• Room was very clean.
• Room was small.

“Our room was small but very clean, all furniture was in good condition and clean. Bathroom was in top shape.”

• Being able to park close to the room.
• Suspicious looking people around at night.

“Good hotel. Nothing fantastic but no complaints other than some shady people that I saw at night. They might have been guests of the hotel.”

• That I checked out the next morning. This hotel was horrible.
• Everything about it was disgusting.

• My room was located in a building isolated from the noise of the main road.
• The chair in the room was pretty worn-out.

• Convenient to ski slopes.
• Doors on exterior of building.

“The room was clean. Doors are on outside of building with large window adjacent to door which lets in excess light at night and lessens sense of security. Otherwise the room met all our needs and they provided a basic continental breakfast.”

• The bed was very comfortable and clean.
• The room was small and didn't have a lot of room to move around.

“The hotel is in a good location but Lenoir in itself doesn't have that much. The people at the front desk didn't know where anything was and they acted like they were lost. We asked for some extra towels and they brought us one hand towel.”

• It had very good prices, and was in a great location.
• There was a Smokey smell as if the room might have been occupied by smokers in the past.

“The hotel was a very nice place for me to stay. The staff was quite helpful with some of my questions about the area and booking reservations.”

• Fast, friendly service at the front desk. We have been checked in by the same person for last 3 years.
• Do not like the smell of cleaning supplies that are used. I have to air the room for a few minutes to get rid of the chemical smell.

“A short scenic drive from Blue Ridge. Road to Lenoir is curvy in some spots but fun to drive. It is less "touristy" and more "small town quiet". If you like fast food restaurants, there are several within walking distance. Our room was clean and quiet.”
