• Really spacious.
• AC was really poor.

“It is an ordinary hotel to stay but convenient to places like sea world and universal. Also eat outs around was really helpful. Oven and kitchen utensils were missing.”

• In door pool and very close to Disney World.
• The bus doesn't go to Animal Kingdom and the tub fills up with water during a shower.

“Nice place, clean room and would stay again if going to Disney World or Animal Kingdom 5 min from the park. Lots of dinning area closes by.

• Close to everything.
• No way in other than 2 elevators in front of hotel. Poor set up for rooms on top floor and back of hotel.

“Nice for people traveling with kids only. Not a good place if you're traveling with just spouse. A lot of kids running halls and playing in elevators and making noise.”

• The beds were comfortable, kids room was great they had there own TV.
• I called the room from my cell phone and they charged me $0.87 to call the room.

“The hotel was great for our family vacation. We have a toddler that drinks a lot of milk so the fridge was a plus. I wish they would have had a microwave. The rooms were nice and spacious, beds were soft. We had two TVs one for us and one in the kids room. The pools were very nice. They also have a game room. This is a great hotel to stay in; you really don't have to leave once you are there. They have entertainment for you and the kids, food and internet services. Great stay for the price we will be sure to check back in this hotel if we vacation here again.”

• The rooms smelled like chlorine from the pool. Bathrooms were very dirty.

• My son loved the heated indoor pool.
• Karaoke at night was very loud.

“Really a great vacation place for the price. This was our second time there, as my son remembered it fondly as the hotel with the pool inside and kids eat free breakfast and lunch off the buffet. Prices for the buffet went up a few dollars from last year, but still a good meal at a good price, considering how expensive everything else in Orlando is. Will definitely go back again next year!”

• The hotel indoor and outdoor pools are great.
• It took 4 tries to get our room keys to.

“Very kid friendly, the check in time was 45 minutes. The check in staff was hit in miss on attitude and knowledge of their job, however the hotel pool, lobby and room more than made up for that short coming. Very close to Disney World.”

• Location, price, and layout of our room (privacy from children).
• Check in time was extremely slow, took about an hour just for our turn to check in.

“We loved the location. We liked the fact that everything was under one roof. It was much safer than having to use outside corridors like other hotels.”

• The inside and outside pool were nice, close to Disney.
• We did not feel safe parking our car there after it got broke in also another cars.

“We like how it closes to Disney and the pool area. But the safety should come first and the hotel did not deliver that. The night shift manager said she has to take the risk to park there too (basically she said just leave with it and not helping or try to make us feel safe at all).”

• The setup was very interesting and allowed for lots to do.
• The staff was simply adequate.

“For the price, this was an excellent stay as long you're prepared for the extra resort fee. Two pools--one indoor, one outdoor--hot tub, karaoke bar, restaurant, lounge, arcade, kids diner, etc all made this a fun place for my 7 year old daughter and me! After swimming with her, she made a friend and I was able to belly up to the bar and still keep an eye on her. And the location to Disney was amazing.”

• It was clean and the indoor swimming pool was a big hit with my 10 year old.

“Even with the resort fee added in it was well worth the price. It was a clean room with no problems. I like it a little better than the Disney Resort hotel we stayed in next.”

• The rooms were very spacious and clean. The food court, bar and restaurant were terrific. The pools were wonderful.
• The staff was rude. They complained about their jobs (at Check In) and did not activate any of our keys. Took three trips to get them working.

“The hotel itself is very nice and clean. Beds are super comfy restaurant, bar and food court were great. Two swimming pools were wonderful. The only problem is the rude staff. Be prepared to pay a 10.00 per night per room resort fee (this is not a resort?). They housekeeping staff banged on our doors at 8:45 in the morning and there were no DND signs.”

“The check-in was beyond ridiculous. The line wound around the lobby- took about 45 minutes to get checked in and the room was not even ready. Had to wait an additional 45 minutes after that to get into the room. The rooms were somewhat dirty, dusty. My daughter had allergic reactions to the bedding. The indoor pool is nice, but usually pretty crowded. The restaurant in the hotel was convenient, but the food wasn't very good. Hotel charges $10 a day resort fees.”

• Rude reservation clerk at hotel. Lobby, karaoke bar below room, dim lighting in parking lot.

“The hotel was a bit out dated, rear hotel entrance unlocked and accessible to half a dozen pizza vendors, dimly light parking lot lights, renovated carpet and bedding in room, friendly front desk, and manager. Courteous housekeeping employees. For the price, the hotel served it is purpose as a place to sleep, and get up the next day and hit the parks.”

• Needs serious updating.

“There were things to love and hate about this hotel. The indoor pool area was great! The rooms were very outdated and need to be remodeled. The key card system needs updated. The whole time we were there the system was down and people could not get in their rooms. Laundry room is very run down and old. They keep the tokens under lock and key instead of in the change machine! I had to wait 2 hours to get tokens! People were friendly. Housekeepers were not very thorough. They left sticky soda on the dresser and never ran a vacuum.”

• It was close to all the attractions.
• Room key did not work and the place was dirty.

“I would not recommend this to anyone. The staff did not apologize for the inconvenience of not being able to get in the room on four different occasions. And the cleaning crew would line up outside our door every morning and make all kinds of noise. I got sick the day before we left and am almost sure it was from the pool there.”

• I liked the location to the Disney parks for our family trip.
• Room smelled like cigarettes and we are non-smokers.

• Location was excellent because we were visiting WDW parks; also convenient to variety of restaurants.
• Additional cost for amenities.

“We liked entering our room from the interior hall rather than a parking lot entrance. Thus, keeping carpet cleaner and noise level down. Staff was friendly and helpful. Having a mini refrigerator in our room was a big plus for us + in room coffee maker and hair dryer.”

• Hotel room was good as a children's suite.
• Lost medication due to refrigeration not working and poor maintenance response.

“Took three calls to get fridge looked at and fixed. Apparently only needed to be plugged in, but over 100 dollars of meds for my mother, a liver transplant patient were ruined. Hotel didn't compensate. Called 2 times for an extra blanket with no response. And then hotel charged another guests bill to my charge card after we had checked out. Even though it was returned when I called about it. This left a very bad taste in my mouth.”

• I love the indoor pool, as well as my three children, 10-15 min drive to Sea World.
• Only bad thing about the hotel, they did not have a child suite, which my children were looking forward to staying in one.

“Overall, I was very pleased with hotel and price, 15 min drive to Sea World and other theme parks. At our stay it rained a lot so we enjoyed the indoor pool.”

• Indoor pool, food court, pool side tables, extra beds for the children.
• Only one bathroom for down stairs, only one set of elevators, rooms not accessible from the back of the motel.

“Over all we were quite pleased with our stay at this motel, but of course there is always room for improvement. We didn't like entering through the lobby to gain access to one of the two elevators. Should have one set in the back. A bit crowded for one bathroom in the lobby. Lines were way too long to register. Were not assigned enough rooms & had to go back to the end of the line. Well worth the money.”

“Hotel was good. Only bad thing was resort charge. When we questioned it they gave us a list of what is covered. The indoor pool was down for repair, we were only staying the night and would not use the shuttles, we missed the Kerokie and if the parking is complementary why would we be charged for it. Complementary I believe means free.”

• I waited 20+minutes for check in and the room was dirty.

“This place would have been great for the price if everything they offered wasnt broke and the room had a ball of hair from someones brush! There was dirt in the bath-tub as well. If they had better management and more staff and fixed everything it would be a great place to stay! This was once a very nice place you can tell but they let it go!”

• The location and the inside pool were great.
• The AC didn't cool the rooms.

“The hotel is just okay. The location itself is perfect if you are going to Magic Kingdom. And the pool is awesome for any time of year because it is indoors and heated. A definite plus for the kids. However they just recently changed from AC to I believe cooling units which being that they were just installed were not working properly. We had to change rooms 3 times to get a room that would cool off. But they did waive the $14.00 resort fee to try and help. Overall is was an average hotel for this stay but may have been better if not for the one inconvenience.”

• Beds were comfortable.
• Dirty smell, dirty carpet, pool fountain had caution tape (not working) very run down.

“Very disappointed. Fountain had caution tape around it and appeared to have been that way for a long time. Hotel halls smelled. Dirty and run down. Only one internet option in lobby (for 15 minutes).”

• The hotel was awesome. The family suite was amazing.
• They were slow to respond to the toiletries request & they never did bring the deodorant.

“This hotel was great. My 6 yr. old said "This is the coolest, most comfortable, nicest, softest, warmest, most awesome bed ever. The family suite was awesome. It was big and there was plenty of room to fit 3-4 kids plus a queen bed for the adults. We only had 1 kid, so we had A ton of room.”

• It was very close to attractions we visited and convenient to restaurants and shopping.
• One of the rooms we were in was noisy due to it's location, near the elevators and right above the pool's pump room.

“The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the breakfast buffet was a plus. The hotel was in a great location, convenient to all local attractions, restaurants and shopping.”

“We stayed for 6 days. They claim to have free wireless internet in all rooms (and charge a resort fee) but we were never able to connect while in our room and when we called the desk for help they blew us off. We had no toilet paper one day, lamps that were stacked in the corner that that did not work, coffee in the room was horrible so we bought coffee from the "coffee shop" in the lobby and it was just as bad and expensive. They buffet in the hotel was almost not edible, cheap though. The room had 2 TV's and 2 controllers; however both controllers worked on both TV's, so every time one person tried to change the channel or volume on one, it would also change the other. This was annoying! The last night that we stayed the hotel staff allowed about 15 girls to sit in the hallway and yell and laugh and run around for about 2 hours (10:30 PM- 12:30 PM), we made 3 phone calls to the front desk and others did as well and we were totally ignored. For the most part the other guests at this hotel were fairly "trashy" I would have expected this if they charged half the price.”

“The staff did not wash their hands when waiting on you and then wiping their nose. They were rude when the arcade ate the childrens tokens and told us to sell the tokens to another family if we "wouldn't" use them (we couldn't use them).”

• Ppl that work there not friendly at all - ONLY downfall!

“We were literally 3 driving min. to Disney, and they have free shuttle service. Really neat indoor and outdoor pool, some of the rooms overlook indoor pool. Food at the buffet not so good and overpriced and staff not friendly, if you can get past that - WONDERFUL stay. Room was clean, great location, atmosphere around hotel great!”

• Indoor corridors and pool area. Huge rooms and large bathrooms.
• Doors were supposed to be key access only but they were not.

“My boyfriend and I have stayed at this hotel several times through its many reincarnations. I even stayed there when I was a kid and it was Wilson World. Ramada has definitely made some nice improvements and remodeled a lot of the rooms. It is a very nice place. The rooms are huge and the bathrooms are also. Very comfortable, convenient, and economical. We will be back.”

• Family rooms, with separate sleeping area for kids.
• Restaurant was poor service, including the Pizza Hut.

“The room we booked was poolside and we soon found out they had karoke until 11pm, (kids 4 and 5 couldn't sleep) we called and they quickly moved our room. The new room had a persistent wet floor right outside the bathroom due to a leak. Indoor pool looked dirty with peeling paint then some kids defecated in it. No pool monitor, pre-teens were left unattended and were bothersome to others (poor parenting I guess. Never used the shuttle. Restaurant has poor service and buffet style food that is medium quality at best, eat out. There is a Pizza Hut inside which also has poor service.”

• Hotel clerk did not report our soaked carpet to maintenance staff .

“We reported a soaked carpet by bathroom upon check in but nothing was done until the next day when we again reported it.”

• Under 9 ate free at the buffet.
• Could hear kareoke till 11:00 at night in our room!

“It suited our needs fine. However, the pool was closed one night and the waterfall in the pool never worked. Our room looked over the indoor courtyard where they had kareoke till 11:00pm. It was very loud and after a long day at the parks with children we all just wanted to sleep but couldn't because it was so loud.”
