and things at the hotel were VERY expensive. We spent more in one night at this hotel than we did two nights at a different resort.” Jul 22, 2009 by
Ancil from Miramar,FL
“This hotel was excellent. It had a great mix of dining, activities, atmosphere, and amenities. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It have stayed here twice and I would return again and again.” May 2, 2009 by
Christy from Andover,KS
“Very large hotel but felt safe with gated parking lots. Parking is extra. They brought a refrigerator & hideaway bed to the room for free, (but the hideaway had springs that were very uncomfortable). One day there was water in the bathroom floor when we returned, but it was repaired fairly quickly. Overall, a very pleasant experience. The landscape was just beautiful!” Apr 15, 2009 by
Roberta from Charlotte,NC
“This was a nice hotel, but it was very large. The pool was very crowded. There were no chairs to be found.” Apr 4, 2009 by
Donny from Woodbine,GA
“This is a great hotel for business travelers. Terrible for families. The pool slide closes right after check in. The staff couldn't possibly be ruder. The rooms are unusually small. The beds aren't as comfortable, but the friendly staff and spacious rooms more then make up for that.” Mar 11, 2009 by
Jen from Arlington,VA
“Large resort. Parking garage far from hotel rooms. Have to park in garage and then call for parking shuttle to take you back to your room (and parking costs $13!). No hotel restaurant or bar open after 10 (only room service is available). My room was dirty - spots on toilet seat - hair in shower. Bed very comfortable - room was quiet - more adult oriented.” Feb 27, 2009 by
Michael from Bristol,RI
“Overall the hotel was nice. It is conveniently located near the resorts. I am not sure I would recommend this hotel for a family vacation as it appeared to cater more towards business travelers and conferences. Rooms were clean, but a little dated.” Feb 20, 2009 by
David from Canton,GA
“Overall I was very impressed.” Feb 11, 2009 by
Stay from Miami,FL
“The hotel was very very nice. Feb 4, 2009 by
Amy from Starke,FL
“The room cleanliness and views were excellent. The parking garage is so far away from the hotel, that they have to have a shuttle (which is inconvenient).” Feb 2, 2009 by
Roy from Denver,PA
“The room we were in had no refrigerator or microwave.” Jul 29, 2008 by
Janet from West Palm Beach
“The hotel is very busy. They do not offer free travel to the parks. Parking is crazy. I will never stay there again. My mini bar in the room did not work and I called many times to have it fixed and no one came to fix it for the 5 days I stayed.” Jun 9, 2008 by
karol from lake worth florida
“This hotel is horrible. It is purely meant for conventions. We wanted to spend a long weekend sitting around the pool. It was closed for the convention as well as the pool bar. We had a hard time finding a place to eat at 4:00 because everything was closed for the convention. The food we did eat made us sick and we ended up in bed the rest of the night. The bed linens did not fit the bed. The people were rude and the rooms were not clean. We left the next day. In short this is a convention center! Not a resort.” Jan 2, 2008 by
Christopher from Dunedin, FL
“Hotel was great parking was terrible. They made us pay for additional parking as well.” Nov 26, 2007 by
Ronnie from Miami, FL
“I would recommend this hotel to any family member or friend. I will request this hotel again.” Aug 22, 2007 by
Jim from Coral Gables, FL
“Good resort to bring family. The pool area was great and had fun slide for kids. Rooms were a very nice size and pleasant looking. Good location to go to either Magic Kingdom or Universal, not to mention the Premium Outlet for real good shopping.” Jun 29, 2007 by
Richard from St. Louis, MO
“The hotel room was expensive. For what was considered a "resort" facility next to nothing was included in the price of the room. Consequently, I had to pay for parking, internet service and the bottle water they placed on the dresser of the room. Transportation to the Disney park was not included but cost the guest $24 per guest for a round trip to the park. With four people that was uncalled expense. This is an older facility and the room has not been updated for quite some time.” Jun 22, 2007 by

“How could I forget! During my stay here, the toilet in my room had little water pressure and the valves (unlike at home) could only be adjusted with a screwdriver, so, I was helpless it seemed. Needless to say, my only option was to call and report the problem. To make things worse, the operator asked specifically what was wrong with the toilet and what I needed (its like, take a hint.). The maintenance person arrived carrying the plunger wrapped in a white garbage bag. Can't they anticipate the guest's needs and realize it's a personal issue which would be more comfortable for the guest to deal with themselves? That has never happened to me before and I will never forget it. I hope I never run into that lady again.” Jun 22, 2007 by

“I was recently here for a conference. My wife and I have also been leisure guests a few times before. I have always loved this property since I was a child - the @30 floor glass elevators are fun, not to mention the pools/waterfalls/waterslide! Overtime however, the property has become a little lackluster in my opinion. It has been refreshed somewhat in recent years and they are adding more meeting space. The parking situation and fees leaves allot to be desired, but considering the size and layout of the place, I guess it's the best they could do. I do feel it is somewhat overpriced for a nightly stay. The internet options/wireless/fees were less than desirable.” Jun 7, 2007 by
Barbara from Miami Beach, FL
“This hotel was well worth the money we paid, and the breakfast buffet was served late enough so that it served as our lunch too. The entire staff was accommodating.” Jun 7, 2007 by
Lisa from Pompano Beach, FL
“From checking to checkout, our stay at the Marriott Orlando world center was wonderful. The hotel, facilities, and staff were superb. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.” Jun 6, 2007 by
Ernesto from Parkland, FL
“It was bad from check in on. They did not have my reservation upon check-in and offered me a room on the first floor handicap roll in shower with king bed and sleeper sofa. There were 4 of us. Moved me to a room on the 15th floor king bed with a roll away. Received a handicap room king bed with sleeper sofa. When roll away arrived sent back and asked for sheets for the sleeper sofa. All this at 1:30 am. Was not happy which made for a bad taste for the rest of our stay. Not to mention there is no security in the parking garage. Scary since it was late at night!” Jun 5, 2007 by
Adam from Atlanta, GA
“Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and lots to do on site. Well situated between many of Orlando's theme park attractions. Lots to do on site.” Jun 3, 2007 by
Kressa from Woodstock, GA
“Great hotel. Much nicer than expected. Pool area beautiful.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Jun 1, 2007 by

“Excellent facilities for families. Have a large pool area, kiddy's park, and recreational facilities. The food court is limited, but the prices are 2-3X of food you can obtain outside the hotel. The parking is ample; but you require a shuttle to get to it, loosing on instances precious time waiting. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. Beware of free music selections on TV (it is not free).” Jun 1, 2007 by

“The hotel was amazing. The pool area was incrediable and there was never a loss of things to do. The elevators were fast, almost a ride in themselves. We loved it and would recommend it to anyone.” May 31, 2007 by
Bobby from Midlothian, IL
“This hotel was just amazing. It was more like a resort. Perfect for a family or just a couple. The swimming pool was huge with a lot of activities for the kids. Big pool size bar. Good sports bar with good food and all the sports games on numerous TV. We travel all the time and this is by far the best hotel we ever stayed in. Thank you.” May 31, 2007 by
Martha from Jacksonville, FL
“I would not go back.” May 5, 2007 by
Keith from Colorado Springs
“I tagged along with my wife as she attended a conference planning to work remotely from the hotel. Had to pay $15/night for a network connection and more to have wireless. Wireless was unreliable and only available in about 10% or less of the facility. Turns out that after I had made plans to visit along with my wife an urgent deadline came up and I had a lot of phone meetings and ended up spending as much as 16 hours a day on my computer. All I was looking for was a reasonably quiet place with power, wireless access and a decent height table, preferably outdoors to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather we experienced. We were told that the only place that wireless was available was in the lobby. I did find that I could get reliable wireless just outside the lobby but no power was available and the tables were less than 2 feet high. There was a restaurant in the lobby with "patio" tables that had power and were a good height and had good wireless, which was recommended to me by the hotel's Services Manager, but, of course, there was not even a window available. There were a couple of tables in the Lobby Bar at a reasonable height, but there was relatively loud music playing constantly and no power available. The map of wireless access for the hotel showed it being available at the pool bar which was outside, had tables of reasonable height and one table had power nearby, but the wireless did not actually work there. If you plan to visit this hotel and intend to spend some time working, I would not recommend it in any way. If you are going to have to hang out inside, you might as well stay at home and work in your office.” Mar 4, 2007 by

“Been three times. Lovely spacious hotel, pool is best in area - great for family bringing kids and wanting time in hotel to spend at poolside. Food is fantastic; champs bar is best - great football themed bar, serving food ideal for families that have had a busy day at Disney or at the water parks. Staff very friendly and hard working. Rooms nice and big. I liked the lifts as you can ride up and down them all day (Iżm 8 years old by the way).” Jul 18, 2006 by
Mary L. from Tucson, AZ
“The check-in process went smoothly the staff was very helpful and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The only problem was the noise level in the lobby. It was so noisy that you could not hear when speaking to the staff at the desks located there.” Jul 15, 2006 by
James from Sebring, FL
“We enjoyed our stay it was comfortable.” Jul 12, 2006 by
Heather from Spring Hill, TN
“This facility was very nice but the service was lacking. The worst part was that housekeeping came to our room at 1115pm and asked if they could clean our room. When I called the front desk to complain they acted surprised, but they didn't offer any apology or anything to compensate us for being woke up in the middle of our slumber. We have an 8 month old so the rest of the night wasn't pleasant for us.” Jun 14, 2006 by
Steve from Inverness, FL
“Must park in a garage then take a shuttle to the hotel, a pain in the neck” Jun 12, 2006 by
Bivra from Tulsa, OK
“This hotel is very pretty, the room was new and clean, the bathroom is small but the room is otherwise comfortable.” 0 of 1 people found this review helpful.May 29, 2006 by

“This was a spacious and beautiful hotel. We enjoyed the pools and the work out room had excellent equipment. The breakfast buffet was around $19 each, but was elegant and well worth it. The valet parking gentlemen were very pleasant but not pushy. Allow about 10 min. to get your car, as parking isn't too close. We wish we'd had time to explore the spa and have a massage, but enjoyed most of our leisure time by the pool. Landscaping was well manicured and colorful; the sounds of fountains everywhere made it quite relaxing. We'd enjoy going back!” May 25, 2005 by
Carlos from Miami Shores, FL
“It was a very pleasant experience. We were there for my daughter's birthday and the staff could not have been nicer, more cooperative and really interested in making our stay a good one.” 0 of 1 people found this review helpful.Mar 24, 2005 by

David from Rochester, MI “Very disappointed with the parking situation. I chose to self-park" and was given a $7.00 charge upon check out for parking my own car in the parking garage---isn't that the point of self parking--to avoid parking fees? Mar 10, 2005 by
Chris from Palm Bay, FL
“This hotel had everything to offer. It was located close to the places we wanted to visit. We noramlly would not have been able to stay at this hotel. The great price made it possible. We were celebrating out 30 yr anniversary, so it was nice to stay in such a great resort.” Mar 10, 2005 by
Katy from Albany, GA
“This hotel has so much to offer!! This property is set on beautifully manicured grounds among the golf course, exceptional pools, and view of the Disney fireworks was a pleasant added bonus. Everything was clean and very well maintained. The multiple pools/spas were exceptional. Service from all staff members was impeccable.” 0 of 1 people found this review helpful.Mar 9, 2005 by

“This hotel has a wonderful pool area, golf course out front, Starbucks, a good variety of restaurants (Italian and Japanese) and a sports bar. There are employees everywhere(valet and front desk area) to help you. It is very clean and well maintained. Rooms are tastefully decorated and bright. It is my favorite place to stay when I go to Orlando.” 0 of 1 people found this review helpful.Feb 22, 2005 by
