• Very clean and modern; well appointed. Nicer than others with the same flag.

“Located in an upscale business park, near professional offices and other small businesses. Close to major highways, but still somewhat secluded. Near numerous chain and local dining establishments. Very clean and well-appointed; superior to other Extended Stay Deluxe hotels in the area. Room was a small suite, with an unconventional layout. Very comfortable with modern decor. Bed was very firm and comfortable. Kitchen had a full-sized refrigerator, M/W, 2-burner range, and plenty of cabinets and counter space, although I did not use any of this for my short stay. Everything about this place was clean and attractive. I only dealt with two staff members, but all seemed very helpful.”

• The phone was very dirty. Didn't want to touch it.

“Except for the telephone, this hotel has what you need if you are a business traveler or if you are looking for a place to sleep while traveling. We were pleasantly surprised.”

“I go to this area every 6 months and stay up to a week. This hotel has everything I need -kitchen, DVD player, breakfast, exercise room, pool and convenient location. It's well kept and nicely decorated.”

• Clean, spacious enough and comfortable.
• The small sign at Southside ave. To perimeter could not be seen.

“Clean, spacious, comfortable and easy access to major highways. Not far from the airport and areas south and east [beaches and resorts].”

• Really smoke free room, free breakfast, and gym.

• Well maintained. Peace and quiet.
• Hard to find-directions inadequate.

“We were passing through Jacksonville so only stayed one night. Nice touch with the refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, etc. Would be great for extended stay as the name suggests. We would stay there again. Note that the street it is on is hard to find. It is a left turn just past Butler going north.”

• The size of the room was exceptional.
• Fee per day for internet access limited television stations.

“Excellent hotel that is perfect for business travelers. Convenient to restaurants, shopping and highway access without the highway noise. Very clean.”

• They were I guess remolding plastic was hung everywhere they gave me a room I opened the door and it was a mess never cleaned.
• They put me in a section that was like the ghetto kids screaming people in and out, the worst one ever.

“Keep your ghetto type at one end and business travelers should be in a quiet section without hearing everything echoing down the halls kids screaming till after midnight, it was the worst extended stay Ive stayed in.”

• It was clean, personable and helpful staff, centrally located.
• They didn't have a double bed room available as we had requested, but they did do their very best to make other accommodations for us.

“We stayed there because we were bringing my daughter to UNF for summer session. We found the Hotel to be clean, with friendly and helpful staff. It was in a good location, and staff was also helpful with directions to places that we needed to go. Although we didn't use all of the appliance in the suite, It was nice having the kitchen area. Especially the full size refrigerator. The free continental breakfast was well supplied with a variety of fresh breakfast items. We would surely stay there again on another trip to Jacksonville.”

• The staff at the front desk needs to take seminars on Public relations.

“The staff at the front desk needs to be friendlier. They acted suspicious of me when I was with my wife and two small girls. Is it because I was a different color than them?”

• It was cozy, comfy, and just an overall great hotel.
• Walls were a little thin.

“This hotel was one of the best I have ever stayed in. The location was awesome (right by the movie theatre and almost 20 restaurants). The rooms were spectacular. Almost all brands new. There is a kitchen in each one and at least a queen bed. There is also a DVD player. The front desk was awesome too.”

• Filthy, I will never stay at this chain again-at any price.

“Floor in the room was "tilted", carpet was filthy and musty, our "none" smoking room had obviously been smoked in. the kitchen equipment was disgusting-we purchased disposables at Walgreen¿s.”

• It seemed like a newer hotel - clean and fresh.
• The location was a little strange - we had to take an unexpected turn to get there.
