• I particularly liked the total atmosphere of the hotel (which is luxurious, quiet, and classy). She is a classy lady! The period furnishings were exceptional.
• I can't think of a thing that is negative. Everything was perfect.

“What a get away! We recently spent the weekend of the Marietta, Ohio Stern wheeler Festival as guests of the Blenner hassett. The package included a stern wheeler ride up the Ohio with a catered dinner and live music. Hotel accommodations, and discounted brunch the next day. The accommodations in the hotel were absolutely perfect. I felt as if I had been transported back in time to an English manor. The decor of the room was beautiful with antique armories and a bed to match, towels and toiletries from England, and materials and fabrics that were true to the period. The staff was courteous and friendly and the service was exceptional. LUXURY, indeed. ”

• The hotel has the best bed I have ever had in a hotel. The room was fantastic.
• Nothing bad to say.

“This hotel is beautiful and yet inexpensive. The food was incredible and the outdoor courtyard had live music on Friday and Saturday. Fantastic stay.”

• Beautiful rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and they had a nice workout area.
• Complimentary shuttle or cab service would be nice.

“I loved my stay. The staff was great and the hotel is beautiful. We ate breakfast there and it was fantastic. I couldn't believe the great price of the room for all that they provided. I've stayed at other historic hotels that weren't nearly as nice or accommodating and the price was much more.”
